I have started a thread where lenders that wish can give their information to pirate.

What are you getting yourself into?
What do you mean?

I mean: why would pirateat40 accept any information regarding bitcoinmax users coming from someone who isn't payb.tc?

Maybe because he's promised to tell the truth and has no reason to lie?

Why are you so cynical?

This is Bitcoin, not the real world - we're a better class of people.

If this post was useful, interesting or entertaining, then you've misunderstood.

I agree it isn't foolproof.  But given that payb.tc has as much stated that he will not forward ANY information to pirate I feel as though I need to do something.

At the very least it would let pirate get an idea of how much/many people are willing to deal with him directly.

i'd really like to help zyk with his apparent problem, however i have no idea what he's actually asking.

i've already stated how the accounts would be split up, but as rolotonybrowntown says, it's pointless spending day after day discussing it when we don't even know if we'll see any coins anyway.

let's discuss it more *after* pirate pays (if ever).

Need another translation?

Happy to provide

Zyk

I cracked the code!

By running a script to pass zyk's messages automatically through http://www.babelfish.com/ from English to Danish, then to Ukrainian, then to Japanese, then finally back to English, I get:

"Some hear and see him whom he heareth nor seeth not
But fields have eyes and woods have ears, ye wot
And also on my maids he is ever tooting.
Can ye judge a man, (quoth I), by his looking?
What, a cat may look on a king, ye know!
My cat's leering look, (quoth she), at first show,
Showeth me that my cat goeth a caterwauling;
And specially by his manner of drawing
To Madge, my fair maid."

which is straight out of The Proverbs And Epigrams Of John Heywood, 1562

In other words: "Yain't gettin' yer coins back, ya Son of a Biscuit Eater!"

You may just read post    #1885  and  #1907 or may be all the others again and if you still refuse to understand what am asking for

and think, you can leave the OP with the in depth information it contains right now for your investors ( Erebus already leaveing the sinking ship or better jumping to one where

the captain still talks to lenders),

i´ll feel free to post a summary in perfect translation.....

Thanks

At the very least it would let pirate get an idea of how much/many people are willing to deal with him directly.

Pirate in no way shape or form expressed that he wanted said information to 'deal' with anyone directly. He very well may send a 'one-way' notice of default to each individual name he receives. Some very minuscle percentage of funds to the address provided. And then do absolutly zero dealings thereafter. From a semi-legal standpoint, him sending even .00000001 BTC to each individual address with a notice of default could be enough to prove he had made sufficient effort to renumerate and be off the hook after that.

Of course I have no way of knowing what his true intentions are. No one does except for him.

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

Wasn't it evident from the beginning....Pirate has clearly mentioned in his OP, during the start that " past performance is not a guarantee of future results"...that itself absolves him of any legal action as long as he wasn't using his money for illegal purposes.......so why would what anyone else say about it matter.....lets just get on with taking this episode to a conclusion.

No. No it does not.

I authorize payb.tc to release all pertinent details about my BitcoinMax account provided by me to you at the time of account creation to the forum user known as pirateat40 should he require or request it for any reason related to the closure and default of Bitcoin Savings and Trust.
thats from my part, but still it seems stange that he wants too. Maybe he actually bought debt, and does not want to pay that debt in full (though its into his own pocket, he will need the face value of debt do pass on to ppt operators. maybe he does not trust the coins to the ppt operators? all fuct situation right now)
