Where are you located?

If youre in the US then you could try Bitmain Warranty in the states.

I am not in the US, but is way closer and cheaper than hong kong, sorry but I wasn't aware there is a bitmain dealer in the US, I just open the ticket and that's what they told me, just send them back. how do I contact bitmain in the US?

Here is there profile on the forum:-

Two lots of negative feedback on your profile and you want to trade with PayPal which is reversible. Btc isn't reversible. . I doubt you will find anyone to trade with but good luck.
2166  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: October 11, 2016, 05:40:26 PM
Batch 16 & 17 Sold Out already.

https://www.bitmaintech.com/
Ja. Glad I ordered my (probably last) s9 yesterday. This will make 8 of them and hopefully it will be as good as most of the others have been. It already started shipping so should show up Thurs or Fri methinks.
Too bad the R4 never came up for sale -- I'd rather have gotten 2 of those for space heating use...

I hope they do come back up for sale I'm hoping to get one if I mine enough on my current setup  Roll Eyes

Noise is not quiet!!  Quiet Miner be R4

Has anyone turned the fan speed down on their S9? Just how quiet can you get it? Im asking as im considering one for home (currently have an S7LN) and ambient temperature isn't a problem so overheating wont be either. Just thinking that an S9 would have more resale potential if I decide to give up on mining.

Yes but the resale value of an R4 is probably not as good as the S9. Also with the S9 I can run one board at a time and keep two as spares (due to limited amount of power I can use). But the noise is the factor. Hence why I asked if anyone has turned the fans down at all and what the volume is like.
2168  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer S9 Warranty Seal? on: October 10, 2016, 05:54:53 PM
I wasn't aware they had an amazon store I thought they only sold direct through their website  Huh

I wonder if these batches are going to be more reliable? Also strange to suddenly have very precise hashing figures compared to previous batches of all miners.

2172  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: GekkoScience Compac BM1384 Stickminer Official Support Thread on: October 09, 2016, 06:49:55 AM
My voltages are 0.776, 0.780 and 0.779, but I keeping getting bad hash rates using the cgminer-gekko-win32 in Windows 10 x64.

Doesn't look like you ran that very long before waiting for a screenshot.

I get the expected hashtags at a given frequency on a raspberry pi 3.
2173  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Announces the Antminer R4 and APW5 Power Supply, Designed for Silence on: October 09, 2016, 06:47:51 AM
R4's are more efficient than S7's you want S9's to be really profitable.
2174  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: October 08, 2016, 08:10:01 PM
I'd say your having a psu problem then as the voltage drops too much when it trys to start hashing.

Yes that is correct but when i connect only control board with PSU then it is not stopping
When hash board are conected then for little time it will work well then it will on off like in video which i shared

The control board is only using about 100w or something the main draw are the hashing boards. That's what's putting the psu under strain. Have you got a psu that is definitely working properly that you could swap?

You need your price per KWh if you know it.
2177  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: October 08, 2016, 03:34:44 PM
Send it back to bitmain if it's still under warranty.

It is of S9 batch 2 so it is not under warranty

Only option is to send it to bitmainwarranty in the USA and pay for a repair.

I assume you are going to mine an altcoin as mining Bitcoin with a computer is outdated by years Wink

This should be in the hardware section really Wink

But to answer your question thoroughly you need to tell us your electricity cost.
