How do you know? I think OP is just slow at respond people on thread but in the end he always fix everything, although it is not as fast as other site. But overall I really like how they manage people issues around. And if you have any issues, you should try to contact their admin, not just spam this thread

I know because it's 30 hours and my Monero deposit is not credited. I have emailed him yesterday, no reply...

You just need to wait him back, he does not scam people money, just got some slow respond support. I do not know why he does it like that way but it seems people still give him some trust to invest big amount of coin. If he really run away your money I think many investors will complain but until this day? There is no single complain for investors. Give him some time to proceed your issue

I've been waiting over a month for a simple password change. Meanwhile I have btc in my safedice account that I can't access.
Not to mention that since I've been locked out, I couldn't manage that BTC, and it has now dropped drastically in value.
A week delay for response is bad, but acceptable. Over a month? Absolutely ridiculous.

I don't know whether you are new to cryptos or not. But if you were around in 2015 or so you wouldn't have these issues because back then there wasn't a huge inrush of new accounts and huge support tickets.

It's not only this site. There are many other Bitcoin gambling sites that have these issues. Look how many exchanges have issues for months and months. Some exchanges had to basically block new accounts because they couldn't handle the extra load.

My advice is just to keep on waiting a little longer

Everything solved, I even withdrew my BCH from the website. It was my fault that I did not registered. Btw, you should update the BCH withdraw system, it's using the Legacy type.

To all monero users, I apologize for the repeated issue, as you may have realized monero node is somewhat unstable in comparison to BTC, BCH, and BTG currency. We are trying to keep the node up but sometime we encounter new issue. I guarantee that at the end you'll receive your coin but if you encounter issue, please be patient.

All monero deposit and withdrawal should have worked normally in the last 2 - 3 days, I checked this myself, please let me know if you still have any XMR related issue.

I like quick bets and jackpots. There are faster sites and no jackpot at safedice ... so my experience.
Autobet speed is a bit tricky. Generally can see 1 bet/sec but when a loosing streak comes the bet speed increase a lot .. like 5 bets in sec. (I notice similar behaviour over other sites as well).

We have been emailing but you have not replied for a few days. Can you please read and respond.. My email is d***trader@protonmail.com.

Basically the transactions do not show up on chainradar or any other xmr block explorer.. also the site is not allowing any more withdrawals but says 'Something went wrong, hot wallet may be empty please be patient or contact us via email in the FAQ section.'.

Please can you correct this problem. I would like to invest more in your site but can't do that until these issues are sorted so please sort this ASAP.
