Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..


That is very serious bro. Have you tried taking a therapy session? Some people that I know bought sleeping pills just to make them sleep. I am sure you are strong and you can pass this through.

Cycle, run, do cardio. You'll be better in more than one way as you keep on it. Don't pay for fitness centers because that can be another cause for stress

Usually im always listening in music when i feel im stress, or hang out with my friends, every time i stress i do not allow stress anymore that's why i hang out with my friends and do what makes me happy and if course i let my self rest.

My to you advice: Go down in a massage cabinet and let a specialist will do a weakening massage you. But the best of all, look like a few sessions of massage. Stress is sure will pass and to sleep you will be firmly.

stress is very hard filling  ,you have to keep yourself out off all issue let you not to comfortable and separate the business and family issue to batter .

Spend some alone time... do what you enjoy the most. Listen to some good music. Visit some cool place

Meditation works very effectively for many.

I struggle with stress like this:
1) I watch TV shows
2) Doing sports
3) I try to distract the brain from stress

The fact is that I am already quite old enough and have not yet learned to deal with stress. In such situations, I try to either retire or begin to abuse alcohol. But this is only when my feelings are sharpened and I have a complete breakdown. Maybe I'm melting the desperation and so I can not help myself.

i also do some soft drugs  and i know that can be a way to cope but i also know that this can´t be the right way. maybe u have to do what ever is comfortable for you and runs for your life.

Go to sleep or just make yourself busy with your friends so that you can forget all the problems that you have.Don't let your problems stress you or ruin your life.If you are tired or stressed eat a lot of foods with your special someone or watch a movie and play basketball with your friends

Don't think too much. Do the things that you want and like to do. By that, you will forget what are your problems in life. Focus on the things that you need to do not on the things that makes your life miserable. Enjoy the things that is in front of you to forget your worries.

Nice. It's really makes you feel good eating food that you like. Some people might like to eat desserts when they are stressed but for me its junk food. It really helps me eliminate my stress.
