yeah bc.game is one of the scammiest crypto casinos around, you'll find endless complaints about the same type of stuff happening over and over. I've experienced it numerous times myself, once i seen how god awful their vip reward system is, $3 monthly for 100k wager and shit like that, i took a seventeen steps back from it. I'm guessing they maintain their popularity and lack of high profile legal matters due to their player base, which, while worldwide, is mostly populated by 2nd and 3rd world countries, and for everybody else i'd imagine it is tedious to actually start legal proceedings to begin with considering their ambiguous licensing mixed with a support team that goes immediately to radio silence mode when things start getting complained about. It's like they entice you to rage quit judging by their bonus structure, where the only time you get good bonuses is when you havent played on the site in a while, then youll get an email now and again for a bonus up to $300 or sometimes more, and they do really give it. Strange.
they have collabarte with scammers making us unpaid inhave two withdrawal which were not paid and support seems to be scripted and empty responses

I know this website. Crash is my favourite, referral system is also nice. But not sure about others.
Refund Request for Unreceived Withdrawals

I am very disappointed with BC.Game because my withdrawals have not been received even though they show as “Success.” I made two withdrawals — ₹25,000 (Order ID: F-1847023853004658528) and ₹19,000 (Order ID: F-1847056233845015136) on 26/10/2025, but the funds have still not reached my account. I have contacted live support several times, yet I keep receiving the same scripted replies without any proper help or solution. It has been many days now, and this delay is very frustrating. I kindly request you to please verify these transactions and refund my money immediately if the payments have not been processed successfully. ID is 48560538, and I hope this issue is resolved at the earliest.

I want to report a serious issue with BC.Game as my withdrawals have not been received even though they show the status as “Success.” I made two withdrawals in Indian currency (INR) on 26/10/2025 — one for ₹25,000 (Order ID: F-1847023853004658528) and another for ₹19,000 (Order ID: F-1847056233845015136) — but till today, no amount has been credited to my account. I contacted BC.Game live support multiple times, but they only gave fake, scripted responses and voucher-style replies without providing any real assistance or proof of transfer. It’s been many days now, and this looks like a clear scam or serious negligence from their side. My Player ID is 48560538, and I urge BC.Game to immediately verify the issue and either send my withdrawals or refund the full amount without further delay

I am not sure that the only reason why KYC is triggered is only because withdrawal is in fiat.

I say that because one week ago I tried to make crypto withdrawal in TON in equivalent of 20 USD and somehow it triggered KYC.

I have used BC.game for years and until one week ago they never asked for KYC. I can't figure out what triggered it, because I didn't have any unusual activity lately and the amount was pretty small.

Well most of the users are being asked for KYC these days. I don't think it has anything to do with unusual activity, and no casino site will trigger a manual KYC check on such small withdrawals. I guess there is some random KYC checking and you account comes into that random checking and asking for the KYC.

I guess it makes sense if it was just random and not triggered by some action. I also don't know if they changed their KYC policies lately, I haven't got any notification on e-mail but it could also be one of possible reasons.

Quote
By the way, I would be interested to know if BC.game is planning to change their KYC implementation  Huh

I'm not sure what do you mean by that. I also think if they change something about how their LYC is implemented that they wouldn't make it public, since that is their internal issue.

Is it just me, or are we slowly sliding towards all casinos having mandatory KYC?
A few years ago, KYC & crypto casinos were very rare discussions at all, and they happened mostly only in critical situations. Nowadays, as far as I can see, it's a real rarity to find a KYC-free (truly free) casino.
Something very similar happened with CEX, now we are where we are.

It's not just you and It's pretty much the standard already these days sadly. World governments kept applying pressure on various crypto gambling sites due to which almost all of them have become KYC hungry in recent times.

BC.Game is one of the hungriest among them thanks to which their unethical tactics are visible to everyone. They aren't scammers, but they will use KYC as a tool to halt withdrawals unethically whenever they feel like it.

I'm seriously thinking about banging my head to the table reading your posts. I'm offering a help here, yet you keep on ranting and blabbering things instead of providing what I asked. Without them, I can't proceed to reach my contact to help you. And given I currently prize my forehead so much that I don't want to bang it to my table, I'll ask you once more, in red to catch your attention, and if you're still failed to provide this, I'll move on and ignore your case.

Please provide the screenshot of your withdrawals that is marked as successful

I agree that something funny is going on, as I had two KYC requests in last few months - one from bc.game and other from sportsbet.io.

Also in mean time sportsbet made decision to cease operations involving crypto due to regulations.

It seems that from one side big corporations invest in crypto, and from other side regular users are victims of regulations and potential privacy issues.

It's not only you Examplens... at first I thought it had something with fiat, but after reading other comments I thought there's something more, and then I saw your comment. When they grow big enough, they need to adopt...

