ok let's everyone pull off their pissy panties and play nice.

there's way too much positive news this week to be throwing jabs over a pool payout where you have different opinions.

Just frustrating when somebody who obviously has no clue what they're talking about thinks they do and starts spreading FUD. Take a look at his post history! The guy has like 40 posts and all he does is complain. Perhaps it has something to do with this, "I mine with G1820 CPU"  Cheesy

DOGE pool? "I mined for a day and received only 200, it is like fraction of what I should..."

Penguincoin? "Yesterday I mined peng on this pool http://peng.multi-pool.eu, got zero on my balance"

JuggaloCoin pool? "most of the pools are not working, some of them seems scammers"

WINCOIN? "Mined for few hours, so far didn't receive coins."

"I tried this faucet, it said address invalid?"

CureCoin? "Started mining, only have rejects, share is above target"

LibertyCoin? "Looks like it is a scam, the scammy pools are probably together with dev"

CoinMarket.io thread? "I withdraw 1000 dgb 4 hours ago and still didn't received."

Also how random is his choice of coins? Anyway I'll let it rest as nobody in here cares what he says but I just find it hilarious. It's not that difficult to verify if you're getting ripped off by a pool if you have half of a brain.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Haha, you have nothing better to do in your life than to stalk people, you are really sad guy.
The point of forum is to seek for information about problems,
it is not purpose to be substitute fof your social life, like it is in your case, poor little man.

I mine with r9 270 and r9 280X's.

JuggaloCoin pool? "most of the pools are not working - true, still only one working.

That faucet is not working.

LibertyCoin, first pool for LibertyCoin was 24hash.com, it was scam pool and nobody got payed, if you only read any other reply on that thread except mine you would learn that. But you are that ignorant so you didn't read a single word about that problem. There are even separate threads about scam of 24hash.com.

CoinMarket.io is a scam exchange, again if you read only one reply on that thread you will learn, but obviuously you cant learn because you are retarded.
If not you should go to that exchange and deposit your coins there, moron.

I agree it is unnecessary arguing but I didn't started it,
anyway I like this coin and hope it will be successful.

Nice.  Who just put up the 2.5BTC buy wall on Bittrex?

EDIT: Now that's a much better use of 2.5 BTC rather than buying Zimstake votes

I was looking over the market on Bittrex with my wife and she just gave me "the look" when she found out that was my order. She says we have a baby on the way and that we have to buy things for him and not more Octocoin. Roll Eyes I don't know where her priorities are  Tongue

On another note, is anyone else noticing withdrawals taking over an hour to show up in your wallet from Bittrex? They are completed on the wallet section of Bittrex immediately and I have confirmed the withdrawal email. It has been going on since yesterday, and I was hoping it wasn't just my imagination.

Not I, all my Octo are in cold storage for the time being. Only exchanges I use actively are Huobi and BTC-e as the only coin I actively trade in is BTC.

I haven't withdrawn any in the past couple days... Last I sent to my wallet were quick, probably on 5/20 or 21.

Volume has been up the past few days, so they might be having to move coins from a cold wallet, which could cause a bit of a delay, depending on how they are set up. Or they could just be delaying the withdrawals because of the increased volume.

Yea it's odd how long they are taking. I'm used to them showing up within minutes, and now it's 2 to 3 hours no matter how large my transactions are. Oh well. I'll just wait and see what happens. Thanks guys.

Yeh, I withdrew some from there today.  They used to transfer almost instantly, today they showed up as being released and confirmed on Bittrex but interestingly when I put the TxID in the official block explorer it just gave me a blank page.  A pool transaction from almost the exact same time showed up in the wallet almost instantly and its TxID displayed correctly in block explorer.  I was going to raise a support ticket at Bittrex but got distracted and when I checked back an hour or so later the coins showed up in my wallet.

I'm not that concerned yet, I don't think they've gone Cryptsy on us.

Yea I don't think anything fishy is going on. Just seems to be running slowly.
Checked again and mine finally showed up after 3 hours. Glad to know the coins are still coming through.

just a friendly reminder to not push through too many coins in one transaction, just for safety's sake. i could handle losing 10,000 coins in a stuck transaction, or an exchange dropping the ball, but i'd lose my shit if i lost 100,000. just sayin, happy trading guys.

Yes - this is a script coin. For a list of exchanges, check out https://octocoin.org/#exchanges. Bittrex has the most volume, though. Welcome to OctoCoin! Cool

I'd stick with FusionHash or Fedaykin's (edric's pool).

agreed. screw the multipools. FH and Fedaykin have been great for the most part.
