1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would You Bet on the PH President Finishing His Term? on: Today at 04:55:42 PM
So before I even think of putting money on it, I’d like to hear your thoughts. Do you think he’ll still manage to serve out the full term despite the scandals? Or is the pressure just going to get too heavy?
Philippines is not like United States that most people will know about their politics on this forum and all over the world. So, do not expect much good information from people that are not from Philippines on this forum. Like me, I have no idea about your president. I do not even know his name until now.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think we still need more stablecoins in crypto? on: Today at 12:43:53 PM
USDT & USDC are enough for me, I don’t think we need any more. If we start getting lots of individual, exchange based stablecoins we risk another FTX type situation & that’s not something I want to see again.
But many of them are coming into the market. With the stablecoin act that Trump passed recently, we should expect more of them to come.

What I do not just like is how some can depeg at anytime. Yala was the recent one that depegged but it later increased to almost $1.

I will prefer more stable coins to come into the market, but I do not like algorithmic stable coins.
3  Other / Meta / Re: Some deleted posts by moderators seem to be unnecessary actions on: Today at 10:31:37 AM
If your posts are merged, that means they were consecutive posts. There is nothing wrong about it at all.

I have experienced it before, especially when our local thread was about to be pinned, moderators focused on the long local thread and start merging and deleting some posts.
4  Other / Meta / Re: Why did this topic get locked? on: Today at 10:19:52 AM
I don't think it has anything much to do with actual gambling discussion. Usually moderators delete such topics or move them to the trashcan. I am actually amazed that it wasn't deleted.
In the past, such topic are just moved to off-topic. It was common on gambling board before. But I think moderator on gambling discussion board are lenient now compared to before.

It does not worth to be moved to trashcan and not worth to be deleted, but it is worth off-topic. But maybe they left it for fun.
5  Other / Meta / Re: Why did this topic get locked? on: Today at 10:05:50 AM
Did you PM Fivestar4everMVP to know he is not the one that locked the thread before asking this question?

But even if you sent him PM and he told you that he did not lock the thread, that does not means that a thread that is 5 pages long should not be locked. People are enjoying now, unlike before that long threads were often locked on the gambling board. It might even be moved to off-topic in the past.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🎰 Slots reminder:playing longer doesn’t mean you’ll get luckier. on: Today at 07:23:59 AM
I can not agree more.

The more frequent you gamble, the more frequent you are likely to lose. That is what just gambling is and I have experienced it several times.

Also one thing that is important in gambling that every gamblers also need to know is that they should gamble with the money or coins that they can afford to lose.

Knowing both and following them means responsible gambling.
7  Economy / Gambling / Re: Could AI Turn Crypto Price Predictions Into the Next Big Gambling Trend? on: September 20, 2025, 07:28:03 AM
Do you mean if AI can be used to make predictions in bitcoin price prediction just like in binary option? On some gambling sites, the bitcoin price prediction can be in not more than 10 seconds, while I have seen it between 5 to I think 4 hours on an exchange before. This is not about trading but about gambling, just know that AI can absolutely fail you in this.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you spin? on: September 20, 2025, 07:18:09 AM
If there is life, there is hope. If there is life, I can still make it in life if I try to. This is the simple logic that will make me conclude that I should not try it at all. I will not spin it. Who even knows if the spin will be manipulated in a way that only death will be what the person would win.
9  Economy / Gambling / Re: Computational Service on: September 20, 2025, 07:08:56 AM
Are you getting frustrated and you thought of this to be the new means to scam? Just know that your scam ideas or other things about you are not needed on this forum. Look for elsewhere to scam because you will only achieve nothing but nothing on this forum. Here is not a place for to to do your work.
10  Economy / Lending / Re: Homo Computing to get loan on: September 19, 2025, 11:33:59 PM
Mr. Binary Trader.

You can not see anyone that can lend you $1 on this forum. Even not one can lend you a cent on this forum.

I gave seen these type of scam before. In fact, it is a common way to scam people that I know of and no more new.

If you won such case in court, you will not find it hard to see someone that will borrow you the money. But I think landlords can still be considerate if he knows about what you oisted it and he find it out to be true.

