In almost all cases a signature campaigns recruitment thread isn't something that deserves merit from my point of view. However, users can do whatever they want with their merit that they've earned. I guess a few people aren't "asslicking", and might just be rewarding the manager for managing the campaign well. Not what merit is suppose to be used for, but I'm sure a few users have done it for this reason.

all my recent posts are intact though ! I dont see any of my recent posts deleted
They don't have to be recent posts. Some times megathreads go on for a few months, and will eventually be reported, and then removed. Thus, it might not be easy for you to identify what posts were lost. I'm almost 100% certain that you posted in a thread which was later removed.

Hello May I ask If I can share this to My Local board and translate it to Our own language? This will also help spread awareness among the user from other local board? Therefore I'm asking for the consent of the author of this thread.
Sure. Anyone that can translate this to local boards to a good standard are encouraged to do so. The more exposure of this the better I think. There's a few little formatting issues that you might want to address which I haven't got around to fixing yet.

If you aren't receiving a message that the posts have been deleted by a moderator then it's likely, because threads that you have posted in have been removed. Try to avoid posting in threads which are generic questions, and encourage spam, because they tend to get removed.

I'll get around to sending my payment later today. I checked out the Superbru site, and it looks good enough for me. Watched the Liverpool friendly last night, and they seem like they could cause some waves in the premier league this season. Predicting their score lines won't be easy though.

Do you think this campaign could lead to spam? Could you give me an example on how will I report it if they are breaking any law?
BTW,your topic is really helpful, can we have it pinned? It's hard looking it.
Yeah, report it. As far as I'm concerned that's offering an incentive for opening threads which would indeed lead to spam. Include a comment similar to the #15 example. Maybe, include that they are making it a requirement to create new threads, rather than post in an existing topic. Regarding, the pinning of the topic. That's up to theymos, but I haven't sorted out some of the formatting issues at the moment that are annoying me. It's on my to do list though. I'll continue bumping it, but I forget sometimes.

So it's like doing the campaign manager's job all over again? I bet that involves days of work which wouldn't be covered in the Escrow fees. Maybe the campaign manager should coordinate with the escrow per week and explain the stakes given. Either way, things would be complicated.
Pretty much. When someone is escrowing they should be verifying that the funds should either be released or not. They can't do that without checking the participants posts, and doing the campaign managers jobs. This is probably why only trusted campaign managers should be used, and maybe then we don't necessarily have to use escrow.

The escrow would just escrow the tokens and make sure everyone gets paid?
The escrow would then have to validate whether everyone deserves to get paid. There will be inactive users that don't fulfill the requirements, and I don't think the person hiring the campaign manager would be happy when their funds are given to users that aren't deserving. Escrow should always be used. But, its not as simple as it sounds, and a lot of the escrows only hold the money currently, and still rely on the campaign manager doing their job. Which in the vast majority of the times they aren't. Especially, within the altcoin scene.

Well, you'll have to wait, and see what someone with the capabilities of unbanning you has to say. They might not respond, but you should get the idea if you aren't unbanned within a few days, because they'll see this thread.

I haven't read all the posts in this thread, but has anyone mentioned that the forum has more than one board in a variety of categories. This means that it is a place for education, discussion and help.
Yeah, this has been suggested recently. I would say creating a newbie board within the altcoin section would be of great benefit for organizing that hell hole. Especially, Altcoin Discussion.

I think that users deserve a tag called shitposters sothat cant take part on signature campaign by shitposting.
Not really what the trust system was intended for. At the end of the day if the campaign manager is doing their job then they will be checking each individual users post history, and rejecting them if they aren't up to the standard.

It took more than two weeks, and Cyrus hasn't solved my problem, it is worth to wait or now to write theymos?
You can message both of them if you would like. However, be prepared to wait a lot longer than 2 weeks. Also, don't send them messages constantly, and allow them a few weeks at a time. Many other users have been waiting months, and some have been waiting close to a year now for their accounts to be recovered.

How about some badges which staff members can vote on a monthly basis for the 'best' reporter. Could encourage users to report more, and include more detail, and tackle more complex issues. Why not just go with the same coin theme as the existing rank icons, but in a different color that indicates a white-hat look & feel, such as green? All of these ideas are great, but most of the suggested icons do not fit the current look and feel of what the forums have to offer.
Sometimes the most subtle changes/additions are the most effective ones. Thoughts?
It doesn't stand out enough for me to encourage users to report more. I think making it unique to the current ranking up ones would be better, and more effective in getting more users to report.

I didnt know copying just a few sentences would justify as a crime. I thought copying the whole article is the crime
Plagiarism is plagiarism regardless of how much content you are stealing, and passing it off as your own. AFAIK users that have been banned for plagiarism are rarely unbanned as its taken very seriously around here.

even I was inactive for a long time I am still at #272. That made my day I've also been inactive for a few months in the past. I expected my rank to drop, but it actually went UP to 2nd place!
I smell corruption within the system I don't recognise most of the members in the first few hundred. Maybe I should look around Bitcoin Talk a bit more. Also, I put nullius on ignore. I thought he was just here for a bit of ego massaging, and not for the benefit of the forum, but obviously I haven't read most of his later posts, so perhaps I misunderstood his motives.
I guess it's using statistics rather than actual viewpoints of the public. So the data is always going to be a little skewed.
