No idea, but it paid for lunch I found when I got back (3 times over)  post/pics Nice tab bro!!!! Which Mersault did you have with dinner? I remember that Darkcoin had a few incidents back in the day where people were running cpu-miners and later on gpu miners on the victims machines. For instance see this reddit post about a cpu miner back in 2014: https://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/comments/28klfl/disguised_mining_process_using_up_99_cpu_on/I made a really quick google search for malicious gpu mining on gaming rigs, but I did not find what I was looking for. Maybe others remember this. People were installing some popular game, but in the background, they were mining darkcoin at the same time on their beefy gaming rigs. So yes, all coins have this "misfortune", but anyone can install a piece of software and start mining on a pool, it's not that hard really. Today it might not happen with Dash due to asics and high difficulties, but still sometimes people come up with the clever idea of cpu-mining bitcoin so you never know.... I think it was one of the GTA games? I'm not sure if that was ever proven or just a rumor. Nice analysis Otoh. You should do more of that stuff. If you'd only have used Marker Felt instead of Chalkboard and increased the shadow depth a bit it could almost have passed for one of mine |

You could probably contact them (since you're already registered) and ask if they have up to date Dash wallet there. Some old version had a bug in fee calculation which could potentially lead to very high fees if kept running for a long time. To fix this you need to download new wallet from Dash.org, install it in place and remove fee_estimates.dat from data folder. (you can forward them this message or send them a link to this post) |

As with Otoh, there are quite of few of us that have proudly invested heavily in DASH and believe in the team assembled. It becomes obvious what kind of dedication and level to which DASH is firing is far above all the other amateur coins out there...especially on the slack and dash.org forum.

I'm gonna bet DASH re-tests $15 in the next few days. It has had a pretty solid price after the last big run-up, and I see no reason it won't break through this time.
So my speculative prediction: A moderate size pump to well over $15, then a stable $15 price floor until the next round of fun a few weeks later.
