They are bound to hash on your machines why even worry about this?
It's another point pro us in court, dear.

(that smile...)
1482  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Hashfast mining with customer gear? on: December 27, 2013, 12:24:02 AM
You're just so ignorant that you think that anyone who argues against you and in favor of HF is a "puppet".
No, just people registered with the only purpose of arguing against me with the same timeframe of the other account of yours you used in the other thread and with your activity. But hell, yes, i'm just being paranoid. I'm starting to getting used to this, i could become the new Icebreaker.
1483  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Hashfast mining with customer gear? on: December 27, 2013, 12:18:58 AM
Just because they have a picture of a BJ mining doesn't mean that they are going to ship a customer that same miner.
And here is our HF puppet. I see that you didn't invested in prestigious accounts, HF. Do you know that you can buy them?
1484  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Hashfast mining with customer gear? on: December 27, 2013, 12:15:57 AM
eligius added around 180TH since the 20th when no other large manufacturer was releasing product.
Good, they can keep the miners where they are and refund us. (trollface at thinking how easy it will be to prove this in court if you are right, by simply looking at what they did @ ciara, by supposing that they where this naive).
1485  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 10:13:06 PM
If HF comes out giving 8x the MPP it will be in August, and in the meanwhile they will own your asses.

What it is trying to say is that if I called John before I made a purchase, and he told me something misleading, that the TOS agreement replaces anything he told me.  But that only applies to purchase made under that version of the TOS (and may not be legally enforceable, if John told you some whopper lie).
Mine doesn't have those terms. It's something recent.

Btw, from my invoice, on the total of costs:

x BTC
[$y USD]

(they acknowledge there too that they own me BTC)
1486  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 10:10:28 PM
Btw my lawyer says that while there can be multiple actions from the same lawyer with several little customers, there can't be class actions against HF. In other words, i don't think i have any suggestion to everyone who ordered only 1 unit (and i'm really sorry of being unable to help).
1487  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 08:50:15 PM
Sure, expect for the fact that the people who took our goats promised us to give back the same amount of goats. A promise that was repeated, and never withdrawn so far. So yes, sure, you are free to eat your promise, and i'm free to sue you to death.
All of what i was scared of in October is becoming true, but i'm ready for that.
1488  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 08:39:32 PM
I really can't wait to sue them. 20k, 50k, whatever the cost is, i will find a way to destroy them. And i will be an happy and poor bitcoiner after that.
1489  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 08:28:59 PM
I ordered after the tapeout. All of the fab payments had to be already done by then. So they need to have my BTC.
1490  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 08:25:49 PM
The why the hell didn't you just buy BTC?
I was holding BTC, genius.
1491  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 08:17:59 PM
Someone really believed that the exchange rate could go lower than 100$ after that we ordered? I bought from HF because i wanted to do a BTC investment, and i repeated this point to josh when he was trying to calm me down at amsterdam because i was pissed off by what i was seeing. (BTC around 140)

I will want my BTC back, as it was promised, all of them. I don't care about anything else.
1492  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 07:14:02 PM
Was the exwork thing in the original TOS, or the ninja-edited one?
It is on the one they sent me and also there around the 10th of August.
1493  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 06:55:42 PM
It is safely tucked away in an email..
Change your email password and hope not to be hacked Smiley
(i'm paranoid but only to a certain degree)
1494  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 06:38:12 PM
Sure, just tell me what...
1495  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 06:10:00 PM
It was UPS, but from recent news it looks like that they will be using Fedex. (and by delivery i'm afraid that the EXWORK thing on the TOS allows them to deliver to Fedex by the 31th).

@ninjarobot, they are closing every stream of information because it's their biggest strength. Keeping you at the dark allows them to have more margin of movement and not saying other lies publicly will just help them (just let gateway/hf_cl do the dirty job for you).

I just hope that you will testify what john told you when you went to visit them if we arrive to that point...
1496  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 12:17:36 PM
I think that they already said enough, the BJ works, it's up to the specs, and it will be shipped during the next 5 days.
1497  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 26, 2013, 09:37:57 AM
Actually i think that the tos are quite clear that they are using EXWORK terminology. Delivery = To the courier. However if that is correct, why they upgraded everyone to overnight shipping?
1498  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 25, 2013, 09:02:13 PM
Simons has a family and never had many problems showing that in public, they are like BFL, they can't disappear, they will stay where they are and it will be our duty to have them in front of a court.

Does anyone knows when they hired josh? Middle August, but if someone has a precise date it would be welcome.
1499  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 25, 2013, 08:56:55 PM
You are right, we will only lose 75% of it.
1500  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 25, 2013, 08:47:21 PM
Hashfast are angels compared to them.
Losing 85% of your BTC investment is being an angel? Who lost 85% or even 50%+ with Avalon?
