Though total run was not high but it was not easy win for Lucknow. After 18 overs, I thought that Delhi would win the match. Mustafizur Rahman was excellent in this first 3 overs but at the end of the match, he didn't ball well. Besides, batsman of Delhi didn't perform well except Prithvi Shaw.

The run wasn't high, and from my view this was an easy win. It looked like Lucknow delayed the win avoiding unwanted wicket loss. As the run rate doesn't differ much they're on the comfortable position to win the match. At the end overs with more wickets in hand we can't blame the bowlers. Anyhow new teams are topping the table whereas the more valued franchises were struggling to win.

Lucknow super giant team more strength than DC but totally run collection for Delhi Capital (DC) lower than wining target. So far I guess the total run if would be more than +180 then it would have highly possible to win but run under 150 very tuff to win the pitch...

Delhi Capital scored was pretty low undoubtedly, because it’s very difficult to win with 149 runs in the betting pitch, so i think it seems aren’t winning target. But it was surprised a few DC blowers performances was great especially Mustafizur Rahman and Anrich Nortje, they're tried for victory till the last over but LSG won by 6 wickets and 2 balls was left.

DC just finished there innings and gave target of 215 runs, which is highest target so far in IPL 2022. Prithvi Shaw and Warner did the real damage by giving an opening stand of 93 runs. KKR have lost only one game while DC have won only one game. From my side it seems like DC will get the victory.

The reason Delhi Capitals were able to score 215 runs is the partnership between Axar Patel and Shardul Thakur as they added 51 runs in 25 balls which changed the match upside down and now it is a huge total for Kolkata Knight Riders to chase and a couple of good overs will end their dream of chasing the total, if the openers gave them a good start and Andre Russell bat till the end then the match will be interesting.

The match was won by Lucknow Super Giants. This season we've been seeing different range of performance from teams that aren't expected to top the table. On the other side the leading teams Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad were fighting to make their very first win. More matches to be played, and there is chances of comeback.

Kolkata lost by 44 runs. I wouldn't say their batsmen played badly. The performance of the batsmen was good enough. But I am completely disappointed with the performance of the bowlers. Especially in the last 2 overs, Delhi scored 39 runs. If the target was 190-95 then Kolkata would have a chance to win. It is very difficult to win by batting against 216 runs. When the target is so big, the confidence of the players decreases.

Those depth overs were the game changing. Shardul Thakur and Axar Patel made a partnership of 49 runs in 20 balls. If those runs weren't there KKR might've experienced less pressure with the required run rate. Anyhow it was a match that had a good number of sixes. Kuldeep Yadav bowled well picking wickets at the right time, if not the winning chance of KKR would've increased.

Mustafizur Rahman took three wickets in the first over today but did not give a wicket due to wrong decision of the umpire.Even after that, he has done a very good job in overcoming it, which has given the Delhi Capitals the hope of winning and winning.

You can blame the team management as well for their loss, they should have sent Marcus Stoinis earlier before sending out Krunal Pandya and now they have learned their lesson and hopefully they will change their tactics and not hold back their most explosive player till the end. I did not expect the match to get this close when they lost the 5th wicket for 74 runs, good performance by both the teams.

All the credit goes to Axar Patel and Shardul Thakur and we can say that if the total was below 200 then Kolkata Knight Riders could have had a chance, it was a good batting pitch and Lord Thakur just surprised me with the way he was able to clear the boundary with ease. Openers gave a good start and everyone contributed for them to reach 215 runs.

Not sure why they are still playing with Ajinkya Rahane, it is time for him to rest and replace with someone else.

Great info shared. I keep coming to the forum to know what is going in IPL and which team is winning the matches. My local TV channel doesn’t broad cast the IPL and I am not sure which site I should follow for the updates.

LSG lost 3 wikcet in just 3.3 overs and score was only 13, What you expect then? 165 was relatively an easy target in IPL 2022 and LSG lost a good opportunity of winning the game. RR innings was given a shoulder by Shimron Hetmyer and Ashwin, while no one was there in LSG for such performance.
