1623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for the Next Great 1000x on: January 17, 2023, 03:14:12 PM
One thing for sure low cap that pumped on dex might happen, as we know 1000x movement on cex rarely happen these day, 100x is normal target for each bullrun, but 1000x need miracle from pumper team behind dev, dex has advantage putting tax for fueling the rocket ship  Grin

But think about this...  A project with a market cap of under a million USD, a totally new token of what will be something important in a fairly new chain that will serve as DOGE's L2.  A memechain and you know how crypto is around memecoins and tokens.  Everybody doesn't seem to get it but memecoins pump the hardest.  They will call it a scam, a P&D or whatever but it will have one of the best chances to gain 1000x.  Maybe...  Dunno.

And it has a dog logo.  Very important for it to have a dog logo.  Lol.
1624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: January 17, 2023, 03:06:08 PM
^  I wasn't really surprised with Liverpool anymore.  I had them at 2 - 1 to lose vs Brighton in our EPL pool.  You could see my picks if you're in it.

But yeah, it happens from time to time with the best clubs.  They eventually have a couple of years when they suck then start to get back on high gear at the next seasons.  And if you look at Klopp's history with BVB it's the same.  He had a couple of good years then nothing.  So the club had to let him go.  But if they stuck with him, I'm pretty sure they would've gone back on track and fought for titles again.
1625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 17, 2023, 02:55:21 PM
Arsenal have also joined the race to sign Declan Rice. You know that Chelsea have been the most interested team in him in the recent times. But Arsenal's joining the race could change everything. Because Arsenal are very likely to become the champions in the English Premier League. Chelsea won't even be able to qualify for the Champions League most probably.

In this situation I assume Declan Rice would prefer to play in the Champions League. Arsenal can actually gain a big advantage in some other transfers as well while competing with big teams on the condition that they win the league title.
It turns out that the competition between Arsenal and Chelsea will continue on the rumors of Declan Rice's transfer. This makes the competition between the two even more heated, but I think this time Declan Rice will accept Arsenal's offer even though he only has the chance to win the EPL but Arsenal also has other titles that are being pursued such as the European league, even though it's not as cool as the UCL. Smiley
Chelsea have been delaying on acquiring Declan Rice but maybe Arsenal is the right motivation. I think Rice will choose where he wants to play, i want to see if he’ll prioritize Chelsea after they don’t make top 6. He’ll be a perfect fit for the Gunners. Arteta wants him and he knows how to make him perfect the role he’d play him. It’s all depends on Westham and Declan if he wants to move and which club he prioritize more.

I think the wiser choice is to be with Arsenal under the tutelage of Arteta.  Chelsea isn't really very stable at the moment with the new owners and their new manager is turning out to be not really a perfect fit.  It would still end up with the club having to splash the cash to acquire the players Potter needs which could take a couple of transfer windows.  Which might not be going as the Chelsea brass planned.  I think the idea for hiring Potter is for him to take the players they already have and turn the club into title contenders.  But nope.  :/

^  Maybe you guys right but then again leaving the UFC could cost Ngannou more than it cost the UFC.  So he better get the boxing gig vs Fury as money doesn't last unless he invested smart.  But with how the economy is all over, I pretty much doubt it.

And guess who the UFC offered a fat contract to years ago to bw one of the highest paid heavyweight fighters.  Fedor...  But he turned it down.  He's consideredto be one of the best but was Bellator or any organization willing to give him the kind of money the UFC was offering?  I don't think so..

Now that the UFC Fight Night: Strickland vs. Imavov is already settled here are the results of my picks

Sean Strickland VS Nassourdine Imavov ROUND 5 DECISION - LOST

Sean Strickland just takes down Nassourdine Imavov while Imavov is having a hardtime on takedowns and repeatedly failed to takedown Strickland, this means Nassourdine Imavov is not on the level of another Dagestan wrestler, I think that he only took down strikers but against Sean Strickland that is also a wrestler you can see the difference Sean Strickland did a tremendous job in stopping the takedowns and giving a takedown to Nassourdine Imavov aswell, for me it was a close match Nassourdine Imavov did really great to the upper ranked Strickland since both fighters didn't have preparation but it was really a great fight,

The thing is, Imavov doesn't really do take downs.  The ones he attempted were out of desparation as Strickland knew he could take Imavov's punches so Strickland just walked Imavov down.  Lol.  Different story vs Cannonier.  Strickland couldn't walk Cannonier down even if he wanted to.  He could try but he'll be KO'd.

