Yes, i tried on Facebook, i contacted one called Ben Rumahfx, he says he is not the
dev, he did the page for referral promotion only and he claims he has no
contact with the support/admin.

I don't know about others, I haven't had any problems and used the casino for a long time. People only come here to complain and are unlikely to come back to say their problem was fixed (if it was even true, as it may come from a competitor), so only negative messages stay in the thread.

if you look a bit up in the comments you will see that some people were/are waiting weeks for any kind of response from the "support"
