521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: March 30, 2022, 09:01:53 AM
I'm quite happy for Portugal, Ronaldo specifically, probably this might be his last chance to win the world Cup for Portugal. Likewise Sadio Mane also has the better side against Sallah, for the second time in a row, Senegal might bring a suprise out of this world cup

Senegal has a good team, but Egypt has only Salah. To conclude that Senegal can surprise in the World Cup just because they narrowly defeated Egypt twice is daring. In the World Cup, there are completely different opponents to play against whom Senegal will have little chance. That's why they might get through the group stage and, with a little luck of the draw, reach the eighth or quarterfinals. But that's all they should be able to do.
522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Change the Code, Not the Climate" FUD campaign coming next month on: March 29, 2022, 12:22:07 PM
The joke of the matter is that a German newspaper reports today that behind the campaign is a millionaire financier who has provided a total of 5 million Euros for these ads. The statement of the activists is that the probability for the code change is low. They could have done so much better with the 5 million than to support a campaign that will not succeed anyway. One can really start to doubt the intelligence of these so-called climate activists.
523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: March 29, 2022, 12:13:11 PM
One step closer for North Macedonia to make new history of his participant on FIFA World Cup in Qatar because life and die match against with Portugal will give one spot to North Macedonia will play on world cup. I think North Macedonia keep playing with defensive style like showed when defeating Italy, but I think Portugal have many potential player could created attempt to make goal out penalty kick from Cristiano Ronaldo, Diogo Jota, Bruno Fernandez until Bernando Silva. Looks hard when get defensive game play with against team have specialist with scoring goal out penalty kick area.

But the defensive style only worked because Italy didn't take its chances. I watched the game and after 10 minutes Italy already had three good chances. I remember that I thought that this will give a clear result for Italy and will North Macedonia go down. In the end it turned out differently, but not so much because of the good defensive work as because of the missed chances of the Italians.
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where are the chart experts? on: March 29, 2022, 12:09:14 PM
Can BTC reclaim its ATH? What my own chart a showing me is that BTC have found a new territory at 44-47k and if this range keep up for like few days btc can finally breach the 50k territory once again, what is your own chart showing you?

I can only advise you not to trust any "chart experts". This is what I have learned in almost 10 years in crypto. Only rarely were these so-called chart experts right in the medium or long term. If you need estimates about the very short-term price development of Bitcoin, you will find them here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178336.0

The hit rate of the accuracy is still somewhat within the bounds, but only in the short term.
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Russia brewing? on: March 29, 2022, 08:35:02 AM
Is Russia trying to avoid sanctions by legalizing crypto mining? What do you think about this? Why now? War ain't over yet but they have the time to think about this? I will like to know people's thought on this.

Well, Russia desperately needs foreign capital and foreign exchange. Since the regular channels are now largely blocked, it is looking for alternatives, in this case in cryptocurrencies. Russia could, for example, suspend the taxation of crypto profits and thus try to let capital flow into the country.

~snip
Portugal is the favorite of the Portugal-Macedonia. But it is necessary to pay attention to Macedonia.
Great chance Portugal can overcome Macedonia tonight. But Macedonia is a great team that can make it difficult for other teams to face them. Victory over Italy boosted Macedonia's enthusiasm to qualify for the World Cup. Cristiano Ronaldo will also use the match against Macedonia as a means of proving that he is able to pass Portugal so that he will also get a new record.

Northern Macedonia will have a much tougher time against Portugal. The Portuguese are forewarned after the Italy game. Italy was too arrogant for long stretches of the game because they didn't take their opponent seriously. North Macedonia had only one shot on goal before extra time, while Italy had almost a dozen good chances. I think Portugal analyzed the Italy game well and knows how to play the North Macedonians to win.
527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 29, 2022, 08:24:41 AM
This match will end with a total destruction of ATM or a goalless draw imo. It all depends from Man City performance and injuries list next Tuesday.
Otherwise this game appears more interesting than Benfica - Liverpool.

Total destruction? Roll Eyes Atletico may not have the playing quality of ManCity, but what has always distinguished them under Simeone is tactical finesse and fighting spirit. Moreover, Atletico is not easy to play for such technical skilled players of ManCity, which can play very hard and they will certainly try here. With a little luck, I think Atletico can even reach the next round.

well %95 of  all coins belong to one single guy.the owner sasha ivanov.
so he can pump it to eternity if he wants which he is doing right now.

Are you not actually embarrassed to write such nonsense here? For anyone who is somewhat familiar with the matter and the project, it is easy to refute your claim. Sasha must really be a genius if he could do everything that you write here Cheesy
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this a start of bull rally in ALTCOIN? on: March 27, 2022, 12:10:18 PM
A pumping process that has reached 90% in altcoins has begun. The stability in the main cryptos is reflected in the altcoins and they are experiencing the recovery process. With the right research and close follow-up, the doors of a period in which a lot of profit can be made are opened.

Well, altcoins aren't really pumping like that. When Bitcoin rises, the value of the altcoins usually rises automatically. For one simple reason: Altcoins are almost exclusively valued in Satoshi. If they have a value of 100 Satoshi and the price of Bitcoin increases by 10%, then the value of the Altcoin also increases by 10%, provided the Satoshi value does not change.
530  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there no altcoins that can replace Bitcoin? on: March 27, 2022, 12:07:57 PM
BTC is not only the first coin but it has symbolic value for the entire crypto market, one symbol of the blockchain revolution.
Just like gold, there are thousands of metals produced such as steel, aluminum, silver, etc., which are widely used in daily life. but gold has always been the most valuable metal, still number 1.
So there will be no altcoins that can replace BTC although ETH, Sol, Tron or Xrp... have utilities, applications and technologies that are far superior to BTC.