But we definitely know that you are lying.
11  Economy / Reputation / Re: CamilaStar answering questions asked by his alt account. on: September 19, 2025, 10:59:21 PM
With how CamilaStar was posting topics, he is Cryptohunterkill in my opinion as well. He is posting topics and being the first person to reply to his own topics to earn merit, that is uncalled for. Both accounts are worth neutral feedbacks. Although, some people may see this as no enough evidence. Even if they are not the same person but friends, I think they may be farming merits.
12  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Steps on how to protect your forum account with two-factor authenticator. on: September 19, 2025, 10:25:48 PM
These are some recommended authenticators: Best 2FA applications to use. Open source, free, secure. Better than Google's.

Good to also stake your bitcoin address: Stake your Bitcoin address here

If you are having any financial dealimg with anyone on this forum, it is good to ask the person to sign a message with the staked address or any addresses that he has posted before on this forum.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The rich is hugely favoured in gamble. on: September 19, 2025, 07:36:53 PM
@IjawMan
The rich also know that gambling can make them to become poor if they do it irresponsibly. They prefer to play responsibly or not to gamble at all. Gambling is not a way of making money but people can do it for fun. Some people in the past are good examples as they later become poor because of gambling.

Gambling can favour and unfavour anyone, be it rich or poor. Gamble responsibly is what that matters.

As you see people like James Wynn in trading, he lose over hundreds of millions of dollars, so can something like that happen in gambling.
14  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Tangem Cards are Vulnerable to Brute-Force Attacks on: September 19, 2025, 01:11:38 PM
Even this should not only be about physical attack on the device but how can someone have huge amount of coins on a hardware wallet and not use at least 8 characters as pin with upper case, lower case, numbers and at least one or more other character like full stop, comma or percentage etc. People need to learn about about security. And this is only valid in the pre-quantum world.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin’s fixed supply cap create inequality over time? on: September 19, 2025, 12:43:17 PM
If bitcoin is scarce, you will still be able to buy $50 worth of bitcoin at anytime.

In a developing area, people that bought lands early will buy it at low price, while people that bought late when there are many buildings in the area will buy land with huge amount of money. It can get to a time that a building will be bought with land and be demolished to build new business there. In such time, land will be far more expensive.

That is how life is.
16  Other / Meta / Re: Advices please on: September 19, 2025, 09:43:20 AM
Also it is worth knowing that if you get to junior member, you can start uploading images. You need just 30 activity and 1 merit to become a junior member.

But you can decide to go for copper membership if you want to make it faster.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: self control on: September 19, 2025, 09:21:31 AM
It depends on the money that you have.

Just make sure that even if you spend on necessary or unnecessary things, make sure that you are saving for emergency days and also built your wealth. Live your life because life is once, but spend wisely.

Saving up to 70% of your money is good if you are receiving enough amount of money weekly.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering casino bonus on: September 19, 2025, 08:46:50 AM
Had someone similar experience? To be honest I received bonuses quite a few times and this is only time I managed to wager it completely.
What I noticed in casinos is that the requirements needed to be accomplished before you can be able to win a bonus is very hard. The casinos make sure that almost all gamblers given the bonuses will not win it. So it is just part of their business strategy to keep their players and also not make them really win. At the end, the players will still be losing in overall.
19  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Used Hardware Wallets on: September 18, 2025, 11:09:45 PM
If you know how to check the internal components, I do not see anything bad to buy it. But if you are a newbie, buying from the company directly or from a reseller is better.

I will recommend buying from the company directly or from a verified reseller instead of buying a used one. You buy it for huge amount of coins storage. The new wallet is better because the amount you bought it will be far less than the amount of coins that you want to use it for.
20  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Tangem Cards are Vulnerable to Brute-Force Attacks on: September 18, 2025, 04:48:18 PM
Although, dkbit98 posted about it here yesterday on their the thread that fillippone created about it some weeks ago. I am referring to this thread:

TANGEM WALLET: An Innovative Seedles Cold Wallet Setup

One of the reasons I can not use the wallet is because it is close source.

For more visibility, I think this is a nice thread.
