801  Economy / Speculation / Re: the " stage of a buble" looking so accurate on: December 18, 2013, 07:28:30 PM
Awesome. Cheesy
802  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 18, 2013, 08:56:50 AM
I think the Chinese are moving BTC into other exchanges to sell.
This has been my feeling (and fear) and adds a whole new element of uncertainty. Now would be a good time to really know how much of the volume on Chinese exchanges was fake..... how many coins there are to potentially dump.....
803  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 18, 2013, 08:46:06 AM
Total freefall. What a spectacular show.
804  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 18, 2013, 08:42:21 AM

806  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 18, 2013, 08:21:41 AM

807  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 18, 2013, 07:22:23 AM
Wow.... Stamp so bearish, way below BTCE
808  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happened after the last bubble? Check out these charts on: December 18, 2013, 12:49:05 AM
The last bubble:

Why did you make it look like the bottom was ~100?
809  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chinese feeding frenzy on: December 18, 2013, 12:14:56 AM
There are a lot of subtle to not so subtle racist undertones in this thread. It feels a little un-necessary in a forum that's dedicated to discussing a form of currency not race relations. Maybe tone it down a little?
Very much this. SMH.
810  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 17, 2013, 08:23:24 PM
4hr MACD loooking good don't lie to me MACd! They have yet to not tell the truth when a trend like this start and ends Cheesy here we come 1600

Is it just "looking good" or is it CROSSED? Because the former is a trap.
Doesn't look good to me.  Huh

Certainly no crossovers.....

For those talking about new ATHs next month..... let's break the downtrend first.  Wink
811  Economy / Speculation / Re: Serious bitcoin price discussion. Bears only please. How far will it drop? on: December 17, 2013, 08:09:30 PM
The situation is definitely looking worse now...we may see sub $600 after all.

why is it looking worse? It looks like it is holding in the 700s. There has not been a huge sell off yet like on the 6th. I think a lot of weak hands were shaken at that time.
Regarding the weak hands thing.... a lot of the bottom fishers are weak hands. Me, for instance. My hands are so fucking weak right now. Just playing the bounces.

Prepared to eat my words, but this level will be broken.
812  Economy / Speculation / Re: Serious bitcoin price discussion. Bears only please. How far will it drop? on: December 17, 2013, 08:01:30 PM
Guys, sorry to break it to you bears, but in the long run bitcoin is going to the moon, get all you can now at sub 1k levels because come 2014 its going to be a whole new world.
The difference between 350 and 700 (and 1000) is marked. It seems to me that buying anything under 1k is a bad move to maximize gains.....
813  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analysis never ends on: December 17, 2013, 05:42:01 PM
[...]

I think nobody is infallible, yet his last call was spot on.

His last call was nothing special at all, many, many people guessed it.

His call for rally was very, very impressive though. He is speaking utter nonsense now though though and want to turn his followers to help market moves in his direction.

On shaky ground? Maybe. "Utter nonsense"? No, absolutely not. If you absolutely cannot comprehend the possibility anymore that bitcoin price might enter a multi-month-to-a-year bear market, you should re-evaluate.
Agreed. Not gonna bet too much on it, though.
814  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 17, 2013, 02:50:02 AM
Someone, or a group of someones, has decided that BTC will not go below $700 on gox.

Looks like they gave up.  Cheesy
815  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is your country negative towards bitcoin? No? Why Sell? on: December 17, 2013, 02:08:00 AM
To make money.  Huh
816  Economy / Speculation / Re: is this about as serious as the dwolla / mt gox severing? on: December 17, 2013, 12:45:35 AM
The news itself is not so important. When buying pressure is exhausted, we look for reasons to crash the price.  Cheesy
817  Economy / Speculation / Re: Balls of steel on: December 17, 2013, 12:36:35 AM
I'd been sold out for days prior to this. (Well, I do have some cold storage.) No buy and hold for me!
818  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 17, 2013, 12:23:26 AM
If you close it again, I will just open it for you. Cheesy
Grin
819  Economy / Speculation / Re: Estimated inflection point ( from the last bubble ) on: December 16, 2013, 11:35:57 PM
With more news coming out of China, we may see some of the 550 support evaporate, what's the lowest point you would set buy orders at?
I play it bounce by bounce. I suspect we may see 300s, eventually, but I have no orders at that level currently.
820  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 16, 2013, 09:48:31 PM
Gox has been super stagnant for days, even before last night's drop.

Looks like that push to 4600 is ending now.
