Is it possible for an chinese speaking guy to ask to btc38 adding NEM to CNY markets? The volume on CNY markets is ways higher than BTC markets... It would be a big step for NEM

NEM a scam?! I'm curious - when did you turn on NEM and why? I dont check the board as often as I used to and am genuinely curious. I thought you were a huge NEM fan. He was a fan, until his sock account stakes were removed in the last cleansing before launch. Not true. He was a big fan even a few days after the launch. Check his posts. He has become less enthusiastic in just last few days only after reality struck him that this coin like several others isn't going anywhere. It's not the greatest launch of 2015 as he was hoping.

The three keys to a successful crypto:
Adoption, adoption and adoption.
You guys have a lovely digital currency system in place.
Now you just have to give people a reason to use it.

Exactly, which bitcoin with all it's media attention (cnn, al jazeera, new york times, tons of mainstream journalists covering it for several years) plus several million dollars huge investment in companies like coinbase failed to do. Most people have absolutely no interest in fake currencies (the way they think of it) and consider it either outright scam at worst, or very risky money that you can lose at best. The only people who are here are speculators hoping to get rich someday. That's all your users.

Also, I just started reading the NEM whitepaper. Gotta say it's probably one of the prettiest and most well organized whitepapers I've ever seen. Yes beautifully written ... nice to see price and volume picking up as well! It's falling.. nem droppeded Lol, you really have nothing better to do? Someone said here that you were a Nem supporter until the Nem team caught up with your sockpuppet accounts. Everyone visiting any exchange will see that Nem/Xem has been going up since the release of the technical reference. Yes we have been making slow steady gains over the last couple of days. NEM has already proven to be the biggest launch of 2015 and things are only just getting started...

The only people who are here are speculators hoping to get rich someday. That's all your users. Gotta wind back a bit. Bitcoin was successful because it enabled criminal activity, activity on an anonymous network where anonymity was highly sought after. All of this was a big snowball and gave bitcoin the catapult into the media spotlight for real investors to come along and put their money into it. Bitcoin also appealed to the growing number of people who were/are tech savvy, who have the upgrade bug and who saw bitcoin mining as a fun, challenging (and profitable) pasttime. However this is obviously something that could not continue as more people raised the bar until we inevitably saw dedicated hardware (ASIC's) come in at a very high price.

This doesn't make any sense. Mining would not be profitable if there are no buyers buying the mined coins. The early users made money mainly due to drugs and speculators that came later, but mainstream general public showed very little interest in fake currencies. As someone said, total number of active unique bitcoin users after years of publicity in mainstream media is still less than 250K. That's pretty pathetic really.

I'm pretty sure that most people in the world still haven't heard of Bitcoin, don't know what it is, how to access it or what you can do with it.

LIKE LIKE LIKE I don't really like. Would there be any reason for them to discredit NEM or do they simply not know any better ? No research being done ? Like at all ? (Other than the 2 questions they seem to have asked makoto). I mean I really appreciate that they write about all projects and arent just bitcoiners with a media outlet like coindesk and cryptocurrencynews but somehow I feel like it causes them to not digg deep into those projects.
