But based on what I've read, I'd trust my whole life in his/her hands over yours. And this good advice: I think one thing OP is forgetting is many of the best "messiahs" never claimed to be such. They were just so focused on promoting peace and positive life lessons huge followings built. Eventually a form of corruption opposed their movement and many were brutally murdered. Only to go down as martyrs and ascend to the status of messiah as their following grew. Another thing OP is forgetting is that he is not the only one trying to promote this message. Maybe if his ego was more in check he would stop giving himself so much credit and realize the only way to progress is to work together, not convince people to work towards your ideals. Find some people pushing for similar goals and help, but don't ramble on for months abut how you are changing the world with your "dankfest" and "dankcoin", if you really want to change the world you have to be willing to work hard and start small, and take advice from others. I guess the shroomery crowd is smarter than I gave them credit for. Just an FYI; Not everyone on our boards does drugs. And more importantly, not everyone goes all dank after doing them. Only a "selected" few such as dank here  That's the problem with the drug subculture, only the weird ones stand out. You'd never suspect that normal dude working right next to you does drugs every night, but the crazy ones like dank constantly talk about it and make it part of their self identity to be "unique" or a "rebel", and those are the ones people remember, and then apply that to all of them. Only problem I have with Dank is that his delusions allow him to justify immoral and unethical actions, like theft, mooching off others, and his antics on his bike, doesn't have much to do with drugs aspect. Besides the fact that the money he stole he was using to buy drugs, and he couldn't even do that right. |

The top posters are going to be very less from signature campaigns in coming months. The reason is Stunna has introduced a post limit on his campaigners too. It seems now all the campaigns have post limit and we can expect more quality posts now.
Doubt it, they'll just use multiple accounts, you can buy a new account and have it paid off in a few days. Initially I thought it too. But, if u look at the ROI (feeling ashamed to use it for a signature campaign where even I take part !!!), this wont probably happen. Because, with limited post count, people wont be able to recover their investment in account purchase soon. So, they'll refrain from purchasing account and try on building a single good one. I think they will, particularly botters, people from third world countries where their wages are extremely low, and kids who consider it "free" money. The forum has also been discussed on more than one money making website. Not entirely a bad thing I suppose, it's bringing newcomers to bitcoin. Increased bannings are an unfortunate side effect though. |

Signatures are retroactive, so post a bunch of spam, then add the ads. Add the ads then post, all the same in the end really. We have no way to easily verify when you added the signature so that is no longer a factor. |

No sense in Begging theymos he has declared WAR on sig campaigns because it robs him and Mods of profit. Sig ads undermines his ability to sell ad space on the forum. why would an Advertiser pay theymos for a weeks worth of Ad time when they can get hundreds of thousand of ads for the same price through spam from users. this deprives him of profit along with he mods who get paid for banning you. shit rolls downhill and you're at the bottom. Best advice is to stay away from the sig campaigns and let theymos Rape the forums for profit. P.S. this is great advice from a Mod I think you're best bet would be to start over with a new account and not let anyone know it's linked to this one.
Uh, theymos is pretty much the only one of us who is okay with the sig campaigns. He's taken no further action since the signature styling changes despite many of the staff favoring it. He doesn't even participate in the discussion about it so we have no way of knowing what he thinks about it so we can tailor the debate towards it. If anything you should be thanking theymos. |
