Hi guys,

It looks like things are moving.

CinniCoin is glad to be unburdened by these new developments. I have asked him what coding or other tasks he has done for CINNI. If doing any new coding he will first test new functions extensively with the dev team before promising new features. CinniCoin has now become a participant, and not a de-facto leader of this project.

sdersdf2 has picked up the initiative to get the team back on track. In that sense this takeover is in its nature a revival of the CINNI project. This revival may bring CINNI back as a cryptocurrency with a solid team, shared goals and values and an active community.

Looks like we are now assuming our positions, in order to have this spaceship fly.

Regards,
Agent725

Nice post.

is there anyway the "CinniCoin" account can be controlled by someone who will be project manager and not the old dev? since most new people will look for posts by "Cinnicoin" to see if that coin is still being developed.

Community "Pre-Takeover"

Inventory/Roll Call

I'd like to do an inventory/roll call of who's left.

Who's still here who has any interest in helping CINNI?
What can you do?
What are your ideas?

Please PM me.

If your looking for other coins that have had takeovers for inspiration or ideas on what to do and not to do look at silk coin. They fixed all their issues have voting platforms coming out, coordinating giveaways etc.

Silk coin is somewhat similar to Cinni maybe some cooperative work could be done with them to keep both teams moving. Just a suggestion.

This coin is beyond DEAD
I can not even send the coin to an exchange because the program does not allow sending any funds from the wallet
I simply get an error that it can not make the transaction and thats it
Blocking the useless staking does not work either...
It is like the funds are gone even though it show them as being present......

it's at a new synchronization transaction date varies and it is not my transaction at the conclusion of coins!

The 'CinniCoin' account cannot be controlled. Perhaps a good solution would be for someone to register a new handle that is similar (CinniCoin2.0) and post from that.

What do you think?

Its good that the community wants to take over cinnicoin and continue to improve the coin, how ever iam not trying to fud or troll here but is it ever going to regain traction price wise? given the amount of bag holders that bought all the way from 30k SAT TO 1K SAT  will most probably just dump out as soon as the price develops an uptrend.  anyone else see this as a very possible and large issue?

That's totally true... hopefully there will be enough people who will hold and/or buy when they see the uptrend.

I have the same concern, and it's a potentially huge issue. I've generally assumed that most of the big whale dumpers have dumped already, but I have no idea - it is one of the things that makes me a bit hesitant about all this. It'll be a wasted effort if CINNI behaves like it has in the past, where whales dump into every rally.

Is there a rich list?

~15M in circulation.  the biggest problem is not the whales who are still holding.  its the ones that will buy 10% or 20% of total CINNI and only intention is to dump when the price rises.  CINNI is basically at teh beginning again pricewise.

I'm still in and hope a suitable person can found to continue development.

I notice some mention of a hard fork be created?  what would the reason be for this?  it might necessary in the future when fundamental changes are made to specifications, but it serves no purpose in a "takeover" or "rebrand".  Hard Fork should be held off until Cinni is updated so that there are no more bugs, specifications and core working of PoS patched so it plays better with exchanges and users dust amounts etc (eg no PoS on CINNI inputs less then an agreed upon minimum amount and no splitting of the input after stake on this minimum amount).

Yes, I agree with that - the first priority would be to clean up the existing system.

If you want to stop that, you need to find a small group of people you trust to buy up the coin while its cheap, and not sell it. It's the only way you can avoid the other situation. Else once momentum starts you will have the whales and pumpers come in and buy up a large share just to dump on you up top.

sdersdf2 is building a list of resources, and who is doing what.

Let's see what that list looks like, and plan our course of action.

No. I do not see this as a problem. This argument is true for every coin. Bitcoin has bag holders too. When the bitcoin price reaches $1200 again, there will be a huge dump. This hoes not means that bitcoin will not rise above $1200. Price will continue to rise as long as more whales are buying than selling.
