961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experience using loan money on: August 20, 2023, 11:25:26 AM

And this whole notion of "searching the internet for a solution"? Give me a break! If people want to stop, they'll stop. If they don't, they won't. Simple as that. They don't need a support group every step of the way.

Exactly, learning about gambling on your own might be straightforward. However, once addiction sets in and problems arise, breaking free from it becomes challenging, although not impossible. While we can find advice online about how to overcome this issue, it remains ineffective without the support of individuals we can confide in. We often deceive ourselves, making it difficult to address a gambling addiction if we're not genuinely committed to resolving it.

Therefore, let's begin by identifying the root cause of the problem. Whenever possible, it's best to avoid it altogether, as prevention is consistently more effective than seeking a cure later on.
962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Crawford vs Canelo-Charlo winner (no date yet) on: August 20, 2023, 10:25:50 AM
In an interview on the Joe Rogan show, Terence Crawford expressed his desire to become a three-time undisputed champion and revealed his plan to move across three weight divisions to potentially face the victor of the Canelo vs Charlo bout. If this scenario indeed unfolds, I'm curious to know whom you're supporting to win. Please feel free to share your insights on this matter.

963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My dream is coming close. on: August 19, 2023, 09:48:38 PM
With your positive mindset, it won’t be surprising that you’ll have not just one but two or more owned bitcoins in the future. Just be consistent with your goal, and never be afraid to be greedy when others are fearful because that will even motivate you more to achieve your goal, which is to own bitcoin in the future.

However, my only advice is never to spend all your hard-earned money in bitcoin. Bitcoin is still a risky investment because of its highly volatile market. Do the DCA instead, it will lessen the risk that is associated in bitcoin.
964  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Navigating Bitcoin's Price Plunge: What Awaits Next? on: August 19, 2023, 09:11:13 PM
If you are seeing btc price to continuously plummet, then this is a good reminder that it’s already working for its new all time high the next time it bounce back. So instead of worrying, why not focus on accumulating a lot of cheap bitcoin through DCA so you won’t miss any price drop opportunity.

Bitcoin will surely recover after this current price drop and hopefully, it will come up with a new price resistance higher than $30k or $35k. This is not impossible because knowing bitcoin, everything is possible and it has a lot of future surprises that will trigger its own price to surge high and skyrocket.
965  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Regis Prograis vs Devin Haney on: August 19, 2023, 01:42:28 PM
If only power is the only factor and measurement to be the best of super-lightweight division then Devin Haney wouldn't have any problems but he shouldn't forget that it will be a new weight for him and a new division as well, and while he's still adjusting to the weight, his opponents like Regis Prograis who is more comfortable at 140 will not show him mercy just because of that. Haney does have a chance, I'll give him that, but not as decent compared to the one whom he will face. And Teo Lopez? It turns out that he's just an underrated boxer who actually does have a chance to be one of the bad guys at 140 and let's not forget Josh Taylor, I think he can still bounce back.
Haney is high technical and has reach advantage, so I don't really think different weight will give him a trouble.

Prograis, Matias, Romero and Lopez aren't high technical boxers, so it will be pretty hard to beat Haney. Well maybe Josh Taylor has a chance to fight with Haney even though he not own any title, but his last performance against Catterall and Lopez were not good.

Lopez actually an overrated boxer due to his popularity, he's strong and has a stamina, but his performance is just not stable.
I don't know what you're trying to say but reach advantage doesn't have anything to do with the weight needed to fight at 140 lbs., there is even no guarantee that he can even defeat and dominate the guys who are more comfortable at that weight class compared to him.

Look, I know that you might have high hopes towards Haney or something like that but the path that he's stepping into is still unknown and anything can happen because it's not his division to begin with. What more now that he's going directly towards the champion instead of trying a much safer debut first.

I understand why Haney chose to directly challenge the champion, as he believes he can defeat the champion and this match presents a significant opportunity to earn more money. From a promoter's perspective, this is an appealing fight, and it's possible that the organization permitted it, similar to Inoue moving up in weight to challenge and beat the champion Fulton with ease. As for this fight, its outcome remains uncertain, but looking at the odds from sportsbooks, Haney is the clear favorite to win.
966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title - November on: August 19, 2023, 12:44:44 PM
The question is, is this fight going to happen now?

