Go for a short holiday and vacation. Go for massages and sauna. Go for walks near your house or around your estate. Meditate. Watch a movie. That's about it.

Me when I am stressed, I always do the things that makes me relaxed and the things that makes me smile every time I do it. Like for example, playing mobile games, listening music, watching trend movies and lastly is to travel.

To handle stress - surround yourself with positive things/persons, meditate twice a day, avoid people who stresses you out,

If I feel stress usually I fish sometimes also roads to the city while looking for girls. Sometimes it can also play games and play spinner Cheesy

Before going into any explanations or assumptions on why you are stressed, what stresses you, etc., we should all recognize that stress exists and that no-one can avoid feeling stressed at least once in a while. So the first piece of advice: just accept that stress exists and that it affects you. The more you will struggle to remove stress, the more burden on your mind, the more over-thinking about it, and the more miserable you may become.

the recommended strategy: Learn to minimize the adverse effect stress has on your life. Little by little, month by month, years by years, it will get easier and easier. Don't fight it: take the time to tame it. For 15 min. every day (ideally 45 min to be honest)
1.Find a calm place where you will not be disturbed
2. Sit, close your eyes and focus your attention on your breath (eventually count them 1 to 5, 1 to 5 again...)
3. If you become distracted (thoughts, emotions, whatever topic stresses you), acknowledge the situation, observe your reaction (muscle contraction? chocolate craving?), let the thought / emotion or sound fade and return your attention to your breath.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
To deal with stress, I usually prefer to walk to a place that is quiet enough and has beautiful scenery where we can calm ourselves, and relax for a moment to reduce the stress that happened to us. Next after our mind is calm we can divert the mind we can do things we love, like swimming, cooking or even gardening.

It is something really dangerous. You need just to think different and to take it as exam. I have the same problem and some things can not be replaced or repaired but those are the facts and we need to learn to live with that. As sooner as we can we need to take it and go on. Hoping for the best.

When you feel stressed do a physical exercise it can be used as a surrogate to metabolize the excessive stress hormones and restore your body and mind to a calmer and more relaxed state. Aside from physical exercise you should get more sleep, make sure that your bed room is a tranquil oasis with no reminders of the things that cause you stress.

Jerk off at least once a day.
Drink alcohol to take the edge off.
Smoke, not in a hurry but take cigarette brakes.
Flirt with anyone you feel is beyond your level.
Don't ever set an alarm clock, wake when you want to wake.
Every day do something you really want to do, regardless of costs or stigma
Jerk off some more.
