10 minutes to go for the start of the game between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators. I am not sure whether the matches will be shown in India or not (I heard that it will be covered by DSPORT). There are a few players whom I am waiting for, such as Jason Roy, Ben Cutting and Colin Munro. Would be interesting to watch the crowd response as well.
Even if no channel in India shows the PSL, You can watch HBL PSL 2020 Live - Quetta Gladiators vs Islamabad United - Match 1 - 20 Feb Live. You wont be disappointed to see the electric atmosphere.  There is coverage in India. I am watching the match in DSPORT. So far, an excellent first innings from Islamabad United and they made a total of 168, thanks to an electrifying 64 from Dawid Malan. For the Quetta Gladiators Mohammad Hasnain and Ben Cutting bowled well, picking 7 wickets between them. But the other bowlers (especially Fawad Ahmed) were expensive. |

I am yet to follow PSL matches but i will be following the matches because these tournaments will have an impact on the upcoming T20 World Cup and the team selection depends upon the performance of these leagues.

This is nothing new as we have history of these both brothers with controversies even they are talented players and have bright future in cricket but their atitude is never been acceptable by many in team and board sometime they are too much rude and have many issues like this in past hopefully now this will end his good career in very bad mod. |

This is the worst start that PSL can get for this edition. It tarnishes the reputation of the league and the foreign players may stay away from it. Even the TV channels may show reluctance in bidding for the broadcast rights, if they suspect that it is tainted. There should be a zero-tolerance policy from the PCB and they need to make sure that there is no repetition of similar events. |

Nothing new about Umar Akmal. He has been in controversy in the past. Worst player in the history of Pakistani cricket. This will seriously tarnish the reputation of PSL. PCB should come out with a quick response to the situation. |

Babar Azam and Imad Wasim propelled Karachi Kings to the first total above 200 this season, with the former making 78 from just 56 balls at Karachi. Hasan Ali was very expensive, and conceded 52 from his 4 overs. The 20th over, which was bowled by him went for 20 runs, with Iftikhar Ahmed hitting two sixes and a four of the last 3 balls. Peshawar Zalmi is struggling now, after Jordan picked up 2 wickets.

A close win by Karachi Kings. The chase by Peshawar Zalmi was good but they just were not able to hit a few more boundaries. Last over by Umaid Asif actually decided the game. No boundaries with two wickets. Impressive 50 by livingstone, but still could not make the team win. Looks like PSL is soon going to be the second most entertaining franchise league after of-course IPL.

This is really frustrating. The match between Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans is underway at Lahore (Pakistan Super League), and DSPORT is not showing it. They are saying that there is some technical issue... I wanted to watch the match for 1 hour, since the South Africa vs Australia T20 match is about to start in 50 minutes from now.
Edit: Coverage has resumed at DSPORT. Nice to see Fakhar Zaman playing after a long gap.

Umar Akmal is banned from playing the PSL and this news has negatively effected the tournament. Only temporary banning him will improve the situation ? |

This is really frustrating. The match between Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans is underway at Lahore (Pakistan Super League), and DSPORT is not showing it. They are saying that there is some technical issue... I wanted to watch the match for 1 hour, since the South Africa vs Australia T20 match is about to start in 50 minutes from now.

Lahore Qalandars off to a very good start against the Multan Sultans and they are 41/0 after 4 overs. Both Fakhar and Lynn are playing well against the pacers. The Multan captain has no choice other than to bring his spinners... So he has called in Imran Tahir to bowl the 5th over. Shahid Afridi is also playing for Multan.. and he can be handy with his leg spin.

Both the openers are gone and Qalandars are struggling with 3 wickets down. I have analysis the pitch and it will support the spinners. As soon as Sultans put on spinners they have managed to get the wickets and put the brake on the runs. Also I found that Qalandars do not have any spinners in their team and this will hurt them badly when they come out to bowl. Their team selection does not look good. |

The spinners made the difference for Multan, after a horrible performance form both the opening bowlers (Sohail Tanvir and Mohammad Irfan) proved very expensive.
BTW... Australia is batting first against South Africa and Steyn got Warner out in the first over.

Yes, we are missing out on other T20 matches which are going at the same time also with the league matches. It was an eventful first over by Steyn where he got one wicket but also conceded two fours, one before the wicket and other after the wicket. Also today we had the first Women T20 world cup match and India- W beat Australia - W comfortably. There were not able to chase 132 runs and were all out at 115. |

Yes, we are missing out on other T20 matches which are going at the same time also with the league matches. SA after winning toss decided to bowl first and OZ are really batting well with 160/4 in 17 overs . If they can manage to reach 200 then it will be a really good score and SA would really need their openers to fire in first 6 overs else it would add pressure later on . Finch and Smith partnership helped them to get a good base initially. |

Really poor start to this series as losing the top and middle order batsman so easily means their is no coordination and no discipline of batsman to stay on the pitch. OZ have just nailed this match as SA still require 122 runs in 51 balls and only 3 wicket left . Now only thing SA could do is play full 20 overs and make as much runs as possible. South Africa is not in the greatest of form and i was expecting this to happen but they were struggling to make runs on the board let alone be competitive and that is what surprised me, Australia is in good form and they are continuing their form in this series and i am expecting a white wash from Australia if not we must see a miracle from South Africa if they are to win a match against a strong Australian team. |