Anyone can share any news though? it seems that we have gone off-topic with Floyd and other boxers in this thread.

Maybe everyone can see this Tapales fight here to see if he has a good chance to win,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Krk0B0OeU8U

To be honest, I don't see him having a good chance of defeating Inoue. While he's undoubtedly skilled, facing Inoue, who is an exceptional and well-rounded fighter, his aggressive style might only lead to an early knockout. He'd be fortunate if he manages to land the first significant blow on Inoue, because if not, Inoue's power is likely too much to withstand.

Though Tapales is one of our own, I'm not allowing bias to affect my opinion. I'm simply expressing my honest viewpoint.

However, if it were Casimero, I believe the odds would be more evenly split.
967  Economy / Economics / Re: Any business where today you launch, tomorrow you begin making profit...? on: August 18, 2023, 09:58:11 PM
It’s like you are living in a fantasy mate. No business can ensure quick profits after you have started launching it. In fact, it’s even more susceptible to losses than be in profits. But if you know how to strategize your business and put all your best abilities and skills into it, then expect that it will never end up in bankruptcy, but it will grow and soar like a very profitable masterpiece.
968  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Passive income with crypto on: August 18, 2023, 09:17:48 PM
If you see Bitcoin was still in the bear market then it's an opportunity to hold more Bitcoins. But in my opinion, base on my analysis in the market, I consider Bitcoin as a bullish. The market volume is quite low that's why others think Bitcoin is still bearish. If we compare it before, when advancing starts, the price move to the upside drastically. Aside from that, if you want to earn passive income in crypto, I can recommend to stake your tokens but this not a guarantee that you will be profitable because even though you will get more tokens the price might decrease. So you have think it every well before you decide.
Anything concerning cryptocurrency investment cannot be trusted hundred 💯 that it will give you a profit, so therefore is not good to advice a newbie or newly investor to invest in bitcoin without knowing the right time to venture into the investment, whosoever that planing for earning should know that it's always that profit can come in into cryptocurrency investment, and it have in mind that investment of cryptocurrency and especially bitcoin do revise most times and it's not a reliable measure
Well, anything related to bitcoin involves risk that’s why we should never take decisions unless we have studied it intensively in order to lessen the risk of losing. Although bitcoin is said to be profitable but it’s never a guaranteed word for all of us, even veterans are not an exception. Whether it’s passive or active income we are looking here, as long as there are still calculated risks on it, then we can’t reliably expect 100% for it to happen.
969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: August 18, 2023, 03:47:11 PM
If we gambler want to play in a new casino then  we need to know first their rules and regulations or let say terms and conditions it because once we are too greedy to participate in that casino and top up so we have enough money to play then after winning then we decided to withdraw but we can't withdraws because of they have the conditions that you must follow the amount of wager as a requirements .
Mostly, it's the rollover requirement that matters. The specific amount of the bet is not the primary concern, as it's normal for a casino to establish limits for both the minimum and maximum bets. The wagering requirement aims to ensure that gamblers are genuinely engaged in gambling. This is because the withdrawal/deposit system is designed for gambling transactions exclusively, and not for individuals who intend to launder illicit funds or those who seek to exploit the casino's system.
970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 18, 2023, 03:22:22 PM
I don't what to speculate but it should be around the money I guess. Maybe he was promised to have a good money this season. But the owner turn his back on Harden.
Words are very powerful, and they should be honored. If James Harden is promised good money without conditions, then he is due for that. However, sometimes these businessmen are very clever; they tend to use their power to influence a player's decision but ultimately may not stand by their words. Nowadays, the system has already changed, as players can make demands. In the case of James Harden, being a superstar, I'm pretty sure he knows what he's doing. He understands that he won't lose his job, even if the 76ers decide to trade him, which they have refused to do until now.

Yes you are right that nate words are too powerful it can distract people through people.  And what happened to The team is that I think  they promise to James harden but they don't do their promises and as a player or let say as a super star then James harden knows what he doing and he is not scared cause once 76sers will leave him then many team's will want to have harden as we all know how he plays and how he carry his team.

