I have a question. Did poloniex.com get a stake from the Sustainability Fund or am I reading this transaction wrong?

no message attached it looks like... so it appears someone may have given the poloniex address, using it like a hot wallet, but did not give a message so it could have been sent into the abyss.. makoto will have to look into that one. maybe it can be recovered.

I'd think that the redeemer would have to hash it out with Poloniex support anyway. Not much makoto can do in that case.

how does the redeemer prove thats his stake? makoto may have to confirm to poloniex whos stake it is, other wise anyone can go to poloniex and try to claim it.

Then they will reply.
" please generate your own message, and send exact xx.xxxxx xem from the same address, with a generated message in "unencrypted"

That's all. 1~2 days later, he will find his stake in his ballance.

Makoto have nothing to do except sending xx.xxxxx xem again later.

(So to speak, generated message is user's xem address(for deposit) in Poloniex.com)

that could well be folks claiming their own stake + stake for loved one and having them sent to one address, which is allowed afaik. so i dont see any breach of terms or rules here.

Their xem withdraw fee is 15 xem.
But if you withdraw millions of xem, the transaction fee is more than 100 xem.
They send millions of xem without that fee.
But even though it is not calculated at that time, the transaction fee is recorded somewhere.
It is not free.
You are surely saved more than 500 xem so far.
So, you cannot withdraw it.
Because it is not yours, but Poloniex's.

And I have withdrawn 7 times, each are more than 1 m xem, without transaction fee.

Poloniex is a late redeemer, so yes of course they get their stake too.

Btw. since you stated that we are harvesting with the stakes of other people who haven't been paid out so far:
Those stakes are located in special accounts that cannot harvest. So it is impossible for anyone to use those stake for creating new blocks/earning fees.
