Can anyone help me out please? I had 0.155 btc and i put 0.14 btc to roll on below 79.95 and the page got stuck cause it wasnt rolling and then I changed the bet to 0 and clicked on roll again and it rolled a 20 something which means if the bet went through i would have won but now i have 0.015 btc left. My 0.14 btc bet wasn't registered but was taken out of my account.

I suppose there is no results with it, you should ask them by email, anyway if I am understand this correctly, instead the bet you put is losing, you rolled again the second time, should be won but the amount you put is 0 so the result is winning but there is no payout at all. You should ask admin to look into your 0.14 btc bet, I believe they have the history for the bet and have everything verified too

it's weird if this is actually the case , can you post a screenshot of your last bets and a screenshot of your deposit and withdrawal history ?
SD isn't that much active here , so you would be doing better trying to reach out for their support
most likely the stuck bet was lost , but it makes no sense for not showing it in your bets history

Looking at his 3 posts, all of them are complaining about safedice but this one is probably the most serious one as big amount is involved although he did not even put any proofs to show that what he say is true. Its been 2 days since the post but he is not coming back yet to clarify, maybe his issue has been fixed already.

I do not think it has been fixed since there is no clarify from him, usually every issue which involved big amount of money will be asked to clarify on thread to make sure that SafeDice do not cheat on them. But yet this issue is keep on happening here again and again without having some solution from their support team. I know they always fix this but to think that they lack of support team, they should increase it so everything can be fixed faster

If you read back a few pages the motto for this site is "Its called SAFEdice because due to your funds being stuck... they are safe from being gambled".

I've commented on this thread a bunch of times, commanding the admin to hire someone to direct support - even part time. Because every few days or so, there is some issue that doesn't get addressed for days and days and people start calling it a scam since they don't get a reply.

Safedice has cloudflare ddos protection, so it shouldn’t go down because of a ddos.

I see a little loading bar thing go across the top of my screen but the page never loads. I have tried on two different computers running on two different internet connections. How can I get past this?

I don't know but this is the first time I have seen SafeDice down for this long, they should have at least have a support staff updating the status of the website in order to keep their members' minds at bay. By the way did SafeDice replied to your suggestion? Because even if they did I don't think they have added any additional staff in their casino. What SD is doing with slow withdrawals and long down times is making them have more dissatisfied customers which will eventually be leaving the gambling site for good.