It was a massive opportunity for Imavov but in hinsight he could be seeing taking it as a mistake.  I hope he got paid good money as Strickland did...

Ketlen Vieira, Punahele Soriano, and Damon Jackson unfortunately let me down for 16k. Vieira fight was close at least, and could've gone either way, but was probably the right decision. Soriano really struggled, and I should've expected as much considering how much he loads up without having the best of gas tanks. Damon Jackson really struggled against Ige though, and I expected more from him.

Strickland did what I expected, I think a lot of people underestimate his skill, and the decision was at 4.00 which is probably a reaction based on his last two losses, was definitely worth a shot on him. Unfortunately, I only do accumulators. I actually cashed out in the middle of the Vieira fight as I could see she was likely losing. I cashed out for a profit of 30 quid. Nothing to write home about.

Soriano is my pie shitter of the event.  I really thought it was gonna be easy for him and the other guy would be gassing out.  Turned out it was him.  Kopylov could actually be a good fighter with just a bad start in the UFC.  Let's see what's in store for him next...

I had Vieira winning R1 and R3.  I'm not really sure what fight the judges were watching.  Lol.  And as for Strickland va Imavov, the match being at 205 should've been a concern for Imavov.  It was also Imavov's first time to be in a 5 rounder.

Anyway moving on...

^  Yeah sucks.  It's like they were caught sleeping on the wheel.  Lmao.  Anyway, I'm out.  I get no points for the match and I lose my parlay.  I knew draw no bet for United could hit but I didn't pull the trigger.  I know there's a pretty good chance somebody in here went straight up United at 4.10.  His pick in the pool confirms it...  Eh Hhampuz?  Wink  Nice win.
1634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 14, 2023, 01:49:54 PM
^  Just looking at the stats would make you think City isn't dominating the match but they somewhat are optics wise.  They have most of the ball and they are controlling the tempo well.  It's just they seem a little bit sluggish.  And that damn ref...  Is it just me or is the ref not calling fouls commited by United?  :/

Edit:  0 - 1 City.  Finally. Time for another one then United get one in.  Grin

Edit:  LOOOOOOOLLLL damn.  Went to get a drink at 1 - 1 and it's 2 - 1 when I got back.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
1635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 14, 2023, 01:27:19 PM

Yup.  So bad...  Lol.  And the funny thing is they paid a lot of money to get Felix on loan and see him get a red card in his debut.  Cheesy
Nunez Darwin was also sent off in his debut match, if I recall correctly. Shit happens.

In hindsight the Chelsea brass might have been too harsh in deciding giving Tuchel the sack after like just a couple of losses.  Potter has what rn?  4 losses in the league?  And they've never looked worse.

Are we always going to fire coaches when the players don't perform well? It's time to start firing underperforming players rather than the coach, and it's time to limit the power of the players. and let it be known that the team started declining under Tuchel, he complained about the squad quality as well, but we thought he was joking when he said few players are not qualified to play at this level.

Put Pep in this team and nothing changes; put Messi and Ronaldo in this current Chelsea team and they will struggle.

Still doesn't justify Felix's red card in his debut imho.

And yup, I feel you there.  Tuchel shouldn't have been given the sack too early.  He should've been given a huge budget to raid BVB.  Lol.

Anyway...  Anybody watching the Manchester derby?  I feel like there's gonna be some lol moments with Mahrez that could cause United to get one in before City does.  There was already a couple of times when he seems not to be all there and has given up the ball easy or made a wrong pass.

United 1 - 0 isn't really out of order imo.  You just feel it when City plays like how they're playing rn.

^  I wonder why Rodgers hasn't been given the sack yet...  Very unusual in these times.  Grin  I think Leicester could use some new blood and hire Vincent Kompany to manage the club.  I was checking the Championship League and was surprised he's on the helm at Burnley and they're at the top of the league.  Nice to see.  Smiley

Here are my picks for this weekend's Majestic 7.  Get that 10k ready and send it to my right pocket.  Lezzz gooo!

