Some of you have invested millions of dollars in equipment. A +$0.6 software boost per card could save the farm when the market is crashing. For the smaller miner my renesis miner 2% fee + 0.05 BTC is a good option. It's a gamble, but a gamble can sometimes be very profitable...

You really believe criminals would even consider Monero when it has been demonstrated to be highly traceable and insecure for almost its entire existence? That is a really bad track-record and not a risk any semi-intelligent criminal would be willing to take.
Just because some of those issues have partially been resolved does not make this history go away.

I have made several profitable mods just after a new coin release. Some examples:  bitcore, Signatum, luxcoin etc.. and these have been very profitable for my buyers..

10 days after launch my gpu-miner is around 500 times faster than a celeron cpu on the 1080ti. And ppl still use the cpu to mine..

Monero tech is probably one of the best privacy coin out there, however, it forks into many different moneros and this can cause confusion to the community

Luxcoin just forked to avoid FPGA/ASIC miners.
A FPGA that does 40MHASH is not very good. A 8 gpu can do 64MHASH @ 1280 watt. The problem comes when the fpga/asic does 600MHASH with 1280 watt.
