Here's the dark, cynical conspiracy theory: that Cinnicoin dev is involved with one or more other coin dev teams and is only pretending to be inept/incompetent with this particular coin. The altcoin market pie is shrinking and all these FUD fests breaking out everywhere represent people fighting over a shrinking pie. Maybe Cinnicoin dev DOES NOT WANT Cinni to thrive. People who are in bigger on other coins these days see other coins as competition that will divert scarce BTC away.

In other words, the cynical view is that Cinnicoin dev's interests have changed since he started this thread and he now has an interest in killing CINNI, or at least bleeding it slowly. That he, along with battbot, rynomaster (and veritas?) were among the dirty whales who bled CINNI dry and do not want it to ever become a serious threat or competitor to their new coin ventures.

This would completely explain his strange actions/inaction.

You know, I'm getting sick of having to explain this to people who parachute into this situation without looking at the context before they mouth off: Rynomaster had committed to the CINNI community delivery of encryption-message-based anonymous transactions tech to CINNI (this is documented in the message thread and in PM), stringing the CINNI community along for more than a month before he cited "family emergencies" and disappeared (along with battbot and others). CINNI as a result became an empty carcass with an absent "dev" (who really isn't a dev or coder at all, as far as I can tell, or pretends not to be).

Anyway, that same tech then turns up later in shadowcoin, a few mere days after its launch.

His prerogative -- he can do whatever he likes. But he lied and misled people into committing a lot of BTC to a false promise. Again, his prerogative. My only issue with it is repeated attempts by you and other rynomaster proxies to try and whitewash the past.

At the very least it will cause the auditor to turn a blind eye to problems with any coin he is invested in, and at the worst could attempt to kill legitimate coins that pose a threat to his investments.
