I can't login. It asks me again for the 2FA, keeping the username and password. Anyone having the same issue?

I've been having the same issue and just moved some bitcoin over the night before so it's a little frustrating!

DDOS again?  I read about the previous ones after doing some searching about previous issues with the website.

Hey guys!  I signed up yesterday and was able to play for about 2 hours.  The auto roll then stopped and now i am unable to log in.  Is the site currently down?

Yep, it seems only main page is being served, one can't login/create new account/bet atm. we'll have to wait for owner/admin to fix the issues again.

Is this dice site a goner?
I don't think safedice is going anywhere, this kind of issue have had happened many times before and after few weeks(whenever admin sees his emails) everything gets resolved.

I don't think safedice is going anywhere, this kind of issue have had happened many times before and after few weeks(whenever admin sees his emails) everything gets resolved.

Yes it eventually gets resolved but the big issue here is the horrible wait that people must wait before they get it resolved.

The admin hasn't even replied to this thread since mid Feb about the status of his site.

Support from safedice staff is non existent on Bitcointalk forum.

No activity today so likely a site issue? Unless this website only updates the day after.
Yes, it does update the chart during the day, the last day just gets increases slowly during the day. So at "7 Mar" it was showing 0 bets earlier, which means 0 bets since 7 Mar 00:00 EST/NY time and indeed proof the site was down (or no players lol.) Right now it shows 470 bets since site is back online. (That being said, one day I hope to have hourly chart options which would make this easier Tongue)

I lost access to my account with 0.085 BTC in it. I do hope they will respond to my mail and help me ASAP. Thank you!

Read the last few pages and my heart sunk. My coins might be gone for a bit of time. This sucks. The admin needs to be more active if the site is going to run and it keeps having issues with currencies they support! This is ridiculous! I'll be posting here and emailing him daily until I get my issue resolved. I have no time for games.

I'm waiting for support to fix my deposit issue which I admit is my own fault but that doesn't make it any less of an issue as I cannot currently access my btc. We are all stuck waiting until the admin returns. This is absolutely ridiculous.

If the admin cannot take the time to consistently maintain this site like almost every other dice site admin does, then he needs to turn over the reigns to someone who can or hire competent staff!

This is not a good sign for this site. Their site was down in a while ago and the admins have not addressed issues at the earliest possible time. This isn't looking good for gamblers here. If problems like these start to stack up, it will likely damage the reputation of the site.  Hope they work on it, as safedice is one of the known dice sites around and they have a pretty good investment on the bankroll.

Agree with negligence, but damage to their reputation and trustworthiness is still possible as people may see this as some sort of their weakness and possibly a threat to users. Well, let's just see how they do in the next days.

Another issue is training. It can take a long time to train staff and the admin might not have time for that.

Then there is the trust issue. Can he trust the individual he hires. Unlike a local job, he doesn't see the person physically.

but never done anything about it.

Yeah it's kinda is an issue, but he has to do something about the support, i don't wanna see safedice fall..

Update: The site has a mod now or has always had a mod and they just now decide to show up on the site. Not here on the forum. Oh and guess what? I am still without my coins. They tell me to wait and be patient. They provided an email address to contact them and I did so with no response. They tell me to PM them on the site. I did so. I'll see if that gets me my coins any faster.

This site is just disappointing me more and more. What use is a chat mod in a site where the chat is dead? Seriously? A few butt kissers show up and say the site will not scam you just wait for Admin. Ugh. These people disgust me. If I get my coins, I'm running far away from this website. What a mess.
