Egypt seem to be one of the surprising teams in the semi finals. They weren't being favoured by bookmakers in the previous two rounds but they still didn't care about it and eliminated their opponents one by one. Salah did a great job especially in the last match of theirs. They eliminated one of the favourite clubs of the tournament in the quarter finals which were Morocco. But in this round, even a much tougher matchup is waiting for Salah and Egypt. They are going to play against Cameroon. And Cameroon are far stronger than their previous opponents. It might be the end of the road for Egypt but it is early to say it I guess.

All hope isn't lost yet. Egypt syill has a pretty good shot to win Cameroon. I'm no longer becoming too confident on teams that have because my country (Nigeria) got eliminated despite being one of the best teams in the group. Likewise Cameroon that appears to be one of the favorites to win it now. I won't be surprised if Egypt eliminates them.

Yeah, Mohammed Salah is in Egypt. And the important thing is that the Egyptian team is completely dependent on Salah. If Salah plays well then Egypt will win, if Salah doesn't play well then Egypt will not win either. For this reason, no predictions can be made about Egypt's performance. We have seen in group stage matches how much the team relies on Salah. And so if Cameroon's defenders can only hold Salah, they will be able to control the match. it's not just a 1 man game, look in the last two matches Egypt was very difficult to win the game, they won the last 2 matches until it was decided in a penalty shootout, there is a luck factor there I see. and the bookies are completely impartial to egypt in the last 2 matches, maybe if anyone is willing to bet on the last 2 matches it will be very profitable.
The match against Cameroon in my opinion will be very interesting, it is very difficult to predict easily who will win it.

The type of football they are playing this time is very coordinated and presentable. Meanwhile Egypt that Nigeria defeated are now going to finals. This year AFCON is not fair with Nigeria, despite that they came with talented players and a good coach.

I agree, this has been happening for years, in Africa the soccer federations have been doing business with the players' agents so when there is an international match when it comes time to call players who play abroad the federation receives money from the player's agent so that their player can play in the team and then your player will gain exposure for a possible contract with some big European club. this is a corrupt business for years, that's why there are good players locally who don't earn a chance to play in the main team of the country because they don't have the money to corrupt the soccer federation

Very true, and let also get it right, Cameroon has been facing lesser nations compared the what others had to play right from the group stages. They were given this privilege because of been the host nation and this gave them advantage also as they were always among the first teams to qualify to the next stage. Home advantage, fans singing and giving you more energy, all this can make a team perform more than they usually do and as they progress they get more energy to put into their play.

If for some reason Egypt out play Cameroon then for me, that'll be the greatest disappointment in this tournament, Cameroon deserve to play the final atleast, winning it is what I'm not certain about. Egypt getting to the semi final is a surprise for me, isn't it the same Egypt that got outplayed by Nigerian. It's a disappointment we (Nigeria) went out so early in the tournament. during the last few matches Burkina Faso have been very good in defense and they have never conceded more than 2 goals in the last 3 matches, but the opponents in this match are Senegal who in the last 2 matches have been very productive in scoring. For the finals I'm looking at a Cameroon vs Senegal final and Senegal winning it, they currently have the best Goalkeeper in the world at goal and also have Mane (one of the best players in the world currently). Senegal also have the best coach in this tournament because I remember how far he went with the squad in the world cup. They're also playing as a team like Cameroon and it'll take an individual brilliance to win it all which I believe Senegal has.

That is it, bro, if a team cannot work as one of them the opponent can easily defeat them just like what we witnessed with some team in the early matches in this tournament, I guess Morocco have a better chance of winning the AFCON cup but that will be highly contended for with Senegal as this is the only two strong team standing.

Meanwhile Egypt is protesting against the chosen referee for tomorrow's game. He is known for pushing home team in his games without getting punished which is another characteristic of CAF. Another thing that I fail to know is why FIFA didn't dissolve and investigate them..

Huh finally Senegal scored the first goal the match has 20 minutes left and it almost makes me worry without a goal lucky Abdou Diallo did it in the 70th minute
Even though Senegal are favourites Burkina Faso can keep up with the game, unfortunately after the first goal Burkina Faso mentality went down and Senegal scored the 2nd goal. If you pay attention,Senegal is more active  scoring in the 2nd half.