As I understood, Sportsbet will go fully legit... so they will accept crypto if all the laws & regulations allow it. I've read quite a few articles about that stuff... long story short, it says that all big players (casinos & other crypto platforms) are under serious pressure. The YOLO team decided to go fully legal, while some other casinos chose a different way...

In any case, it wouldn't surprise me if BC ends up becoming a crypto casino with mandatory KYC.

Unfortunately the way the trend is right now, the players who don't want to submit personal information for KYC will have to play only on casinos without licence with high probability of rigged games.

Sadly pushing towards total control is trend in whole world and not just in gambling industry.

Not just you mate, but the reality is that we are all heading towards centralization and just like bitcoin adoptions via central authorities in form of ETFs positions in bitcoin have drive us towards centralization if not now but in the near future we all be beating good bye to decentralization.

Cryptocurrency casinos have taken the same direction since the need to meet licensing requirements have put them in a position that mandated them to take verification documents from their customers in form of kyc.

Greetings to all!

I had to register to leave a review of my experience on this site.

9378836 - This case has been open for a week. The issue is that my deposit became problematic due to a usdt memo on the ton network. The memo has now been removed, but the problem remains.
I've been writing all week hoping for updates, but support is completely helpless. I only get a generic message about the importance of patience, how they appreciate and understand me, and are generally on my side. But they can't give me any timeframes, because my key is "a priority," and they've been working with the entire team to resolve it, but they can't seem to find a solution. I've also been using the check-in bonus on Telegram all week. Today is Sunday, and I was supposed to receive my reward (I thought I'd at least be able to play that way), but I haven't received it, and honestly, I'm not even surprised.
And the apogee of it all is today's communication with support. I approached them with a reasonable question: I want to play, how do I do it? I can't play with my own money or with bonus money, because neither works. Please give me a solution! And you know what I get in response? The agents leave the chat; they simply stop responding and leave the chat!)))

I've never encountered such a service! They don't offer any kind of personal bonus in their chat for this kind of situation, or any kind of compensation while I'm forced to wait. They claim their entire team can't resolve the issue, and they can't provide any recommendations or deadlines.

Overall, it was humiliating trying to play in bc.game. Peace and blessings to all.

Since it's impossible to resolve the issue directly with the casino, it's a vicious circle of madness. I've initiated a complaint with law enforcement. I've already received a response, and I'll be exploring further avenues for this case. I'm writing to ask anyone affected by the platform's activities to contact me via private message; a collective appeal is always more effective.

Hey man, I see you have posted a couple of times already here, but no luck. I will ask you to consider creating a scam accusation thread on the scam accusation board. Link - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

I see you are from India. The number of fiat transaction issues for Indian users increased a lot and you should stop playing on BC game till they solve it. BC game is one of the worst casino when it comes to customer support. You are unlikely to get any help from their support team. But no worries, we have a special man here @holydarkness who can help you with your case. So, consider creating a scam accusation thread first.

On top of Scam accusation board, this sticky thread is about Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly). Posters must follow this format for their scam reports against any casinos or companies in order to save time of them and also readers who want to support their scam accusations.

Posting a thread without a proper format only wastes more time for asking and asnwering questions before changing it to a right given format for more easily follow up.

^ Or just posting a compliance on Askgambers / CG. That's a good option too.

Unfortunetly, most of times someone posts in the Scam accusation board, he is a newbie or a brand new account created by someone to report the unsolved case without being himself a forum user in origin. You can check any page in that board and notice that newbies are the large base of post starters.

About the format, it's the right way to post the case in a clear detailed manner. However, it's not always a mast to use the exact format if someone can already tell the story in a well organized article, containing all the necessary elements for a concrete narrative.

^ Or just posting a compliance on Askgambers / CG. That's a good option too.
For disputes about crypto-based gambling platforms, bitcointalk forum is always the best space to start with. The times someone prefers askgambler or casinoguru, he used them as a reference when posting here.

I just want to add that it is not only the case with BC, the stake users also had similar kind of issues from time to time. So, like I and many others suggested, avoid using INR for gambling for very serious reason that bank can freeze an account if they suspect the funds came from gambling source as per the new bill passed a couple of months back.

And also no crypto casino process the fiat payments by themselves due to regulatory issues so they are using middle men as payment processor which creates almost all the problems here.

Deposit and withdrawal in fiat is allowed in BC.game from my country and the payment is credited instantly as processed through one of the payment gateways. I don't know about India and the type of payment gateway they have there but for us here, there is no issue with fiat usage in BC.Game that is expanding rapidly in my country.  Holydarkness made some request from the person earlier as his way of helping but I have not seen where he provided those request and that shows that the problem may not be exactly what he is claiming. I don't think there is anyone active in gambling here that does not know holydarkness as a reliable contact for issues like this, so ignoring his request is something very strange and unexpected from the player.
