I wish for $10 - $15 but that will not happen.
definitely won't. I never understand people who wish (near) single digits. Do you realize that if we had those you would start wishing for even lower prices? Such prices would shock so many people that no one would dare to buy in. So, let's say it drops down to 15$ and you buy in big time. But wait, then it drops even more down to 1$. You have now lost 93% of your investment. Still a good idea to buy in at 15$? Great comment Hyena |

Looks like quite an old gold chart that one. But I guess the point is yes bitcoin can recover from a bubble, as gold has done and bitcoin has already before.
With each bubble eventually looking like a tiny bump compared to the next. Get ready for take offfff

The thing is, without the crazy price jump in the last year, Bitcoin wouldn’t be what it is today. The $1,200 price surge gave it notoriety that literally made it a worldwide phenomenon.
i don't think that bitcoin is now more known only because of that peak, the real hard work that has made bitcoin more famous, was done by Doge in my view, doge has attracted tons of newbies, who started using bitcoin, and then they converted it in doge
it's a combined effort. dogecoin indeed attracted a lot people that didn't know of crypto before. but i think the +$1000 peak had a bigger impact as it attracted a lot speculators. And a lot of them lost money. Didn't leave a good impression on them, I think... They'll be back for more in the next bull run |

Whats wrong with showing some evidence for the OP maybe a few charts or something. This just sounds like total FUD. It is going to go down 3% per day to $100 ... Why? Did you pluck these numbers out your ass ? In general I'm very disappointed in the standard of speculation on these forums lately.
On subject of buying and selling forum accounts, I've been offered money for my one, but refused. So yes does happen.

Its not too far fetched to believe. The list of failed exchanges is ever growing. Only way to be safe is hold your bitcoin yourself, don't trust 3rd parties.

Good on you. Sorry about your losses with MtGox but you've made correct choice to get back in. I faced similar situation after losing most of my bitcoin in bitcoinica but bought back in and really glad I did. I'm also buying at the moment for first time in ages. I feel that this is near the bottom although prices may drop further in shorter term
this time hold your bitcoin in your own wallet !

Reply to OP, for me its a good time to buy and I have been doing so making a few purchases over last few weeks. Ready to purchase some more if price drops further. However I think good chance bottom is already in which we saw recently at about $180 but even if it continues lower todays prices will look cheap in time and with a little patience

Bottom at $215! What? What about the bottom we already saw somewhere about $180 ? This is a higher low as it stands Unless we get below the green line the bottom has already been seen and it was well below 215  |

I don't see it happening in April however I do think the breakout will come later this year. Even after that may not be heading straight to the moon though. Patience is required. Accumulate and hodl now then go away and do other things for a couple of years. Maybe the breakout could look something like this.  |
