fair enough, the arbitrage feature being fixed should be number 1 priority though.

my arbitrage fails and says that i dont have enough QTL available to match the percentage for each exchange or = 0, and i have over 1800 qtl on polo and 10000 on bittrex with settings set at 5-10% for percentage for each exchange and .5-1% for minimum price difference for arb

could you tell mewhat i could be doing wrong?

Same case for me...
Also tried on XMR market and same result.

Not yet did a successfull arbitrage.

Yup same thing keeps happening with almost all my ARB opportuinities, it says "FAIL- exceeded QTL percentage allotted for arbitrage on Bittrex/Polo"

Is there any fix for this yet MArkus, also the ONE successful arb i had the amounts were WAY wrong, first it bought 3000 quatloo on bittrtex and then sold 17 quatloo on polo, ending in a net gain of Quatloo, NOT btc like advertised, let me know if theres anything that you know of to rememdy these isues, Thanks for the hard work, this bot is a decent tool and i will keep using it for the 3k features but the arb is VERY buggy so far

EDIT: also the coin balances on the ARB page dont update (under add markets)

in addition to the above post i changed some settings and let the arb run again last night on XST and QTL, AGAIN it ended up buying about 3000 quatloo with out selling more than 200, it doesnt do this with any other coin pair so far, is anyone else having this same issue with the ARB feature buying up quatloo instead of trying to increase btc?

and still most of the arb opportunities still fail giving the same error  "FAIL- exceeded QTL percentage allotted for arbitrage on Bittrex/Polo"

I;ve tried lowering the limit to 3% of holding and still get the same error, also the coin balance shown on the arb page once you add a market pairing never updates, which could throw the numbers off alot if thats where the bot is looking to make its decision on coin amounts for trades...

Let me know if you have any questions, I'll be happy to help try to get this bot sorted out...

Also, do you have any plans to add trading algorithms and indicators into the bot like RSI, Stoch, ect.. ? just curious, definitely fixing the ARB feature should be first priority imo

I think we all need to wait until november when Marcus has more time.

I have been running everything that's in the tool and all major executions were giving bizar results

-ping pong is buying too high, over my limit.
-fix sell wanted to sell all of my coins (could be I had too many exe's running) problem is no more
-arbitrage is only buying or selling in one way

The good thing is: it's software, so it can be fixed. But having Marcus working the tool during the night (I guess) is bad.

November will be better.

I have not has the time to run Arbitrage and really study what it is doing, but I would suspect that if 20-30 people are all trying it on QTL then the first one will win and the last ones won't on each opportunity, which might explain why it happens on QTL only. Just a guess on my part at this time.

I also agree that it will be much better when Markus has more time.  I would keep testing (very conservatively) and letting Markus know what you find. Best route to take right now.

Still lots of potential, but all good things take time and effort.

just for the record I've had the same issue i had with Quatloo arbs with XST arbs and i doubt theres many people on those...

EDIT: i found a trick to get the arb to work successfully, but it has to be CONSTANTLY watched which is a pain in the ass... definite potential here and now that the price dropped abit its more reasonable price (even thou i bought my 7k above 11k Tongue), hopefully Markus can read over the thread and work with us to fix the issues fairly soon..

Ok, bugs then.  Just read a couple of time about QTL specifically.  I did run it the first day he put it out and got some success.  Enough to see it can be a real big deal when worked out.  I know there are some other auto functions Markus has in mind also and I think there are a couple that will be much better than Arb.  Just have to give the man some time......

The fact that this could get to an almost self functioning program is what I keep running over in my mind.  That is why it doesn't bother me if people get priced out.  I expect to not really care about the price of QTL when the Trader is robust. If only a handful of us get to use it, good for us!  Should have bought and had some faith in a good Dev.

Please help me, I have 2 questions, do not understand how the bot earn money !!
 Wink Wink

_How it works CLASIC Ping Pong ??

_Fee are calculated automatically by the bot Huh

Thank
Stephane

I can help answer this,

1. Classic ping pong, places a buy 1 satoshi higher than the top current buy, as well as sells 1 satoshi below current ask, and thats about it, the advanced ping pong gives more options for when to stop buying or start selling, random intervals, ect.. its just more advanced really... imo you should never use classic ping pong only advanced

2. No fees are not calculated, this is more of a trading tool imo and not a set-and-forget bot, It doesnt even have indicators like (RSI, Stoch, ect..), its pretty basic in that respect, i wouldnt let it run without watching it, but i still use it alot...

Guys, how do you count your profit/loss with so much trades going on with this trader?

i dont think theres anything that keeps track of overall profit/losses from every trade, like i said before its kinda just a trading tool that really has to be watched while its on...

Hey guys, having troubles with the price limits. Onces it goes over 0.00007000 would like it to stop placing orders, but it keeps placing buy orders after it goes over this price. Am I doing something wrong, or is anyone else having same issue.

Thanks for the reply

yeah i just tested that out and i had the same problem, i put the buy side to stop if price goes over 30k and it was placing buys over 32k, that would be a great bug to fix for next update

ARB is still abit buggy and ping pong limit not holding, other than that its still working, really looking forward to the next update!

I think a function/Algo that buy and sell with a % of the volume would be very nice (I'm personally looking more for Algos trading than arbitrage)

A stop loss function

A better Account auditing i.e price (in BTC) where I bought my coins with a way to see if I'm making money or not.

A way to see the trade going through live i.e a market history (live) next to the order book the other tab is to far in my view no need to separate them and it should be live.

Click left on account to select a market is to long. right double click is better for BTC. also a way to remove all the zero balance would be good

The box that tell me you have added the wallet to clipboard press "ok" is not needed or at least it should be temporary annoying to press ok

Include a chat like that we can all talk together like in Bloomberg with a search and a Bio if we want to add one. (not very important)

Bitcoin and Cryptos News (A Bloomberg type of news feed if you ever used Bloomberg you know what I mean)

Add a Tab with Bloomberg TV or CNBC should be fairly easy to do always nice to hear market info when you are trading at least for me (maybe one day you can have Quatloo TV who knows)

Add Google Auth

Update from the soft annoying to always check bitcointalk to download the latest soft

only my view...

Very good start, well done

Still some Bittrex Dust limit not met issues, not a big deal but small sells at Polo will not get bought at bittrex if under 50k satoshi.

Version 2203

Poloniex will not cancel orders with scalp mode selected.  Have to manually go in and cancel dozens of orders, 1 for each scalp attempt.

intervals at 10s
randomized bid/ask
3 sat scalp
spread enabled

tried without random bid/ask
raised bid/ask intervals

Other exchanges work perfect with same settings.  Polo is unusable in this state as it depletes my BTC/coin X in minutes because it won't cancel scalp orders.

Even tried older pre-Arb versions that used to work fine and now they have the same issue.
