This is the first time I have ever seen SP lower prices. And it wasn't a little at a time, it was just one big drop. I could be mistaken about them lowering prices, but I don't remember. Old age starts to melt away brain cells.

Something else to consider is what is the power consumed by both the miner and the cooling unit combined? It would be nice for someone to review the true numbers at the wall. No employee reviews please.

Don't the C1 need pumps and radiators as well?
No. At this time all inclusive. It was only C1 Batch 1 problem.
SP20 plug and play vs the C1 and cheaper when all costs factored in.
Notice some issues with people and the coolant leaking and issues with failed pumps.
Issue for SP20... noisy?
I got both the leaking miner and the pump not running. I use one pump of two C1 miners. SP20 its not only noisy, each of the new software, it will only slow down. Too sensitive to temperature and power cuts. A good miner, but too over-tuned. I look forward to better take advantage of a water-cooled SP20(?) |

...They sent me a replacment PSU for ALL batch 1 units and also sent me 10 day mining compensation for the unit that died … It took a while to get resolved, but in the end, they did everything they said they would . I have 4 S4's and honestly with the latest firmware, I have no complaints . I would have no issue buying another S4 …

Are you really believed compensation in BTC ? Bitmain pays compensation only coupons. Leave it in your mind forever. I've bought from them in the last year miners over 80 BTC, and did not get compensation for Batch2 S4 which was posted on the old power supply. My miner worked until the arrival of the new PSU, with EVGA SUPERNOVA 1300G2 PSU, and only 1600GH/s. N.B. Free give away more than 100 S3 coupon |

How ou how should the voltage be written in new firmware field - chinese cant put an example to ease things.
so is it 0.63 or .63 or 0.63v perhaps .63v or even 0.63V .. .63V Please tell.
So ive got s3:s , I think i found it from s4 manual 0630 ? Doesnt seem to affect anyhow - is this field a Bitmain joke?

I bought my 5 Neptunes used. First for 2800 euros (Two weeks old), and I paid for the others 4.25 BTC - 4.5 BTCI bought a separate the Y cables and have no fire hazards. KNC NEPTUNE is still the best W/GHs miner. |

We got complaints from about 2% of non palletes customers. Most of the units can be fixed at home by replacing the boards.
We halt individual package shipments for one week, until we'll solve the issue.
If you got such SP20, contact support@ for miner assembly guide. If the SP20 was actually damaged, we'll RMA.

Why I should not buy? Recently, I bought a 6 antminer C1. I paid yesterday for one SP20 1,070.62 Euro, Last week, I sold two Antminer SP2 for € 1000.
I have only 3x50A . I need a good miners.

I opened today the last C1 package, and what a surprise. bitmain sent to me miner with the coolant and it had leaked out.
Are you saying coolant was inside the miner? Or they sent like a supply of coolant? t was not much. 10-15ml. Bitmaini pictures, it is plastic tube, actually rubber tube. However, it was leaked before packaging, because the screws and spring clamp were rusty. |

Repair leaks out, and it turned out that the pump does not work.
Now working one pump for the two miners and one miner still does not work, because I have not reached time to make a new wiring.

Has anyone checked the behaviour if you tape down that button? Then additionally during a mains power cycle? I would but I'm away from my unit at the moment.
