was resolved.
802  Other / Meta / Re: Post Boosting on: July 26, 2018, 06:23:05 PM
I think he's just offering to manage bounty threads and can create anbd manage them from the stated ranks.
That's the way I interpreted his offer as well.  Now, what he's doing is a bit shady--he's offering to use the reputation of those accounts to vouch for projects that might be scammy, and that's misleading--but I don't see any bumping service.

You can give him/them a negative trust but your position will be weak if the said accounts have a separate users as he stated he has a team.
And that's why I wouldn't give a neg to this guy.  He's not technically doing anything wrong, and even the aforementioned shadiness is only my weak opinion.  There are a number of reasons why you'd want a higher rank running a bounty thread.  Reputation aside, it's hard to do that with a newbie account even if you bought a Copper membership.

I agree, But I am talking about that he is using a service/alt accounts to boost his post up every hour or so.

807  Other / Meta / Re: Offering Services to Scam/Shady ICOs? on: July 20, 2018, 03:16:03 PM
So the gist of all this is that getting paid is above everything else.
808  Other / Meta / Re: Offering Services to Scam/Shady ICOs? on: July 20, 2018, 12:52:42 PM
Hmm, So what about the useless ICOs who are destined to fail?
809  Other / Meta / Offering Services to Scam/Shady ICOs? on: July 20, 2018, 12:42:33 PM
So what's the consensus on this? I have my own opinion but want to hear your guys opinion on it. As far as theymos is concerned he doesn't care about scam/Shady ICOs so what do you default trust members think about people who offer services to these ICOs knowing they are shady or not doing their research before working with them. Especially people who offer community management/social media management and even to some extent designing services to these ICOs?
810  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: That's how you set up a campaign, well done LoyceV on: July 17, 2018, 12:25:49 PM
I want LoyceV to go 1 step further. Anyone who doesn't read his rules should get a red-tag immediately.
I won't do that. My red tags are reserved for people who really deserve it, I don't want my campaign threads to become some sort of Russian roulette.
This thread comes to mind.

Lol! xD I respect your opinion and see why you won't do it.
811  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: That's how you set up a campaign, well done LoyceV on: July 17, 2018, 11:18:39 AM
I believe we require more campaigns like these. Some people have gotten on top of the ladder before the merit system was implemented. This will separate the shit posters from quality posters. I want LoyceV to go 1 step further. Anyone who doesn't read his rules should get a red-tag immediately. Like people who haven't even earned a single merit and still apply for the campaign. This should help in clearing out some spammer accounts.
812  Economy / Reputation / Re: Accused of having linked with multiple account. on: July 17, 2018, 10:50:36 AM

How do you know if someone is linked with another account in the forum?

There are multiple ways for this, The most likely one is that you use the same address on both accounts. Contact details, Country, Ip and so on.

Quote
What is the basis for branding such accusation?

Mostly you will get in trouble when you exploit Signature / Airdrops / Bounty Campaigns. Others may include, Giving a loan to your alt accounts and using to boost their trust. The list is pretty big one.

Quote
If accused, what can we do about it?
If it is proven that both email/btc addresses are of the same user and he is exploiting a campaign then there isn't much you can do about that. Unless a user is blaming you without any connection, your chances of getting free from the red trust are very low.

Quote
How do we make an appeal? To whom?
You can't, Trust isn't moderated. Anyone can leave a feedback. You can only appeal to the person who is accusing you.

Quote
There are many users of this forum and coincidence cannot be prevented when having the same date and time of registration and entering the same bounty campaign.

This alone can't be the reason for the red trust imo.
813  Other / Meta / Re: Offering Spamming Services Openly? on: July 11, 2018, 06:08:06 AM
Is this a problem? "involving users in the dialogue + creating a positive background around the project". Isn't this good for the forum? Continuing dialogue and replying?

Random spam and bumping the topics is bad. Shouldn't the "verifying" processes used in bounty topics be stopped as well? Having to comment a random bit of information every time you submit the form or other ways of bumping the topic.

yeah, it is. if your project can't generate hype of its own then it isn't worth investing in. Just like Welsh said it creates a fake perception of hype/interest in the project.
814  Other / Meta / Re: Offering Spamming Services Openly? on: July 09, 2018, 09:10:43 AM
Red tags do nothing to those that spam, and isn't what the trust system was intended to do. Although, even if you did tag them they don't care about the reputation of the account, and only care about bumping the thread.

Well, then how about taking the next step and start banning their ip's and accounts? At least that will hinder their progress and reduce the spam. I know it won't be an easy task but we have to start somewhere...
815  Other / Meta / Offering Spamming Services Openly? on: July 08, 2018, 04:44:16 PM
So i was going through the services section recently when I stumbled upon this thread. This guy is apparently offering a spamming service.

💎 Push topics on the Bitcointalk and other forums;
Generating activity in your branch, involving users in the dialogue + creating a positive background around the project. Now 20+ jun.-member accounts are free. If desired, we can attract our partners with higher-ranking accounts. We can also offer automation of some processes on the forum.

Shouldn't people who are openly promoting spam services be marked? I thought spamming was right next to buying/selling of bitcointalk accounts. How are accounts like these aren't marked yet? Or is there something that I am missing?
816  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Monetizing crypto website with AdSense on: July 07, 2018, 12:56:02 PM

how much I can earn per click with AdSense?

Well if you want to find out the approx amount do the following. Find out where your most traffic is coming from(in your case that is Japan) afterwards goto google adword keyword planner. Select the countries where your most traffic is coming from and enter keywords you think advertisers will use to advertise on your website. Like if it's about crypto trading then search for keywords like Crypto trading courses/bots etc... Most likely these will be the Advertisers who will advertise on your website. See what kind of average bid is for the keywords, multiply that amount by 0.64% and you will have the approx per click amount for different keywords. But as other's have mentioned. Adsense has the best rates out there. Nobody can give you better rates than them. At least that's my opinion.

820  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 🏀 Dunk4Bits 🏀 Earn Upto 83 Sat/Hr, 33% Referral Comission BetaLaunch [UPDATE] on: May 24, 2018, 02:45:54 PM
Almost 100 Games played within the first 24 hours. From what i have seen the game was too hard. There was a total of 1 win from 100 Games. So i decided to reduce the difficulty. Instead of a 130 Second timer. The timer has been adjusted to 180 Seconds, this should make the game quite easy. I am thinking of a leaderboard bonus for each day. I need your input/feedback to make the game better guys so feel free to leave your thoughts and comments below.

Wow!! leaderboard bonus is a great idea . You must actually give points according to the time in which the game was finished because a guy may win 20 games in 130 sec and the other guy may win 21 in 150 sec . In this case the guy who has won 20 games is more skillful and must be given sme extra points like if he finished game in 130 sec he must be given 5 points extra  that is 10 sec = 1 point.

Thank You!!

I am thinking to add 3 different difficulties.. 130 Second Round, 150 Second Round and 180 Second Round. If you do finish the game in 130. You get 5 Satoshi as a reward, if you do in 150 then you get 4 satoshi. if you do it in 180 you get 3 satoshis. I am thinking over this..
