Mane was brilliant in the second half. What a game of football. The aggression of both sides showed that they both wanted it more. But Senegal showed more hunger to play the final for second consecutive. Burkina Faso deserved their place in the semis. Senegal is picking up their game at the right time. Whoever wins tomorrow, won't be favourites for the final. Burkina Faso played very well but lack of experience players and no quality strikers kill them.

Senegal picked the best opponent for them and made an easy qualification to finals. They scored three goals without too much trouble, Burkina Faso wasn't a threat to them in whole game. Burkina Faso already made big achievement by advancing semi finals, but playing in final would be the real dream for them. Senegal will play in finals second time in a row, if they don't win it this time that would be very heartbreaking. Both Cameroon and Egypt have great squads so final game will be pretty exciting for us. I expect Cameroon but if Egypt made it into the finals I won't be surprised.

Somehow it was in line with expectations that Senegal would continue. It was actually a miracle that Burkina Faso has come this far with that team. Senegal is also favorite to win the tournament now. Couldn't watch the game due to some IRL situation but I didn't failed to watch the full highlights. Despite a quiet first half, it's surprising how everything quickly got heated up when it got closer to the final minutes. That 3rd goal from Mane was a true show of class from a player that plays top-flight European football and I think that experience has what been paving the way for Mane at Senegal and Salah at Egypt.

Can't wait to see who makes it between Egypt and but I'd love to see a Liverpool final

Actually the odds favoured Senegal to win the match, even soccer analysts and pundits predicted Senegal to win, however the odd is small 1.38 though it's actually a bonus bet, congratulations to Senegal for qualifying for the finals of AFCON, kudos to the Burkina Faso who tried and hold on till 70 minutes before conceding the first goal, Iam looking forward to tonight game between Cameroon and Egypt in the other semifinals, I hope Egypt qualifies for the finals thus triggering a rivary between Mane vs Salah who are teammates at Liverpool.

Burkina Faso is a team that I was surprised to see in the semi-finals. However, Burkina's past opponents were weak. They played against Gambia and Tunisia in the knockout round.

Burkina Faso journey this year is indeed quite interesting, from the start of the AFCON match, I don't think I thought that Burkina Faso would be able to advance to the semifinals, yes indeed Burkina Faso does not have a strong enough opponent but they are actually not a stronger team than against their opponents, I think the cohesiveness and creativity of the game shown by burkina faso so far has made them quite fantastic.

I don't think anyone ever thought Senegal will lose to Burkina Faso, Lets not forget Senegal has Édouard Mendy, this guys has luck on his side, played the EFL Cup finals, FA Cup finals, UEFA Champions League finals and now Africa Cup of Nations finals. His saves are also remarkable so having a good goal keeper like him guarantee you victory if you play way. Mendy is known for clean sheets and he has been doing that at the AFCON as well.

If Senegal wins the final, then the agenda of Mendy deserving to be awarded Africa player of the year will become more valid. I think the toughest match of the tournament is going to be the finals irrespective who progresses from the later Semi Finals that'll be played today. All current three teams deserve to be champions.

We are in the semi finals and the first game of the round was played yesterday. Senegal were highly the favourite against Burkina Faso and they didn't surprise anyone by the result they got. In the game whose first half ended by 0-0, Senegal won by 3-1 comfortably and have reached the final round now. Sadio Mane was really fascinating by one goal and one assist. And today, there is a really tough game like Cameroon - Egypt. I wonder what Salah will do in this one. Will he be able to carry his team to the final or will it be the end for them? Cameroon is a really difficult competitor and I think that this could be the end for Egypt.

I think Cameroon would win but it'll be nice to see Salah go against mane in the final. But since Senegal has already made it to the finals, I think it will all depend on the outcome of Egypt vs Cameroon game. They are both mentally and physically strong. On paper the Indomitable Lions appear stronger and have been scoring for fun. The Pharaohs on the other end are solid and have Salah. Will sit back and enjoy the encounter.  But If Cameroon wins this match against Egypt, then they'll do anything possible to defeat Senegal in final, I mean anything possible. Even though it is to be awarded two penalties or make simulated actions to get the Egyptians booked and sent off.

Now odds for both teams to score 2.5 still quite high actually same thing on total goals it means the bookies predict the match will end with low goals
no more than 2 goals but if you look at the history of Egypt's matches there are not many goals on average each game only scored one goal excluding extra time so maybe this is the reason. Well from Cameroon's side it's different averaged 2 goals per match then both teams to score is still worth it.

Bookmakers are favouring Cameroon to win and advance to the final stage. But even Cameroon have an odd which is more than 2. I feel like that we will watch a really tough game here and Egypt won't give up until the last moment. They haven't come to this level by surprise. They really earned it by eliminating serious opponents in the previous rounds. So I think that they deserve the final as much as Cameroon.
