South Africa lost its all glory in cricket just because of quota system too much interference from politicians now its not easy for them to have very competitive team like past because they have no system like England which is bringing good players through system in recent time as ECB done good changes now they able to have good results so South Africa fight good but not as England doing for me both matches was interesting and can go either way but now for final England is favourite and can win this series.

South African opener scored 31 from 29 balls and that was the main reason for their defeat.

But, when the defeating margin was just 2 runs, you still blame the opener? Another opener De Kock was scoring at most ~300 striking rate at the other end, you cannot expect his partner too hitting hard. I agree 100+ strike rate is good for first 10 to 15 balls and definitely bad even after facing 25+ balls, that is the case of Bavuma. Still, as a opener he laid good foundation and the middles were not stronger as usual.

Most south African players are moving to counties on Kolpak deals which makes old south African team ever strongest cricket team in history. In my opinion south Africans deserved the 1999 world cup and even 2 years back with ABD and Fab du Plesis, they looked stronger in all 3 formats but now looks too weaker like West Indies and Sri Lanka teams.

This is a very good news as he has been away from the main stream cricket now for long time and IPL may just help him and his fans to see him on the pitch and do his magic as for years he has being doing for the team. Also, first match of IPL starts on 29th March between Mumbai vs CSK at Mumbai. It is going to be super exciting matches and some of the results would be decided on the last ball.

SA has posted a huge score on the board and in the end Klassen and Miller quick fire helped SA post 222/6 in 20 overs. Chasing is never easy and England have lost an early wicket as well of Roy which was a stunner catch by Shamsi. Looking by that standard it is an easy total to chase in the modern era but one good over can change the match, i missed the South African innings and i am awestruck to see that they scored 226 runs and England too started really well and Ben Stokes is yet to come and hence they are in a comfortable position and if they can maintain the current run rate they can chase this score.

There is no way England could loose this match now, South Africa dropped some catches in the field and that is not going to help them, if they want to win matches they need to step up their fielding standards, at one point of time they were the epitome of fielding standards but now i am seeing many dropped chances by their fielders and Eoin Morgan played a match winnings innings after a long time as he was scoring boundaries with ease and now they won the series and all the matches were really close and entertaining.
