I read her quote and while I agree there is something to read into, there was never a promise that a new product would be announced at the event. And any company is going to hold off announcements if all its ducks are not in a row. Just like testnet, any day now . . .

I don't think M2 is going to move the price, at least not like Draper's vote of confidence.

I don't think it will.  If it does you can say I told you so until you're blue in the face.  Sound fair?

A better question is why would you want the price to spike?  Are you guys traders? 

I don't trade much. But of course I would like to see a higher price, but not necessarily a hype with dumping right after.

I space out my buys, I buy X amount with each paycheck so for me, a lower price is better.  Now if you got in early at 10 cents and bought 10's of thosands of Fct, then for you its better if the price keeps going up and up.  To each his own I guess.

Yes, different situations/perspectives. I bought most of my Factoids one year ago through October and November. And for months I nearly was all-in because I really believe in this project. But: I want to distribute the normal risk a little bit - that's why I sell a little bit every time I consider the price as good and whenever there is a project I believe to see real potential.

Yes, I'm one of those lucky guys who found Factom right after launch while I wasn't aware when they did their ICO -  but it was really important to do research. Those who did not didn't recognize how much potential this project has and how undervalued it was (and still is in my opinion). Factom didn't get much attention one year ago. Many days with just 5 BTC in volume or even below in the first three months after launch.

A note, have seen some people download the new binaries but not delete the old ones. If you are still getting errors but in the first few lines it says

Go compiler version: go1.6.2

you are still running the older version factomd and need to delete that first.

That s not a new product, she was quite specific about that. So I expect something else. I don't expect M2 testnet either, not before some time next month.

The servers are runned by Factom now and do they have limitations, cause thats the idea i got when i watched a movie of david.

There are currently some sanity checking guardrails in M1, but nothing close to the volume we have been seeing.  Those won't follow through to M2.

I m sure this is NOT the case with Factom and Tiana but I do expect Brian or somebody else to comment on her stating new product to be launched this week. Cause I m ready to raise this question EVERY SINGLE WEEK on this forum until hell freezes over.

This is BS. We re still waiting for more user friendly wallet that should come with M2. Having 5 windows open at the same time in order to send Factoids s not something I d like to do every time. Move Factom team, it s really time to give us something.
