1781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How will Coinmarketcap look in 2025? on: April 29, 2022, 09:22:18 AM
doge will move if it gets support like yesterday, and after that it will return to normal, I think the target you said is difficult to achieve, if you want to invest until 2025, I think bitcoin will still be the first choice and eth, bnb are the main altcoins that must be invested invest, after that I think using a little capital to test your luck will be better, by investing in new coins according to our analysis, so in addition to sharpening the analysis, if the new coins go to the moon, we get a lot of money
I would say $1 is not really "that" difficult to be fair. I am not saying that it will or it can, I have zero doge and I will not invest into doge. Which should be enough to tell you that I am not here to shill about doge at all. However, I believe that doge wouldn't really crash when others go down.

It means, if one day we have a 10x type of hype again, like the one we had in 2021, that means we could actually reach to high levels in most crypto currencies. That means btc could be as high as 200k, or at least be higher than 100k, and ETH could be like 20k or something, and everything could go up accordingly. In that case Doge could be $1 as well.
1782  Economy / Economics / Re: Does anyone care about the environment? on: April 29, 2022, 08:39:58 AM
We have to thank the scientist for raising the alarm. But I think if we can go back like 20-30 years ago, this has been a topic already and it seems no one is bothered. And now we are suffering the consequences and i think it could be late though. So everyone should be wary on the effects of the climate change.

But as far as the effect on bitcoin, I don't see any. Maybe those anti-bitcoin though will take advantage of bitcoin mining as one of source of massive energy consumption argument.
It’s not going to be an easy thing to pull off, but we will surely get it done. A reason why this is going to be quite difficult is for the fact that there will be industries who wouldn’t be in support just for the fact that it wouldn’t be favorable to them, so they will be kicking against. And another thing is what you pointed out that people are not bothered about this at all; they are not taking this serious. The problem with people is that they don’t care until they start to feel the effect. But I believe with time this is going to work.
1783  Economy / Economics / Re: "I'm afraid that I don't hear a thing" ...Do you guys see any biz op ? on: April 28, 2022, 07:05:29 PM
This is normal in times of crisis, normally almost all sectors are going down and people are looking for liquidity. But there will always be some small sector that goes up, the bad thing is to find which one. Some shitcoin, some small cap, but to get it right or you have a very precise knowledge, or it will be like playing roulette.
Okay, I get the fact that the cryptocurrency market has been bearish for long now, but are you all trying to say that’s the same situation with other sectors or industries? First of all, don’t forget that the market usually goes through cycles like this, it’s not the first time. There are times that we would see the bull run happen, and as a matter of fact the bull run took place at a time when there was believed to be a crisis, and now is time for the bear market to take place and that’s just what is happening, we can’t continue seeing a bullish at all times, everything has its season.
1784  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Fiat Will Always Be The Norm on: April 28, 2022, 05:23:03 PM
We are not all tech savvy which its understandable and its true that people who had been born on  high tech era would be most likely able to adapt on whats new in speaking with innovation which is relate to it which

its really normal that they would rather stick out on traditional ones as they do find out that crypto is too technical for them to understand which is something not surprising or very common in some communities or

places thats why people would be always preferring fiat and also in speaking with volatility then people would freak out if they do saw their money is decreasing.
The famous Z generation grew up with bitcoin, I know some of them from telegram and I can tell you that not only they are familiar with crypto, they are in fact quite well adapted to it. The main reason for this is the fact that they lived only in a world where crypto existed.

Even the oldest Z generation person who lives ends up learning about it as early as 10 years old, probably later but at the end of the day they only lived in a world where crypto existed. Since time is a linear thing, we all will die, and eventually Z generation will be the oldest generation by population, which means that the world will live in a era where everyone lived ONLY in the crypto era.
1785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi Tokens on: April 28, 2022, 07:02:55 AM
DeFi is now starting to go down , I think it's better to invest in IDO, or token sale with incubators are usually very profitable in generating profits. But if you want DeFi tokens. try to research $Cake
It's only the hype that goes down but the technology is still there and will never be discarded anymore. As of now only legit and good defi projects have survived and two of those are the op's picks. It was amazing to know that they became successful and what if the op invested big and then hodl them until now? He will be enjoying with huge returns.

