Ok, i don´t know how else to put this, but..
If you have access to my account, you make the voucher and keep it until the day everything is set. No prob.
Can´t really understand the concern when having the GHS in my account would be the same as in others account.
I´m not asking a single person to loan me that much, i have it as a goal to start, so i can get forward.

I don´t know, but it is not fully impossible to ask around and get someone to loan some GSH with interest, it is a win/win situation.

I´ts all about trust, and i´m trying to do the best i can with the little i have and that´s honestly and full transparency.. If you see that the GHS´s not producing enough you as the owner can pull them back whenever you like.

But again, i´m not a scammer  nor do i think like one, there fore your questions make me anxious about the whole thing.

yes i know that it can be dredged up from forum server/backups or whatever but all comments were directly because of his actions. also claiming someone is basically a thief is a bit worse than a few fat jokes..

i had thought about simply not using this account and making a new one to start from scratch but then if anyone found out then i would automatically be labelled a scammer so i must either:

A - get the problem rectified
B - resign myself to probably never being able to trade here
C - leave and find another similar forum though his rep could follow me unless i use a different name

i said nothing about airtight, however, under UK and US law and probably most other countries as well you can be prosecuted for defamation (lidel particularly online). my grounds are as mentioned here plus that my username is the same on many other sites/forums so anyone searching my name will then find bad information about me when previously there was none which could have knock on impacts on me and my business elsewhere. and BTW my ex gf of 5 years had a law degree so i have some idea of what im talking about regarding UK law at the very least nevermind already having a solicitor and barrister representing myself and my current gf against the western health and social care trust so i can easily get advice from them as well.

Hi everyone. My name is James and I am looking for a 7.2 BTC loan. The reason why I need that many BTC would be to buy the Prospero X3 bitcoin miner. The only problem is that I could only repay the loan in may-june because the batch is available in the end of april which means it'll take a good two weeks of shipping and then I'd need to start mining engough coins to repay. For collateral, I have no idea what I could give. If you have an idea, let me know. By the way, I would be ready to take a 10-20% interest with it.

Had someone PM me about the loan. I don't need the loan and to answer that person's question via PM, the point of giving you the investment account of 1 BTC is to guarantee I don't run away with your funds. Obviously if I disapeared you would withdraw the BTC in the collateral account to cover your loss.

As for KWH, if you read any of my trade posts, I always suggest using escrow. If I was truly untrustworthy I'd have issues with sending first or using an escrow. Anyways I'm curious to know if Tomatocage would supply this loan if I wanted it. Waiting for his response.

To explain for others, The trust system IS flawed. People leave positive feedback for $5 transactions and then people think they are actually trustworthy for large trades but don't realize how little of transactions people have done. I see +1 green accounts with positive feedback like "awesome trader" only resulting from $5 trades. Think you can trust them for $300 or more? Want to give me bad rep for writing "cool guy" on someones trust page, well call me out then. I do think hes a cool guy cause he points out something I agree with, that the trust system is flawed.

Not saying this guy isn't a scammer (most are) but when you say to people, "Well you just joined and your in the loan section", that is sort of jumping to conclusion. I'm sure many members joined just to get a loan and intend to pay it back, but most aren't . Scammers ruin it for everyone, I guess the day when you can get a loan off of just your word is long past. It's a shame.

You did the right thing.  The point of escrow is to give you enough time to verify that good funds have arrived.
On PayPal, Dwolla, or other types of deposit you should take it a step further and go get your cash out and hold it in your hands before you release funds.
Otherwise there could be a chargeback up to 180 days later.

I will return with interest that's not called begging.. You offer NO guarantee you WILL repay, none at all. So basically, it is begging. Why not ask for a gift instead?
