After making that post about that reward someone was actually able to process my withdrawal for me I’m still in awe lol said they were a previous staff member and got back into there old account I figured they would be blowing smoke but apparently not I don’t know the rules here or I would post his email.

Yes it has been like this pretty much with Safedice for most of 2018 or so.

Since they helped you right away when you offered the reward it basically shows that they are very slow at support and only help right away when there is some incentive.

Either that or the admins had some free time during the holidays from work and decided to solve a few support tickets.

Really wish they would hire more support staff because it would increase revenue overall for the site.

since it is only some brave souls who deposit there nowadays
or the ones that are not registered at bitcointalk or cannot read in general
since the problems has been plaguing safedice for several months at the very least
so if you want this quest "how can I get my money from Safedice" depositing there is your choice

Ugh, time for negative trust which hopefully can be a warning. Clearly the owner is not active anymore. There is a rumor that he is in prison (for unrelated things.) I have no idea if that is true (only read it in SafeDice chat) but I hope someone who knows more details can speak up. For now I would stay away from SafeDice.

Personally, I also still got some investments locked up and TBH I am not even too worried (I expect the owner to come back at some point), but it is an unfortunate situation.

Owner was active here once a month as we see from his posts, don't know if that'r rumor or not but as I see he mentions Ethan in his post, anyone knows who he is? Or was he on bitcointalk? And were there other persons too on safedice? I think SFR10 possibly has some contact information since he was managing signature campaign for them.
This website was good and had some traffic, I don't think owner hang on website like coinroll's admin did.

Most of their thing now is pretty good enough for some normal site but only about withdrawal problem that always been matter because there is lack of support team to help them. But if you can handle this, then you should really go for it because their investment is pretty solid

Btw @NLNico, where do you heard the rumor? Because like panjul said and everyone knows that the owner sure active once a while(do not have exact time). But when he is active, he just need to clear some issue on their site

Would of never guessed he was in prison, however that would make sense due to the lack of posting since ... most likely in prison you can't browse the internet.

I guess my theory of him meeting some girl... getting married ... having 1 kid .... having another kid ... no time for development work was way off.

No idea why he went to prison, but if he knew he was going to be going away he should of either shut down the website permanently... hired some trusted support staff like a family member or just put the site up for sale. Would of saved alot of people many headaches waiting for withdraws.

well prisons not widely known to allow access to internet to the convicts 
but having a kid or two should not get you busy enough to either close the site down or at least notify the community of your troubles (or happy happy days)
it is unacceptable for a casino that allows deposits , things happen , but why gamblers have to suffer because of this is beyond me

Pretty bad management, they should at least assign a community manager that would actively answer all questions.

They are in business still and they keep making money but if they will allow their reputation to be ruin, they can't expect that they will last in the crypto world. One of the early gambling sites where I play with, of course dice but I almost forget this site anymore because there are new sites that are better and actively making great promotions, SafeDice is already left behind.

You should, this site is not trustworthy anymore and I don't think there's still a lot of gamblers visiting this site.
Look for a more profitable sites, I'm sure you can find a lot here, but not this site, it's not recommended for me as of now.
Try visiting the site, total bankroll now is only 77 btc and their only one game, it's already out in the competition.

not trust worthy since they add XMR, they cant solve the missing depo/withdrawals. Probably they are using the anonymity of Monero because the coins cant be tracked easily they can claim peoples money as their own.