If you think defi is not relevant anymore but how about the ido? I think this one is also not popular as it was before. Cake coin is a good one though because it came from the famous swap site namely pancakeswap. Till now pcs is still in demand so the cake coin is also expected to grow more.
1786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pay for coffee with Bitcoin on: April 28, 2022, 04:59:48 AM
it will go a long way toward convincing people to believe in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. Nigeria is a country where the government has yet to legalize Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, therefore this proposal will instill a love of Bitcoin in many people's minds, because residents prefer to see things in action, so once they witness this, more people will adopt BTC and cryptocurrency.
Yup to accept bitcoin to our service is innovative because bitcoin is a new form of money and it is fantastic because it is fast, digital and anonymous. When people tried to use btc, pretty sure they going to like it and will never go back on using a fiat again.

I know that the reason why some people don't use btc is because they are scared or not really familiar with it but the idea of the op can give people confidence and the op can educate people too or provide some demo on how btc works. It's a nice initiative and I hope many business owners are going to follow it. I am always looking forward to use my btc even just buying cup of coffee but sadly there are no such shops yet in my town Roll Eyes.
1787  Economy / Economics / Re: CBDCs really worth it? on: April 28, 2022, 04:28:38 AM
Countries want to create their own CBDC, some piloted and created theirs already. But the consultation about the creation of digital Euro is on the down side, people and organizations do not support it. I have been thinking like this before, what is important about CBDCs that traditional local currency (fiat) can not be used for? Fiat has electronic wallet, can be used for electronic (online) payment, it has the same value as the fiat of the country that created it, it is even the fiat, it is completely controlled by the central bank and the government, CBDCs are just fiat. Why creating CBDCs, it is not necessary in my opinion.
If people and organizations don't support it then why they still continue creating it? But, those people and organizations can't do much anyway since banks and governments are still powerful compared to them and maybe those countries that already created their own CBDC have a people and organizations that fully supports them.

CBDC is still useful anyway and they see that. yes, it is like a fiat but only works digitally. We know that the world now rely online but this CBDC are only perfect for those who don't know or don't trust cryptos. For us crypto users, we won't use this because the reason why we use cryptos is because of its anonymity and decentralized features.
1788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 27, 2022, 08:48:23 PM
... Liverpool is extremely a better and stronger side, even better than Bayern who Villarreal previously knocked out.
Not sure about that. Bayern were always favourites for this tournament, Liverpool were a distant 3rd or 4th, but you're right, I'd fancied our chances against them had they progressed past Villareal -- I usually feel we're better against attacking opponents than defensive ones, even if recent results and signings suggest we've found a way to break teams down (as Everton most recently showed) without the old nerves we used to get in seasons past. And, as tonight showed, the same patience paid off eventually, soon after the restart. 2 goals, 2 offside goals, VVD trying from range. It is on!
Currently, Liverpool means business after bore first half now they are screwing grip against Villarreal and have 2 goals lead very quickly which ends resistance form visitors and now after having 2 goals ruled out due to offside mean they can feel better but still it's not easy for any team to stay against Liverpool currently most lethal team in Europe.

