Dash on 4 hr time scale, log price scale  Dash has stabilised at levels mostly around the top half of that pink channel which seems to mark a pretty good trading range for accumulation. A break above that pink channel would be very bullish indicator, at the moment it has recently broken back into the top half. I think quite likely Dash will break above the marked wedge but perhaps stay within the top of the pink accumulation channel for a while longer. |

Its not an indicator of nothing it is best way to compare different cryptos because knowing the price alone tells you almost nothing without also knowing how many there are.

Buying now is not the best entry point as price has already increased a lot, however you might see huge gains in just a month or two the rate its going never mind 10 years.
You need to recognise that investing in bitcoin is a risk though, there is a real chance you can lose out too. Only invest what you are comfortable with.

If bitcoin is entering full on bubble mode the problem of with selling is that you might have to watch as it continues climbing magnitudes higher leaving you wishing you'd held, or you might be lucky and sell near the top, but its a bit of a lottery. If you want to make sure you don't get thrown off the bull too early you can hold on for dear life through all the dips and corrections until after the eventual crash (you'll know it when you see it) and then try to sell near the top of the first dead cat bounce.

I'm a Dash holder, and not thinking of selling any at this time. I do sometimes trade in and out with a small portion of my Dash but most i hodl. Dash is the only crypto other than bitcoin that I feel comfortable holding long term. It should be treated as a long term investment. If you want quick profits and short time periods you might be better served with another crypto.
The budget system allows Dash to fund its own improvements, the first to do so in crypto. This is a virtuous circle, the more improvements funded and completed the more value Dash gets which means more funding for the next round of improvements. These are voted on by masternode holders. I'm sure you know all this anyway.
Despite the correction from that peak, Dash is quietly continuing building an impressive payments infrastructure and positioned in a great place for actual use. The number of masternodes is at an all time high, indicating long term belief in the project. When evolution is released it could be a game changer in the crypto space, making crypto easy enough to use for your grandmother, Dash is aiming for mainstream adoption.
