Interesting news . http://www.coindesk.com/spondoolies-tech-ceo-talks-new-asics-blockchain-lottery-device/Spondoolies-Tech is currently working on two separate designs: a 28nm ASIC set to launch in early 2015, followed by fourth-generation chips manufactured using an unspecified FinFET node. Most cryptocurrency ASIC companies do not disclose their manufacturing partners and Spondoolies is no exception. Instead of describing the new chip as a 14nm or 16nm design, which would more or less identify the foundry, Corem prefers to use "advanced process" FinFET terminology.
...Corem indicated that Spondoolies has made a conscious decision to skip the 20nm node altogether. oooooh that is an exciting morsel and completely backs up what I said months ago about 20nm being a stepping stone. i like it when raskul is always right Spondoolies-Tech's next-generation platform will not be suitable for home mining, however, as it will feature 10 hashing boards, each with its own PSU. Whoa! 10 power supplies! Interested to see what this will look like...

When do you guys usually got tracking for the shipment?
I got in e-mail from sales that my order will ship today but no tracking yet.
6 or more hours later Great thanks! Faster then Bitmain. (I usually had them in hand befor got the tracking. Sidenote: It was not problem for me) The only thing why I ask because I usually go to the DHL or UPS depo for the stuff close after it passes cutoms. This run takes me 200km there and 200 more back. So if I got the tracking I can plan my next day or the day after.

One marked shipped no tracking.
Received a confirmation Sponds email that a SP20 had shipped today, but unusually it said 'Being shipped via Other' and no shipping docs attached. All previous orders had quoted a DHL waybill number so I could track along with attached shipping docs ... now I can't track anything. (UPS works so much better in the UK).

Those Sp20's in an isolated room or away from family living? Just cause of the noise. They are not loud if you downclock. I would say medium vs loud. At 70 and 80 settings they are loud. My fan is set to 40 on the one I have. my sp20 uses only 730 watts and 1300gh this is about 0.56 watts they are also in the attached garage so sound isolates from my living area. I am trying to find the lowest settings I can do on this machine. Reminds me a lot of running GPU's back in the day. Underclock saved a ton of power and heat.

I have an attached garage too, but I keep my car in it. Only a single car garage. Winter time is nice for running gear in there, but when it gets hot, the garage gets over 100 degrees so that's not even an option. I have C1's spread all over right now doing a pretty good job of keeping my heat off for now. Just issues with one. Add them up and my SP10, around 5.5TH/s.

I was specifically referring to barabara, who in the emails where i asked for a discount neglected to mention any sale and in fact advised me to buy asap... would it not THEN have been logical to mention there is a sale starting imminently...? OK, so will you (SPT) honor the 100USD discount seeing as my order is still 'pending & unfulfilled' $940.00 ? Yes, we will honor the $100. Please e-mail me at sales@spondoolies-tech.com. Barbara Barbara, I have a support ticket open with you. Why are you not replying to my emails, it has been 5 days now since your last and only reply advising me to try the SP20 firmware on my SP10? Barbara, still waiting for a reply for my support ticket. Can i please get some assistance, going on week 3 now? Write to my skype (don't just add contact, write a message - I don't see people who just add contact for some reason). To Edgar, please e-mail us at support@spondoolies-com. I need to see why you have not had a response - I cannot identify this from the blog posts. Thanks