In second half they are not allowing Villarreal for having any solid attack against Liverpool which is showing strength of Liverpool but still I am expecting one more goal which will settle Liverpool's place into final of this season against winner of other semifinal. Now Jota is on crease, so hopefully he will give some good doze of his goal to these fans which are already celebrating this win in ground and around the globe.
1789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 27, 2022, 07:14:33 PM
Greuther Furth have already said goodbye to the Bundesliga this season. And there is not much hope for Arminia Bielefeld too. They are going to play a game against Hertha Berlin home next time which can be called as a game that they have a chance to win. However they haven't won for eight weeks in a row in the league. And they lost seven of them. Hertha Berlin have been on a better run than them. So I don't feel like they would lose to Bielefeld here. And it would be the end of Bielefeld for this season also.
When you are wagering on the worst teams, it is always a good idea to wager against them when there is nothing left for them, but it is not really that weird to wager against them in every week as well.

Most people love to wager on Bayern to win, or Dortmund to win, but your bread and butter is actually wagering against Furth type of teams. Think about it, out of 31 possible games, Bayern won 24 of them, meaning if you wagered on all 31, you would have lost 7 times. But if you wagered Furth "not win", that would have been just 3 games, but if you wager on them to lose that is 20 out of 31 so it is not really that great. Maybe a combination of both could work very well and armina is not really that much behind with just 5 wins.
1790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: April 26, 2022, 09:48:03 PM
PSG wouldn't wait for Pochettino's contract to expire indeed. They didn't become successful in the Champions League and they were even eliminated by Real Madrid in the early stages of it. This is of course unacceptable for the team as they were aiming to win the title. We expected so much thing from the Mbappe-Messi-Neymar trio but they weren't very effective all the time. Mbappe had a far better season than them. And he is leaving this summer most probably. The new manager will need to work hard to make this team much better than before.
Although Pochettino managed to bring PSG to lift the French trophy this season, the club has issued a statement that Pochettino will be terminated by PSG, most likely 3 other players will follow Pochettino's steps, we'll see if the coach who replaces Pochettino is able to bring PSG lifts the champions league trophy,
I am sure that they will work tirelessly to get Zidane. He is known to manage team filled with superstars and bring success to the club with three in a row UCL wins under his belt. This will of course mean that he will ask for a lot of money but who can pay it but PSG?

To consider that he is from France as well makes it even smarter, and his son plays in ligue 2 as well which means that he would love to be closer to him as well, hell at this stage PSG could get his son a better contract on a better team for sure. All in all Zidane is the clear choice. If he is not available and just straight up rejects, then Conte would be a great second choice for sure.
1791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins or CBDCs? on: April 26, 2022, 11:36:06 AM
I do not think that the launch of central banks digital currency is going to affect stable coins negatively. I think that both of them can coexist, and moreover they are quite different in a way because stable coins are on the blockchain and being used mainly in the cryptocurrency market or community, whereas the central bank digital currency is more of like being used in the bank or issued by the central bank directly to the people.

So, the both of them are quite different a lot. There are always going to be people who would choose between the two, those who feel that CBDC is best for them would go for it, and people who don’t like it wouldn’t go for it, that’s just it.
They can coexist, but depending on how they will be used, it will be a fight between them as well. Stablecoins are getting their attention from being main "getting out of crypto" method in the exchanges, which means that if you want to sell your bitcoins but do not want the money in your bank account for now, you will turn that into USDT and keep it there in the exchange, then when you want to get in, you will use that to buy crypto.

This is mainly how people use it, there is also futures of course. The moment we start to see CBDC's taking over that, and start being the main thing in the exchanges then we are going to end up with a big fight and it will "either or" situation.
1792  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 26, 2022, 08:30:51 AM
Shahid Afridi taking the authority of PSL will be good, but the major focus of these leagues were much upon revenue and not upon development of cricketing. So, it'll be good to add a business person along with the Shahid Afridi. Pakistan to compete against IPL is not an easy thing and it takes time and much money. As in the above quote, the viewers within the country is more than enough to make it popular than any other leagues conducted around the world. For an information, the viewership on the platform hotstar reached 8.3 million during the last over played by Dhoni against Mumbai Indians.
Right now with political instability nothing is sure what's going on and how they are going to handle this all but one thing is sure Shahid Afridi is never been good choice for anyone because he is just cricketer with having no proper education and good experience, so I am feeling he can take job as selector or chief selector but for post of PCB Chief Executive is too early for him as it needs some good qualities and good experience he just retired from International cricket and now suddenly for this job for me, it's a just jock but here in Pakistan anything can happen because they have history of things like this.

