They have no even 0.1 XMR in their fvckin hot wallet. DEF SCAM. DO NOT PLAY IN THERE.

Most likely their XMR hot wallet is depleted, you need to wait until they refill it. However in less than 24 hours they have the XMR fork, so most likely they will need to update their daemon before they resume any XMR deposits and withdraws.

Is someone else in the same situation ? Sad
Does anyone have any idea a way to contact
the admin/support/staff ?
I WOULD REWARD in cryptos anyone who finds a way.

If you read this thread anytime in 2018 you would of discovered that this site isn't #1 when it comes to support or service. However they will eventually refill their hot wallets and be able to process withdraws but you need to be patient.

They might or might not of had some support staff because back in May someone was active in this thread but who knows. Maybe they couldn't afford to pay this person anymore since BTC started crashing.

I withdrew yesterday BTC without any issue and it was instant. Support may sucks but the casino isn't a scam.

Just like a few users pointed out in the past. Its called SAFEDice because your BTC is Safe since its frozen. Since its frozen, you can't spend it. LOL! I know its a bad joke.

Yes it is safe to put your btc there, not just because of its frozen but it just take longer time just to withdraw thoae amount. You should not mislead people on the joke like that. They have not been actived on thread or have low support but you should know that they are always process your withdrawal, they just need some time because it is like one man play to be honest

Yes but either way, its not a good practise to have because most likely people will be frustrated and never gamble on their site again.

Basically in Canada we got a new exchange called Einstein Exchange. And they launched I think late 2017, right before the huge boom. So basically people bought BTC with their CC. Then what happened was BTC went all the way from $5000 to $20000 and slowly started correcting. And people were upset because eventually they got to withdraw but they couldn't sell the BTC in time at a higher price.

This led to lawsuits and everything that eventually went nowhere. Now from what I heard most people got their BTC but the price is low and they don't want to sell it and they are upset.

With Safedice its also no different. BTC might go to $20K tomorrow, people will want their BTC asap so they can sell it but it will get frozen and they won't be able to sell it at a nice profit.
Same thing was happening on local exchanger but they had unusual moments, when price was rising, they was shutting down selling option, but sometimes they were doing opposite, you could sell but were unable to buy.
On safedice people are responsible of everything if they have problem of withdrawals and etc because it's happening for some months that admin/owner don't cares about website and withdraw process are real trouble + you can't reach your words to admin.
Once this website was great, hope admin will come back and continue those old good days but seems they are sinking like coinroll.

It is not about refilling their hot wallet. It is about recovering my account. It's been more than a month ...

Still same problem. 4.41 XMR stuck in there. No XMR in hot wallet.

You can "contact" him on email: safedice@protonmail.ch or visit his bitcointalk profile here and send PM: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=396610
By the way all I can wish you is luck, a lot of people who are waiting for withdrawals were left without any answer from admin, seems he no longer cares much.
Always wanted to ask, anyone knows why Tor based website uses cloudflare?

Nope, "User 'SafeDice' has not chosen to allow messages from newbies. You should post in their relevant thread to remind them to enable this setting."

I can't withdraw now... Just tried and it says hot wallet is empty. Lol. I need support then. It seems good bye to my 3 XMR...
well now you gonna need to play the waiting game
hope that you will not need to wait long but next time just use some proven legit dice i guess (luckygames accepts xmr)

I just wanted to withdraw 1 XMR. Hotwallet of safedice does not even 1 XMR? That is really funny...

Hey bro this has been an issue with SD ever since I started playing there. Try this checklist I made some time ago to help with my own withdrawals. It should hopefully work (although given that Monero recently hardforked the site may not have gotten around to updating which is mandatory).

SD withdraw checklist
1.Check you have enough xmr balance. Investors need to divest first.
2.Use only basic standard address. No integrated addresses. (it should start with a 4 and not an 8 )
3.Payment ID is mandatory. Use a 64 char hex string. If sending to a wallet you control, use this https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm
4.2FA is not optional if you have it set up. Check the time on 2fa device(phone) is correct.
5.If it still fails try a lower amount. The hot wallet may be low or empty. Check the BCT thread.

If you mess up any of these things besides 2fa you will get the same error message as if the hot wallet was empty. When I had the same issue support never responded to me, so yes, the support is dog shit but the site does actually work most of the time as long as you follow my checklist.

if the support is dogshit and the withdrawals are this retarded hard then this site should just die out

SCAM ALERT: The Rock Trading Exchange (www.therocktrading.com): Deceives bitcoiners to create unverified accounts, blocks the withdrawals covertly in order to let the user keep depositing money and uses every pretext to keep it blocked "forever".

Nope, to be this part of their family will be cost you more things. This site only can give you something that you already called for a long time before. If you have some spare or unused money then you may be invest or gambling here. I beleive they have something great on their site but of course they should really fix their support before getting a good progress

I haven't been able to withdraw XMR in weeks and have not gotten any response from support. I tried everything referenced in this thread and I believe the hot-wallet is simply depleted or the site is scamming us out of Monero. If anyone has contact with their admins, please shoot them a message to deal with this.

I reached out to all support email addresses I could find on the following dates and have received ZERO response:

10/12 support@safedice.com
10/18 safedice@protonmail.ch
10/19 support@safedice.com
10/23 support@safedice.com
10/26 safedice@protonmail.ch

Yeah I just tried a withdraw as well using settings that have worked before and... no dice. I'm not panicking but it is frustrating. Like I said it hasn't been very long since the last hard fork and the guy that runs this site seems to only ever attend to things on his own time schedule.

I think the reason why the XMR withdraws are taking such a long time is due to the fork last month.

The admin already doesn't have any spare time and since he needs to upgrade his daemon to support the new version of XMR and resync the blockchain, it will take him a while before he gets this done.

Either way its still very unprofessional that he doesn't reply to any emails ,post in this thread or put an update on his website.

All you can do is wait. Maybe by the time you get your XMR, the XMRUSD price might be $500.

But the problem is, are they going to wait for that long time? In this case people might think that SD is going to scam their money by holding it after the hype of this XMR fork is gone, although they do not have that intention. Because of their support is really bad all the time. They should really make it to the better in no time. This issue has already been asked to fix very long time ago but seems that they do not have any action

Not sure what happened on the owner but he is last logged in on March (7months ago). There has been lot of unresolved issues on the site. My personal opinion about the owner gone missing is that he has no access on a computer since the last logged in. He could be dead or in jail, no one knows. If anyone wants to avoid losing money, just stop playing on this site for now, there are lots of trusted dice site out there.

Agreed, it is not recommended to spend our money in a site which its support and representatives are not active for that long time. Although the site was one of the best dice site in this bitcoin gambling industry, but having so slow responses to their users for long time is not acceptable. To be honest, I doubt that there is not even single person who is managing the site daily. IMO there should be at least someone who control the site everyday, otherwise it will be a very dangerous thing for the bankroll (if any) or at least someone may hack the site and steal all users balance if there is no someone behind the site. But surprisingly, no one come to this thread to clarify or at least inform something about what is going on.