Calvert Lewin
Salah
Tielemans
Hwang
Mbeumo
Joelinton
Havertz

I don't really feel extra good with these picks so maybe it's the one that hits.

He STARTs!!! I never imagined we'd be this bad and desperate, to the point where a player who arrived less than 78 hours ago is starting for us.

it is a desperate move, but in line with Chelsea scores lately, which puts them as main subject of Troll Football on Twitter
nevertheless, I think that Chelsea is going to win tonight, in a mid-table derby with Fulham

but not sure that Joao is going to have massive role in a win, if that happens

I was surprised to see Felix starting the game because I learnt that he picked up a knock in training or something of such, I'm of the opinion that Joao Felix will slot perfectly into Potter's plans and will be very vital in the coming games, but of course I might be wrong because premier league is completely different from what and the leagues he's been used to.

From the lineup, I think Chelsea's team still looks like the better team on paper, should get a win... I had 2-0 for Chelsea initially, before changing to 2-1 about an hour ago, but now I'm going to to revert back to my 2-0 prediction, Koulibaly and Thiago Silva pairing and Mitrovic absence is the final criteria for my decision.
Yeah guys, don't underestimate how bad this Chelsea side is at the moment. Still only half time and I just watched parts of the game with all the sports playing on the same time (Barca, Snooker Masters, Handball World Cup) but from what I have seen Fulham was much more dangerous. My prediction is 2:2 and I have both to score on my ticket so rooting for the Blues in the second half.

Giving a player that just came to the club a start just shows how bad things are at the moment. You can see from Felix movement and touches with the ball that he is class player, hopefully it will work both for him and and the club.

Yup.  So bad...  Lol.  And the funny thing is they paid a lot of money to get Felix on loan and see him get a red card in his debut.  Cheesy

In hindsight the Chelsea brass might have been too harsh in deciding giving Tuchel the sack after like just a couple of losses.  Potter has what rn?  4 losses in the league?  And they've never looked worse.

Anyway, I'm looking at draw no bet for United at 2.95 vs. City.  Seems value and United has been looking good at home.  City on the other hand could be suffering from player fatigue and sometimes Guardiola can't be trusted with his player selection.  It's almost like he does it on the fly when some idea in his head pops up.  Lol.

Edit:  Have a feeling Hhampuz is taking United at 4.10 or something.

^  Dana White is the president, not the CEO and he already has the back room set in place.  The guy behind the scenes who really makes all the important deals, fighter contracts, concerns with the commissions per state, approves the match making and all the other important stuff is done by Hunter Campbell.  He's the guy.  All the match making stuff are done by Mick Maynard and Sean Shelby.  So yeah, Dana White is mostly an overseer these days and reports to the UFC brass.

But there's one thing nobody can't do what Dana White does best...  Be the face of the company.  Love him or hate him, he does the job well.

What I feel like could really be value is Fullham draw no bet at 2.85 vs a Chesea squad which might have lost its identity.

Most likely that draw no bet should be 1.85 as the odd for Fulham to win is 3.50 or 3.30 in some places so it does not make a lot of sense placing draw no bet at 2.85,

^  I'm looking at the lines at Stake rn.  It's 2.85 for draw no bet and 4.10 to win for Fulham.  I think it was even at 2.95 yesterday.  You can check it out.

https://stake.com/sports/soccer/england/premier-league/43202450-fulham-fc-chelsea-fc

And I think you got it the other way around.  If the other books have Fulham at 3.50 and you find a spot at 4.10 then you should def take the spot if you fancy Fulham to win.  It's extra value.

Anyway, how good is Joao Felix?  Wasn't he signed by Atletico for a ridiculous amount?  And if so, why is he loaned out to Chelsea?  :/

^  The 4 year cycle could still be intact but really now we should start becoming more aware that it could also be starting to break apart.  The signs are there.  Just check the much touted rainbow chart.  Lol..  BTC right now is also trading below the last all time high.  That's something that hasn't happened before.  And if it so happens that BTC closes with another red yearly candle for 2023, having two red yearly candles back to back is also a first.  But if it closes the year with a green candle then the party prolly continues.  If not, there's prolly some sort of reset or something to start a new trend...  Dunno.