For fans base or viewership I surely believe they have never been can compete with India but in quality this competition is going to be good as both leagues can produce good and talented players for own countries.
1793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 26, 2022, 07:24:03 AM
Milan played a really crucial match against Lazio as it was not only very important but also tough. Lazio were one of the teams that are hard to be defeated. They showed a decent performance against Milan too actually. They scored a very early goal and got 1-0 ahead. But Milan were so determined to win this match that they increased their goal attempts a lot. And their comeback was really worth watching. This victory must have proved how bad they want this title in this season. But their job is really hard against Inter now.
Yeah that was a really interesting game both teams played well but i think this is the best game for milan this season especially if they manage to win the title but inter still the closest considering the caliber of opponents they will be facing but i think we will see an interesting end of season.
It's a bit happy to see Ibrahimovic still providing wins for his teams. He was the one that assisted with his head and that shows that even at 40-41 years old, he is still bringing points to a team like Milan. I never really understood why he had to leave for MLS, sure he must have been paid a lot, but at the same time we are talking about a situations where he could have been paid handsomely enough and play in a club that had a lot more reputation. Milan will not let this championship go off with ease, they will try to win as many as possible and they will hope for Inter to lose but at the same time Inter doesn't look like they are going to lose neither.
1794  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 26, 2022, 06:33:15 AM
Its really sad to see dortmund always losing against bayern and bayern getting the title every year make it boring for football fans i thought this past game would be different considering the problems bayern had recently and especially the defensive side but they ended up winning again i hope dortmund team can keep most their players since they are still young but it seems that haaland will be leaving this season.
I agree, I am not a fan of any German teams, but watching the same team win over and over again is certainly boring, there could have been a lot better stuff to do than just watch Bayern win every year in and out. I mean it doesn't have to be dortmund, it could be any other team in bundesliga.

Look at Ligue 1, PSG wins almost all the time, but last year when Lille won out of nowhere, it was certainly something to cheer for because it was a great entertainment for all of us. I am guessing that we could hope for another team to eventually get better, or more likely option is that maybe Bayern will not be this good in the future one day.
1795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Delisting of tokens will take place again on: April 24, 2022, 09:53:15 PM
This is a warning to all of you running after meme coins, even if they get listed on top exchanges it doesn't mean they will survive for long, or have you forgotten that many projects got delisted from exchanges after the ICO craze of 2017? The same thing will happen once a tough bear market starts, so many meme coins won't be able to cope with the situation and many exchanges will be forced to delist the tokens.
Most meme coins are not listed on a top exchange but they are only listed on an unknown exchange. Many people are hesitant to use those kind of exchange therefore the meme coins will get delisted because they don't get any volume.

On the other hand, meme coins that are listed on the big exchange (like for example binance) might get a regular volume because there are investors that like to invest on any coins including meme coins that are in the big exchanges. They think it can pump even for a short time only. Of course we don't need to follow those kind of investors because they may be high skilled and willing to take big risks in a return for some quick gains.
1796  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is it always about price? on: April 24, 2022, 09:38:22 PM
And why not? Cryptos are currencies so it's normal that they will talk about the price but indeed it sometimes boring to see the same thing every single day. We always see threads like how long bitcoin will reach this and that price.

