First, since the bankroll dive, the site is down for my country... Cloudflare says:

The owner of this website (safedice.com) has banned the country or region your IP address is in (**) from accessing this website."
And I am not able to reach my investment! (Or what's is left of it) Safedice, please, revise this access policy.
Second, the max payout at the winning time was indeed high, 50btc last time I saw. Safedice was naive to allow such event (system halt, investor panic). For the sake of a healthy business, some restrictions must be applied:
(All the following suggestions won't affect the little guy, nor whales nor regular users; it would only affect god-like winners leading to the site shut down, and in the end they won't be sad with the winnings)
1) lower max profit (lower percentage of the bankroll and a 200k USD ceiling)
2) bankroll value increase delayed (a day or two)
3) limit winnings per day or similar
4) limit foldinding (200 or 400x seems healthy)
5) steeper variable edge slope
5) decreasing divest fee ( like cryptogames, but way lower )
6) investing dilution fee (like bustabit, but lower)
- 5 and 6 inhibit investing, so discretion is advisable
Now, it is understandable SD needs some time to evaluate the situation,
but we need some feedback.I am a SD enthusiast and see its potential, let's see if the site meets our expectations.
