Regardless, if you had a balance it was your money therefore you have every right to try to get the funds returned to you. I do not know much about how Bittrex operates these days but do not give in if they try to put obstacles in your way to get to your funds.

As soon as I read the OP, I thought it was an alt-account being operated by a particular member from the Bengali local community. Looking through his history, he did make a post in the Bengali community. Still, it is not concrete but the hunch is there.
