Can't deposit Bitcoin either. When not getting Oops server error I get that Incapsula error.
The deposit Ripple link seems to at least generate the address & qr code - not interested.

Absolute joke. With no communication via social media or here (despite the owner of the exchange being a frequent figure on the forums and has been logged in recently as well) I don't hold high hoped for my funds in limbo.

Call me cynical but isn't it funny that it comes out that they are having 'banking software' issues and then all of a sudden the sites down for well over 24h, support tickets not answered for two days and no communication at all.

My moneys on their bank freezing their account and all this other mess is more of a distraction while they attempt to get it sorted.

KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THE LOOP IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE THEM.

I for one wont be trading on bistamp any time soon.

I have succesfully withdrawed a small amount of bitcoins from Bitstamp:

Any news on the SEPA transfers? I have a significant amount in limbo.

I finally got a confirmation mail for my earlier SEPA withdrawal. However, I'm still locked out of my account, because password reset mails aren't coming in. Why on earth does the feature reset passwords immediately, instead of waiting before a user clicks on a link on the email?

I sent 1 BTC to my Bitstamp address and after 12 confirmations it still hasn't been added to my balance. Has anyone else had this issue?

Received my coins finally and the site seems to be running again

At the moment the site responds quick for me. Looks all much better.

BTC's that I have have sent a couple of hours ago also arrived in my account and I was able to sell them without any problems.

Not ok (yet):
30 day USD volume still standing at 0$
Commission rate at 0.5% (should be lower)

Looking at my transaction, they seem to send out a whole batch in one tx, so that might account for the delays, they wait for enough BTC (like 700+) before writing and broadcasting the tx
