CAID was created to provide tools ie wallets, new coins, block explorers etc in return for payment in CAID, teh coin actually broke records on Yobit when I ran the ICO - It sold out within 80 minutes, however things havnt quite gone according to plan, but I'm lucky and have a decent following that know th coin will come good, and money will be made. its still a great POS coin and will become even more stronger once I get the store front finished.
SandG is a completely different coin than my CAID, and invests in
other POS coins then when they stake 75% of that stake is sent to the exchange sold, and SandG purchased which keeps the miners happy with buy support for their coins, the other 25% of the stake remains in the wallet and our overall holding of that coin then of coarse increases as does our future stakes.

I wont use CUBE as an example as we send 100% of stakes to the exchanges, but we gain 4 CUBE every week via my sig that stays in the wallet and thus increases our holdings, but you will see sprouts where we staked 5362 of them so I sent 4021 of to the exchange sold them for 0.00305596
BTC that i then used to buy SandG the other 1340 stayed in our wallet and have increased our sprouts holdings.
SandG Sprouts holding looks like this :
Opening Balance : 4781
Current Balance : 133054
Total Exchanged : 26608
( the amounts wont add up as kind people have also donated sprouts to the project )
So what has happened there is that I donated 4781 Sprouts to the SandG project at the start and we now have a total of 133054 Sprouts in our wallet and have sent a total of 26608 to the exchanges and purchased SandG with the
BTC made, so approx 0.02235072
BTC from this one coin alone has been used to buy back SandG.
So in short the holdings on all our coins are growing and with this our stakes are also growing.