People then will feel bad if bitcoin didn't reach the price that they are expecting but only if those people widen their view about cryptos and look on other news like something about blockchain development, they will say that cryptos really have the potential to succeed more in the future. They will stay calm, won't post price updates (excessively) but wait for that moment but news about blockchain is not always positive, there's also negative news sometimes.
1797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 23, 2022, 10:18:05 PM
also from me congratulations to the 10 championship in a row - of course it was deserved again but whether all the players can be so happy about it, i dare to doubt.
only one trophy out of three possible is for such a club as bayern munich wants to be or is, something too little
let's all hope that next season will be a bit more interesting - but i don't think so Tongue
Interesting? its same story every season- Bayern only.. Well why wouldn't they be when they are the team doing smart and economical transfers and build a stronger squad every season. Leipzig and Dortmund will be title rival but compared to Bayern they are nowhere near. Dortmund have good talents but it always becomes a challenge later on to keep them in the club. Same goes on for Leipzig .. so guess this story goes on and on.  Tongue
I was also feeling that Leipzig, Dortmund and Leverkusen can give some good fight but no team near to them for any serious challenge which is the worst thing even now with this all we can't hope any team is going to challenge them because most of other teams are unpredictable, and they are not using their funds for better and quality players like we have in Bayern Munich and few other leagues like Italy and England where competition level is very high instead of here in Germany.

Lewandowski the goal machine is going to be having transfer then surely we can watch some changes but if he is going to stay here then surely nothing new going to happen here in this German League.
1798  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There too much information about btc on: April 23, 2022, 02:39:51 PM
tbh there doesnt seem to be enough.

Most people only think about bitcoin being associated with the silk road which doesnt exist anymore. hardly anyone i speak to irl even knows the price fluctuates and you can get wealthy/it trends up over time. I think if everyone knew that, everyone would pile on board. sending bitcoin to the millions.
The issue there is the story that they have heard about Bitcoin. People hear stories about Bitcoin of something bad that has happened, and they start to associate it with Bitcoin. I have seen a lot of people like that who due to one experience or due to what they have heard, they decide to stay away from Bitcoin and start seeing it as a scam.

It takes a lot of convincing to get them back to understand that Bitcoin is really a good currency that they shouldn’t even be missing out on. And there are a lot of information online, whatever you want to know you will always get it online, The thing is That people do not make their time to do a proper research and understand what cryptocurrency is all about.
1799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I think Defi and NFTs will be the most important elements in the cryptospace on: April 22, 2022, 04:14:36 PM
Decentralized Finance (DeFi) for me is the major one for sure.
In the beginning, seems DeFi is no use at all but look at now how it is helping our finance right now, Decentralized Finance (DeFi) solves a lot of problems in current traditional finance, for sure we are still early for it.

Smart contracts is really the player when it comes to DeFi, especially since we are still growing, lot of different chains that already adopting DeFi, it will help to lure more people that will start to explore Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
Only defi's? But what about the nft's? Well defi's can still live even without the help of nft's and if we can remember there are already defi's before but there are no nft's that time. Nft's have only came out recently together with metaverse. This two are a better tandem than the defi/nft.

There are lots of scams defi last time, obviously they are going to die and what is left now are legit projects. Luckily there is only less defi projects that are scam because scammers are now focusing on the new thing which was the nft and metaverse. There are some exciting defi projects that can attract investors but we can't deny that nft's can also do the same thing.
1800  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive income : Bank interest vs staking on: April 22, 2022, 01:34:51 PM
It can't be denied that staking is the most profitable technique today, with staking we can get big profits and even many projects that offer APY of up to thousands of percent, and bank interest is currently very unprofitable because it only earns interest of less than 1% per month.
Not the most profitable but one of the ways to make profit here in cryptos. Most profitable I believe is trading because there is no limit in trading. You can make unlimited money as long as you are a skilled trader. The next one would be is investing but just like in staking it requires patience since the goal to make better profits is by selling at higher price and that doesn't come easily but it takes time.

Be careful on projects that claims thousands of percent because they are good too good to be true and likely a scam. I better stick on lower percent because they tend to be more legit. We keep money in banks because it's safe and convenient but don't expect much that you can earn on them.
