1982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] StacyCoin | NO MAX | 11 hash PoW — ASIC resistant — [LAUNCHED!] /// on: February 15, 2014, 04:18:11 AM
Its not a wallet stealer. This is a legit coin, well sort of. Everyone knows this is not the real StacyCoin, yet it is. Since its first.  Wink

Its kind of funny really, seeing all these ANNs being posted and then someone else launching a coin with exact same name and ticker beforehand. My guess is its bitcoin guys sick of this site getting ddosed during the launch of announced coins. Maybe that last 2.5 hours of being offline becuase of a failed Maxcoin launch was the tipping point for this individual.

1988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] [TTN] - Titanium on: February 14, 2014, 07:49:32 PM
I'm taking bets this coin gets copied and released by someone else this weekend.  Cheesy  Seems to be the thing to do in February.

1989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]▬►►[CRA] ★★★CryptoApples★★★▬►►LAUNCH TODAY◄►KGW◄►WALLET 8.5.2◄◄▬ on: February 14, 2014, 07:47:07 PM
Everyone should just stop mining, the dev needs to fix the difficulty and relaunch the coin. The correct chain is the one the wallets see. This one:

"blocks" : 25,
"currentblocksize" : 0,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : 6.78927893,
"errors" : "",
"generate" : false,
"genproclimit" : -1,
"hashespersec" : 0,
"networkhashps" : 743166,
"pooledtx" : 0,
"testnet" : false

From the looks of things a single R9 280x is mining this 6.7 difficulty block. WTF?

1990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]▬►►[CRA] ★★★CryptoApples★★★▬►►LAUNCH TODAY◄►KGW◄►WALLET 8.5.2◄◄▬ on: February 14, 2014, 07:44:08 PM
> LAUNCH
> TODAY 8pm UTC
http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_UTC.aspx

So the coin launches in 20 minutes huh? WTF?! Why Did you launch before announced date?

Because he is as incompetent a programmer as he is in telling the time.

The difficulty algo is fucked on this coin it needs to be looked at and relaunched.

1991  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]▬►►[CRA] ★★★CryptoApples★★★▬►►LAUNCH TODAY◄►KGW◄►WALLET 8.5.2◄◄▬ on: February 14, 2014, 07:41:16 PM
http://pools.animusgs.co.in/  over 80 blocks...my wallet at block 24.

forked?

confirmed, Wallet debog window says 25.

The first 500 blocks reward is only 1 Cra to prevent premine. so relax and keep mining guys Smiley

you retard or something ? we don't need your pool spam, especially since the coin is already forked  Grin

Yes we are forked. Everyone should stop mining or risk loosing the coins you mine if you are on the wrong fork.

Dev, this needs to be fixed asap.

1992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]▬►►[CRA] ★★★CryptoApples★★★▬►►LAUNCH TODAY◄►KGW◄►WALLET 8.5.2◄◄▬ on: February 14, 2014, 07:34:04 PM
Diff retarget is 1 block!

Too high hashrate Cheesy

I don't know about that, I think I know what happened here. Big whale came onboard to rape this coin. Diff went to 41, he realized that rewards are only 1 per block at first, and then left. Now we have to mine to block 23 to fix the difficulty, maybe. Depends on how much it drops per block.

Still stuck at block 22

Dev, you should have just let us instamine.
1993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]▬►►[CRA] ★★★CryptoApples★★★▬►►LAUNCH TODAY◄►KGW◄►WALLET 8.5.2◄◄▬ on: February 14, 2014, 07:29:46 PM
I think there may be something wrong. I jumped on at block 22 and its still block 22.

"blocks" : 22,
"currentblocksize" : 0,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : 41.78039651,
"errors" : "",
"generate" : false,
"genproclimit" : -1,
"hashespersec" : 0,
"networkhashps" : 4028572,
"pooledtx" : 0,
"testnet" : false

Difficulty adjustment too agressive maybe? 41 difficulty and only 4Mh on the network.

bye.
1994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][FLAP] FlappyCoin - COPYRIGHTED - LAUNCHED Feb 14 02:30 EST - NO PREMINE on: February 14, 2014, 06:59:18 PM
We are a group of developers in Vietnam. We contacted the owner of Flappy Bird game and
he granted us all the rights to publish this coin using resources from the Flappy Bird game.
Any other third party uses the resources is considered illegal.

Lets see the legal contract. Put up the PDF, your lawyer should be able to email it to you on request.

1995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE] [ANN] My Little Ponycoin: Cryptocurrencies are magic! on: February 14, 2014, 03:52:52 PM
Looks like someone had a similar idea and beat you to it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=464274.0

Since that one is SHA256 I say continue on and launch your scrypt version of Ponycoin.

2000  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][NEW]★[MINI]★[CPU mining] Minicoin | secure hashing, NO PREMINE| LAUNCHED! on: February 13, 2014, 09:52:52 PM
"blocks" : 72930,
"currentblocksize" : 0,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : 253.34803159,
"errors" : "",
"generate" : false,
"genproclimit" : -1,
"hashespersec" : 0,
"pooledtx" : 0,

With the rewards dropping so fast this coin has essentially been mined out. Looks like little interest in this coin other than whats available on the exchange.

1-10,000 Blocks 20,000 coins
10,001-20,000 Blocks 10,000 coins
20,001-30,000 Blocks 5,000 coins
30,001-40,000 Blocks 2,500 coins
40,001-50,000 Blocks 1,250 coins
50,000+ Blocks 625 coins
