Anyone still gpu mining?  Grin

Have a look at Claymores ETH devfee addresses, Oh yes people are still mining with GPU's but no where near as many as this time last year!

Only those who have an access to very cheap-to-free electricity are still mining. Roll Eyes

Moreover, NVIDIA Stock has plummeted and wiped away 18 months of gains already within two days.

Who would have thought that Pakistan's Batting lineup would collapse again Roll Eyes

I expected that:

250+ run lead? IMO, even a 175+ run lead should be able to make New Zealand the winner. Pakistani batting usually collapses in the last inning and anything above 175 runs will look like a big total for them.

I'm still a bit short-term optimistic, expecting a 6-February-like jump off $4800 support.

Selling pressure slowing down, we're going to get a big green candle soon™.

Ya ok..........and all the people were saying we will never see bitcoin below 15k again, and then we will never see bitcoin below 10k again.  and it already nearly hit 5k.

1500 is still a high amount considering where bitcoin started from and how many people got in under $10.   Bitcoin does havfe a use, acts as a digital bearer bond and you are in complete control of your money.  Well the thing is the majority of people (over 99%) don't care about any of this and would rather use a bank.  I used to be a strong believer but this whole thing is just another dot.com crash all over again but without the rebound.

Doesn't mt gox still have a bunch of coins to dump?

Also there is a very real threat of Satoshi's 1 million bitcoins.  Who the hell knows what will happen and maybe he will dump those eventually.

MT Gox + Satoshi can dump a *limited* number of bitcoin on you, while your government can dump *unlimited* fiat on you anytime they want.

Now you see that why "99% of the people who don't care about any of this" will eventually get into bitcoin? Be smart, be a part of the remaining 1%. Smiley

New Zealand are fighting back strongly in this test match, they bowled well to keep Pakistan under 250 runs. If New Zealand bat well and get a 250+ run lead then that gives them a high chance of winning this test match. Day 3 is a vital day for both teams to see which team can get the upper hand.

Overall, at this point, Pakistan looks in trouble to me.

Pakistan could not capitalize by bowling so well and getting NZ all out at 153 but their batting collapsed and just got a lead of 74 and now NZ trail by 18 runs and 9 wickets in hand. Even if NZ has 200 - 250 on board it will be difficult for Pakistan to chase in fourth innings.

Quite a good finish of the day by the Pakistani openers; I didn't expect Imam-ul-Haq to remain this offensive in the start of the inning. It seems like Pakistan is once again in the control of the match; New Zealand bowlers should try to get wickets in the first few hours of the 4th day, else they'll lose the match.

We now have another faketoshi on Twitter:

https://twitter.com/satoshi/status/1063516638870478848

This is Craig Wright, pretending to be Satoshi again. Apparently, he managed to sign a message with Hal Finney's private key, somehow. (Edit: or he might've pulled up an old Hal Finney signature)

The scuttlebutt is that he signed it in a non-standard way, kind of like when he "signed" a message as Satoshi to convince Gavin that he's Satoshi.

Seems like Craig did PhD in handling multiple Twitter accounts, not in Computer Science.

I was thinking about advertising a product that I'm currently creating and wanted to know what is the best place to do it? (excluding the forums).

Are you planning to spend a whole lot of budget on just one place? If not, I'd recommend you to have a look here:

https://www.emoneyspace.com/forum/index.php/board,10.0.html

I'm not sure if the "Advertising Offers" section at eMoneySpace, provided above, is still as cost-effective as it used to be in 2015, but it's worth it to give it a try. A hell lot of cheap advertising offers are still available there, and most of them are GPT (get-paid-to) focused, which indirectly means that they'd be interested in crypto.

You may also give AdHitz.com a try.

The first test match of the series between Pakistan and New Zealand will begin today in Abu Dhabi. IMO, the Pakistani team selectors made a good decision by dropping Fakhar Zaman and Mohammad Amir (once again) for the series.

Shaheen Shah Afridi will probably be playing his first ever international test match tomorrow; let's see if his magic comes into action again.
