It might be, that Mintpal were staking. Had the same issue (tx id not visable on the blockchain). That means the transaction never occurred.

I would recommend not to take the snapshot, yet, while 50% of all coins are on mintpal.

Edit: Withdraws from Cryptsy not working either, Polo was fine last time I tried

Yeah, this is confusing. First you were going to launch two new coins: Cinni 2.0 and TimeBank, and my understanding was that only TimeBank would snapshot PTS/AGS. Now it sounds like you're giving Cinni 2.0 to PTS/AGS holders as well? This sounds like great news, but you've got to admit it's not quite clear...

CinniCoin, can I ask that you take about 30 minutes and write up a nice clear post with the following information, and then put all this information into the OP as well:
1) When is the snapshot?
2) What coin is the snapshot for (e.g., Cinni 2.0 or TimeBank)
3) What are the coin totals for the new coin and snapshot ratios for Cinni 1.0 and PTS/AGS?
4) Which exchanges (if any) will be honoring the snapshot?

These three pieces of information, laid out clearly and concisely, here and in the OP, would calm everybody's nerves and help us understand how to invest. Thanks!

1.5/18 is less than 10%, then you may violate the social contract. Alternatively, you can allocate 18.75mil coins and distribute 1.875 cinni for PTS and AGS.

That's right. I think percentage ratio should corresponds with TimeBank:


TimeBank will have 187.5 million coins.
The distribution will be 80% to Cinni holders(150 million coins)
10% to PTS holders (18.75 million coins)
and 10% to AGS holders (18.75 million coins)

Therefore Cinni 2.0 18.75 million coins not 18 million.