It has several factors in my option:

1) Bitcoin was the first and most famous and also the most supported coin
2) Bitcoin is limited
3) Bitcoin is the most decentralized and thus secure project of those you mentioned. This creates trust
4) And finally, another factor that should not be ignored: The mystery surrounding Satoshi
531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 27, 2022, 08:54:03 AM
True. It is like a fantasy, not sure what Barcelona management is doing. What for signing Lewandowski or Mbappe? I don't think they need new strikers, they already have many strikers right now. I suspect Barcelona only wants to get attention by doing this.  Cheesy

Barca management seems to want to be in the world's spotlight again, by becoming a dream team again

after messi moved to PSG, barca until now still haven't found a person who can replace messi's prestige at barca so they have big ambitions to bring lewandowski and also Moh Salah to camp nou

barca under xavi's control is good, no players to add

It doesn't make sense that these 2 players are on Barcelona's target list If that's true, it's certain that Barcelona will have problems from the authorities
the maximum budget for player salaries has been determined with a new line of players, the total salary has exceeded the budget so Barcelona have no way of dealing with it except selling old players.

But this is only true if Barcalona, on the other hand, does not give away any players. To my knowledge, no list of players who are to leave the club has been published yet. If there are two well-deserving old "warhorses", then the commitment of the two players could work.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt market today on: March 27, 2022, 08:47:15 AM
Now the price of bitcoin was changed the lot. When the economy impacts had influenced the bitcoin, the same was reflected on the most of altcoin. If we compared the total amount of bitcoin solved on one side and the same dollar value of altcoin of various coin was selling on the second side.So people started to inverse on altcoin also now.

It's not the economy impact. Neither the U.S. nor the world economy has collapsed to such an extent that this correction can be explained, nor has the money supply been reduced so far, so a collapse of Bitcoin on economic grounds did not make sense. The collapse came only from a purely psychological nature.

534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: March 25, 2022, 11:22:05 AM
Personally, I think it's a shame that Italy is once again not qualified for the World Cup. But they screwed it up themselves. First they didn't win easy games in the regular qualification and now against North Macedonia they were clearly the better team over 90 minutes and lose by a nice long shot in injury time. They lacked cleverness and deserved to be eliminated.
535  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Russia May Accept Bitcoin for Gas Exports, Lawmaker Says" on: March 25, 2022, 11:19:23 AM
This just shows that the Russian government is really getting worried about the sanctions. Although I cannot say for sure up to what extent, it does pose a threat to Russia and so they are looking for other alternatives to protect their economy.

The word "MAY" should be taken into account though to avoid being mislead. Clearly, this is not an easy decision and they are still considering this course of action. But regardless, this is good for bitcoin and this industry since it gives more positive publicity to bitcoin.

 - What do you think? Will they really proceed? If so, when do you think it'll be implemented?

(Have a great day everyone!)

Source : https://news.bitcoin.com/russia-may-accept-bitcoin-for-gas-exports-lawmaker-says/

Bitcoin would be a way for the West not to circumvent its own sanctions, but to be able to continue buying Russian gas after Russia decided yesterday to allow gas purchases only against rubles. A clever move, as it would force Western countries to buy rubles directly from the Russian central bank and thus circumvent their own sanctions.
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this a start of bull rally in ALTCOIN? on: March 25, 2022, 11:16:59 AM
For the last two days you see 23 and 24 March 2022 you are seeing a huge increase in the price of altcoin. Currently btc is also performing very well. It seems that by April 2022, altcoin has started bull rally. And that looks set to last until the end of 2022. Let me know what you think.

It is not yet possible to say. A few weeks ago, we also had a short-term upward trend to 45k and then the price fell back to 37k. I think we will reach a breakout only at 47k/48k. If this hurdle is sustainably exceeded, then a next bull rally would be quite possible. Until then, however, I remain cautious.

538  Economy / Economics / Re: Nowdays how to get wealthy secret on: March 24, 2022, 11:19:05 AM
Go against rumours and someone is pushing hard dollar losing dominance so it means its time to buy usd.

This rumor has been around for years and so far the dollar dominance has not diminished. The question is also by which currency should it be replaced? The euro? The countries in the EU are politically and economically too different for the euro to become a dominant currency. The yuan? China is a dictatorial regime, which can be seen again in the case of Russia. Moreover, the policy is far too arbitrary and unpredictable. So I don't see any effective competitor to the USD, except perhaps Bitcoin.
539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Malaysian Ministry proposes cryptocurrencies as legal tender? on: March 24, 2022, 11:15:01 AM
Malaysia is a Southeast Asian country with a cryptocurrency ownership rate of 20%, ranking 2nd in the region after Vietnam, accounting for 28% of the population. Currently, bitcoin is also the most sought after and owned crypto in this country.

Personally, I always wonder how such numbers or surveys are measured in such countries, since many people there live rather rural and poor and many also have no cell phones. Are there any accurate statistics on exactly how crypto currency ownership breaks down? So by strata of the population, age, gender, etc.?

Ten Haag is certainly a good option, the only question is whether he can handle the really big players. He's still very inexperienced in that area, much like Rangnick. I have seen Ten Haag live a few years ago when he was coach of the second team of Bayern Munich and became champion in the fourth German league (the promotion to the third league he unfortunately missed, because the relegation match was lost). He is a very ambitious and conscientious coach and at that time I thought he could become a great one. That he has now awakened the interest of ManUnited, confirms my impression of that time.