The only mistake that Harden did in his time with the 76ers is that he trusted Daryl Morey's words because why not, right? It's the president's words and if he has been promised then it should happen in due time because that's what real men would do and that their are a man of their words but in this situation, the president didn't even bother to check up on Harden and that's harsh. Furthermore, Harden wasn't clever enough to put those agreements into a contract, if there was any agreement at all, because after all, this is a business and all business matter should have some papers.

The word "trust" carries a straightforward meaning, and not everything needs to be documented on paper, as trust has already been established between the parties. Perhaps this situation serves as a learning experience for James Harden, guiding him to be more astute in his future endeavors. Despite this, he still benefits from a substantial contract. However, his current desire is to depart from the current organization and seek a new environment where he can have faith and rely on the management's sincerity.

We can empathize with what happened to him; as humans, feeling betrayed can severely damage relationships.
971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Next Bitcoin Bull Run: Is It Tied to the Next Halving? on: August 17, 2023, 09:48:15 PM
We cannot deny that those previous bull runs have happened after those visible bitcoin halving so for me, it’s never bad to expect if the next bull run is also tied to the next bitcoin halving. History may repeat or will always repeat itself. However, knowing the market is still highly volatile and unpredictable, the best thing we can do for now is to prepare for the next bitcoin bull run. No need to time the market, we can always be profitable whenever we see good chances to make profits.
972  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies say no to Trading. on: August 17, 2023, 08:21:40 PM
It's the impression entirely for the whole market wherein they think that it's an easy going market and everyone will become rich because they're into crypto, Bitcoin.

While someone has to get an experience in order to get the idea of how trading works. Only start trading with an amount that you can afford to lose and if you're persistent enough to keep going, think of those losses as your enrolment fee to learn more.

And don't forget that it's not just trading is your only option to enter this market, you can choose to be an investor/hodler like everyone does.
When you trade, know that you are not chasing for profits only but losses as well. Regardless if you are a newbie or a pro in trading, losses will always be part of it. That’s why having knowledge and experience is a must, especially in trading where it’s highly considered as a battle of minds. While others have exceeded their expectations and make exceptional profits, a lot of traders are still failing on it. However, with practice and persistency to perform in the market despite of its uncertainties, in the end you may be able to see yourself succeeding.
973  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 - Betting and Discussions on: August 17, 2023, 02:54:22 PM
Jamal Murray begged off to Canada's national team for the FIBA world cup.

This would affect Canada's chances of winning. For a moment, I considered Canada to be the closest rival to the USA. However, the absence of Jamal Murray, an NBA champion, is a significant setback for the team. Now, I am no longer interested in following this team. I have a feeling that unless their odds increase significantly, they are overvalued.

Regarding the power rankings from 5 days ago, the Dominican Republic was ranked number 10, and with the mentioned odds, this is quite enticing.

974  Economy / Gambling / Re: 0xBET | Crypto Casino 🎲 Sportsbook ⚽ Fast Payouts ✅ on: August 17, 2023, 01:49:50 PM
Allow me to welcome you to the forum.

