Hey guys so much progress with your SHADOW SCREENSHOTS! LMAO u jokes u gonna drop your little market already or what
Werent you on here pumping 50 btc into this when I was telling you not to after reviewing the code?

Yes yes... says the guy who wrote in his article "ShadowCoin’s marketplace plans to offer anonymous transactions leveraging Darkcoin’s (now DASH) darksend feature... " Go back home please and stop trying to act like you have the skills to read the Shadow codebase let alone understand it.

so, whats the status on the isidor zeuner review?

Same as last month...

1. All code is open source.
2. We have prioritised development over documentation at this moment in time.
3. We have a bounty program for anyone that finds any issues.

Since you feel so passionate about it.. go ahead and arrange it.
This is a open source project; our in-house cryptographer is happy and quite frankly that is good enough for me for the moment.

It took bitcoins years to be peer reviewed so as I have stated before a single review quite frankly means nothing to me. I want to see dozens of them and they will come with time.

you guys paid someone who is not even a cryptographer more than 5btc for a cryptographic review that he didn't deliver after more than 6 months. I'm just curious why no one cares. I just read a pretty weak german article by zeuner on bitcoin and the healthcare system published one month ago. so at least he's alive and well it seems. I'll try to invite him again to the leipzig bitcoin meetup, so far he's never been there, despite being invited by a couple of people.

He hasn't done it because he needed some more docs from Shadow, but devs (and community agreed as well) decided to prioritize development instead.
Decentralized market incoming, a lot of work ahead.

As dasource wrote, code is opensource and available for anyone to review. I, myself, have donated to Isidor's review and I agree with further development instead.
I'm sure the review will be there someday, I'm not afraid of "losing" this donation.

yes and no. but it is completely ok to freak out from time to time and I don't take stuff like that personally.

while I might prefer monero and am not hiding that, I am honestly curious in this particular case, primarily because you guys crowdfunded this review out of your own pockets and paid upfront (kudos for that, that's not the usual altcoiner behaviour  Smiley ).

another reason for my curiosity is the fact that I'm living in the same city as IZ. would be interesting to have him at our bitcoin meetup for a little chat about cryptocurrencies one day.

I don't see that. I think he's genuinely interested in Zeuner's action or inaction.

Most of the Monero base are good people. The only thing most of them have against Shadow is that it is PoS.

Monero is one of the better alts no doubt.
At least they are trying to do something other then steal investors money, like the other 90% of Alts.
I wish them luck, lets face it they will need it against the shadow Tongue

"Despite not being widely publicized, the creator of Darkcoin, Evan Duffield, one the leading altcoin projects and marketcap leader for privacy coins, attempted to acquire Shadow, which speaks volumes for the project’s future."

Most of the Monero base are good people. The only thing most of them have against Shadow is that it is PoS.

A lot of crypto people have that problem, and if you talk to them long enough about it they will eventually go into a rant about "Zionist bankers" or "the rich get richer."

I believe pure PoW coins have no extended future, and that includes BTC. No legitimate businessman is going to be willing to keep hash online at a loss once mining becomes fully unprofitable, and that will leave only the non-legitimate ones. Only PoS allows one to profit from the network by buying the actual coin, instead of buying equipment that doesn't support the coin in any way.

They have another issue. And when Shadow starts taking off you'll know about it.
