Thank you @TryNinja, I found a paragraph on Reddit about Fog. I removed it from the list and corrected the "Privcoin" name. And I didn't know Helix is now out of business.

It is a lame excuse... You can participate in the forum no matter what your rank is. You can help members no matter what your rank is as well. Do you mean a senior member is able to give a better help than if his rank is "newbie"? 🤔 Come on

It doesn't matter, you joined just to get free money without interest in cryptos, we don't want members like this on 7 pages there are 4 pages full of "good project" great token" "long life your ico!"

Nothing is going to happen, this app is for newbie and uneducated and on the top of that, it is only available to the US citizens (+another country, I don't remember which one). So if you think it will raise the Bitcoin's value then stop right now.

I just learned localcoin.com no longer has the function to buy with no SMS/ID. Are there any other sites that are similar to the old version that has all the other payment options and no id verification???
Really? Damn so bad. There is Bisq that is similar but a lot less popular and having fewer payments methods. Or there is LocalEthereum but it's the same, less popular and has only ethereum (I guess). Paxful may be an option for you to check as well

None of the major exchanges allow you to trade in crypto, if you don't have ID verification. In that case, the only option left for you is the highly risky peer-to-peer transfer. But the risk of getting scammed is extremely high in such cases, as there is no third party in between the buyer and seller.
Kraken lets you trade cryptos and deposit/withdraw fiats without having to provide ID verification, as long you don't need to deposit/withdraw over $20,000 monthly. You give your name, last name, DOB, address, and phone number and you're good to go.

@haocoin
People aren't supposed to hold their coins on any exchange, it's one of the golden rules. It's not only about if the platform is hacked, it can be also if the exchange changes their rules suddenly (i am thinking about KYC as an example). These platforms are exchanges not web wallets, it shouldn't be used as a wallet.
When a site is hacked the coins stolen are labeled as "tainted coins" and crypto exchanges are working together to block the tainted coins to be traded on their platform.

Hmmmm interesting....
🤣
Here's the thing. The merit system was created to slow down shitposting and shitposters from leveling up. Atriz is hero, Klaas too and Lauda is legendary. What would be the point of farming merits??
it must be the dowry for the marriage

No, if you check the section you see that it's supposed to be for members interested to sell and buy accounts but accounts that have nothing to do with the forum, not bitcointalk accounts but rather like casino, streaming, IPTV, membership, etc there are plenty of. The admin didn't wake up in the middle of the night and decided to open a section to allow members to sell forum accounts
Also, the rule in the " Invites & Accounts" is "You are only allowed to sell accounts/invites that you legally obtained yourself or through legitimate trades. If you did anything illegal in order to obtain an item, then you can't trade it on bitcointalk.org. Anyone found breaking this rule will be banned."
99% of accounts listed to sell are hacked

Have you seen how the merits are given? For nothing, you can say "Hi" you will see people giving 50 LOL. So I am not sure a filtering mechanism will be really efficient Another think I'd like to see is following someone's merits. I mean, if you think someone has a good criteria to grant merits (good or at least similar as yours), then you can follow them and then having a link showing the posts merited by those users. Something similar could be better? A RSS system of a list of the members you would like to follow or "add as friend/connection" "follow" button or something similar

Both "Cryptography Engineering" and "Practical Cryptography" by Bruce Schneier are worth a read as well.
He should search for his blog "Schneier on security" It should be online still. There are a lot of academic papers and articles. It's a good start. But the best of the best is to go back to school and to go to a European university because there are the best. Israel has some quite good but not the best, let's say second quality choice lol EDIT: schneier.com/academic/

"Account sales is allowed / Not Forbidden" doesn't mean it is not allowed to give a negative feedback to people trying to buy/sell accounts. And it doesn't mean the guy(s) running this forum agree with sales accounts And secondly, the feedback system is not moderated as mentioned in the rules that you perfectly know about...but oh well.
Need Consideration too... </end>