Some people have been saying that 0xBET is similar to 1xbit, which is considered a scam site. I must say, the name you've chosen is excellent because you won't require much advertising to promote your site. I'm not implying that people will automatically label you as a scam site. My point is that due to the notoriety of 1xbit, people can easily differentiate by referring to 1xbit as a scam and 0xBET as a legitimate platform. I hope you maintain that reputation.
975  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would you use AI trading assisting tools? on: August 14, 2023, 06:59:50 PM
I have confidence in my own trading experience so I’ve decided not to use bots or AI trading. Although they can be effective for some most particularly for those who have high experience in trading but certainly not for beginners or those who are still focus on their self-trading. However, they can be effective but not in a sustainable and reliable means because we know probably how the trading market changes its condition. Because of its highly volatile feature, it’s best to learn and focus on self-trading so that whatever the market condition will be, you will still be capable make your trades favorable and profitable in the end.
976  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is copy trading a legit way of income for beginners or just a marketing tactic? on: August 14, 2023, 03:26:47 PM
well the thing here is that you are copying the trading activity that the so called pro trader is having, finding traders thats really good at the thing they're doing is quite hard honestly.
i bet many the so called pro traders are also just don't have idea how to make a good trade if they don't find information before hand.
I guess its good if you are really beginner at the field and just wanna get starting up fast, then I guess it does make sense just to follow the path of those pro in trading.
but for long term you should make analysis based on your own deduction.
however, if the trades that you are following from these pro traders turns out to be really good, nothing wrong in keeping things like the way it is, basically just follow them until you hit your target.
It’s not bad actually to follow a pro and successful trader, but know that there is no excuse from the risk of losing in trading. So never expect that if this professional trader becomes profitable most of the time, then he will guarantee high profitability in the future. The market is changing, and so with how the traders attack the market. They can be profitable today, but no one can guarantee if they will still be as productive as today in their next trades. That’s the reason why traders should never rely mostly in copy trading, at times it can be profitable, but most of the time it can be a source of high financial loss.
977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title - November on: August 14, 2023, 11:16:41 AM
Tapales can play his card here. If he thinks that the amount of share/profits is not worth in taking that risk to a unification fight, he may change that direction and choose other alternative.

Only mandatory can push him to face Inoue. Without a mandatory call, he can always find his way
to pick a challenger and keep his belts.

Inoue's dream of becoming a two-division unified champion is in the hands of Marlon Tapales and by the looks of it he has the leverage of asking a fair amount to fight Inoue for that unification or else fight a non-mandatory fight to derail Inoue's plan a bit.

I think there is no mandatory for Tapales to face Inoue, it's just a promoter's call to make the fight happen and the burden in more on the camp of Inoue.

There doesn't seem to be a rule mandating that both champions must fight each other, allowing Tapales to continue his journey should Inoue decline his demand. Unfortunately, Inoue's legacy could be on the line if he fails to agree to Tapales' terms. Refusing Tapales' demand might jeopardize Inoue's opportunity to unify the belts. Consequently, after a series of negotiations, Inoue might find himself with no choice but to meet Tapales' demand in order to realize his dream.

As a fan, I personally would prefer to watch a unification fight over a regular championship bout. This implies that once the deal is sealed, the world will be eagerly watching.
978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Oscar Valdez vs Emmanuel Navarette - Aug 12 on: August 14, 2023, 09:25:39 AM
As been expected the fight will be exciting and both will survive because they're Mexican, congratulations for Navarette and nice try for Valdez. I think Valdez's boxing career is already near to end as he can't win against a champion, he only fight for 1-2 in a year. Valdez has a stamina, but he's just not good enough and he's already quite old, he will improving too much even he will train more harder.

While it's reasonable to acknowledge that he's currently facing challenges in his career, it wouldn't be accurate to label him as 'old' just yet. At 32 years old, he still has plenty of fighting years ahead. Perhaps taking a step back to reflect on his recent losses and evaluate his mistakes could be beneficial. Consider the case of Anthony Joshua and other boxers who have faced defeats after being champions. They've managed to rebound and continue fighting, even earning big opportunities after their setbacks.

Personally, I firmly believe that Oscar Valdez won't give up. He'll undoubtedly put in the hard work, focus on areas that need improvement, and come back stronger than ever.
979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you have any methods to do it? on: August 13, 2023, 09:58:31 PM
You can earn from day trading but not in a consistent daily basis. You should know that day trading demands a lot of risk and full attention on the market, so if you are starting to day trade, perhaps you will incur some inevitable losses that you can’t get rid of. Furthermore, you should know that even if you got a big capital for day trading, that is not enough to guarantee you daily profits, because in reality, day trading can be highly profits but its also another way to lose your money quickly so never expect a lot from day trading. Better to focus on long term trading instead.

980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin really not for everyone? on: August 13, 2023, 09:35:01 PM
Yes, same goes for fiat especially for those who are using their position to create fraudulence just to satisfy their own selfish desires. However, on part of bitcoin, it can’t be a tool for fraud and money laundering, but once you invest it with greed, you are not using it on it’s designed purpose which is aside from a currency, it’s also a tool for long term investment but not for get rich quick scheme.
