The card was bought legally on internet with euros.

I accept esscrow, payement in bitcoin.

When was the purchase made?
Do you have a receipt to corroborate that it was legally purchased?
3062  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling Cryptsy account on: November 11, 2015, 05:21:52 PM
It sounds like you're doing your best to take your loss from dealing with cryptsy and attempting to make it somebody else's problem by essentially, scamming them by proxy. You know Cryptsy is not allowing withdrawals at this time I don't like the manner in which business is being conducted.

Be careful everyone.

Account has been sold. Not sure how to close a thread but, this is it. Thanks all for interest!

Bottom left hand of this page, and I hope the new account-holder gets to withdraw.
3063  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Xbox live 12 month gold on: November 11, 2015, 05:18:22 PM
Hello, i have one card xbox live membership 12 month GOLD to sell

I sell it for bitcoin for 25$

pm me

My Xbox Live is running out pretty soon, but I am wondering how this was acquired and if you accept escrow?

I am only interested in something that isn't going to get my account banned, because I've had it for years and don't want to get wrapped up in criminal activity.

Seeing as you're a newbie account I'm sure you'll understand my skepticism.
3064  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.0057 BTC short of paying bill on: November 11, 2015, 05:14:31 PM
This user has multiple alternate accounts which have scammed users for pennies. Do not be fooled by this user as his Paypal accounts are most likely hacked (this is why they're limited and unusable), and any funds sent to this user will not be re-paid.

LENDER BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS USER!
3065  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking to borrow $5 worth of Bitcoin on: November 11, 2015, 05:12:46 PM
Generally the rule is "No collateral, No loan" and this is especially true for newer users around the forum. The collateral you have offered up is not valid collateral, because it is not secure or have clear value.

I would suggest closing this thread until you read the proper stickies about lending etiquette.
3066  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] $8.50 USD PayPal [W] $7.10 BTC on: November 11, 2015, 04:45:05 PM
To anyone who is interested; I can chargeback if possible & cancel it so I can't chargeback again.

This offers NO protection to potential clients. It is as simple as you saying that you were not in control of your account at this time and all actions were fraudulently performed.

Do not accept reversible payment methods, especially from newbies.

BUYER BEWARE!
3067  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.004btc on: November 11, 2015, 04:38:59 PM
Well today is the day of re-payment and I hope that this user is not a flake.

It would be a sad day to see another petty amount scammed for a petty reason, strictly because someone went out of their way to trust you.
3068  Economy / Lending / Re: Need - 0.0474BTC (Plan inside) on: November 11, 2015, 04:08:17 PM
User is an alternate of this account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=642455), and is making multiple threads on multiple accounts asking for loans for various reasons.

No Collateral No Loan, Lender BEWARE
3069  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.70 BTC loan on: November 11, 2015, 04:05:48 PM
I am potentially interested in funding your loan completely, please PM me with your best offer regarding Interest. I would accept a Hero account or two as collateral.
3070  Economy / Lending / Re: need 10 cents (paying back in a few minutes) on: November 11, 2015, 04:03:58 PM
This user is an Alt of https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=639126
He has already scammed user(s) for pennies, while simultaneously selling money-making exploits.

Do not deal with this user

Creating multiple accounts to scam for pennies is beyond pathetic.

3072  Economy / Lending / Re: need $7.20 btc [Have collateral] on: November 11, 2015, 03:56:48 PM
I really need $7.20 btc but can't find anyone to exchange.
Loan amount: $7.20 btc
Payment back: $8.20 btc
Date: in 2 days
Collateral: This account & $8.50 on PayPal until I pay you back. I can chargeback & cancel it so you know I can't steal it back.
Really need this

Cancelling a Chargeback immediately after sending payment does nothing to protect the buyer against you claiming your account was hacked during the time of the transaction and charge-back.

Your account is worth nothing, and your collateral is not valid.

LENDER BEWARE!

How can we trust neg user? I don't think anybody will trust you.
+1

we can't trust defaulted LOAN if  he can't pay his LOAN i think he will'nt pay member too

I wish I knew what you were talking about. I have looked thoroughly through his trust and I can't figure out why you think he defaulted on a loan..

Can you please point us to a reference where he is defaulted on a loan? From what I can see the only negative reputation he has received is from running a Pozi site, which has already been addressed and handled.
3074  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: People massively fleeing /r/bitcoin to /r/btc on reddit on: November 09, 2015, 01:30:40 PM
I prefer to avoid Reddit entirely because I can't say that I've personally ever enjoyed myself on that website.

I've attempted to give it a fair shot, but everytime I end up on Reddit I just end up wanting the last 15-minutes of my life back.

I prefer bitcointalk.org
3075  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another Ransom paid using Bitcoin on: November 09, 2015, 01:21:48 PM
People need to get the memo, We do not negotiate with bitcoin terrorists.

If they are threatening your business, your data or anything else that you hold dear.. Do not pay them, because you might think they will give you what they promised, but in my mind this is just more reason for them to hold onto what they have and push you farther and farther until you can't pay anymore.
3076  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Repunza do chargback with paypal on: November 09, 2015, 01:12:17 PM
Basically there is no sure way to get paypal to settle the dispute in your favor, but there are steps that you can take to give yourself a better chance.
The Paypal dispute team is just a group of human-beings who work off of their own scrutiny and methods. Granted they have some reservations and obligations set-forth by Paypal, but ultimately Paypal trusts their dispute team and doesn't ever question their finalized decision.

You're better off avoiding Paypal all together, but I will say that it's a sad day when scammers go unpunished because "the seller should have known better".
3077  Economy / Services / Re: Writing articles $10 a piece ! on: November 09, 2015, 01:08:23 PM
OK I'm taking everyone's advice on board and will be adding samples of a big bulk of my work in the op once I get back into my pc please bear in mind autocorrect on the phone isn't as accurate lol but my samples should be. I'm considering decreasing the price to 7 please let me know if that's a good idea... further more I might charge per word 5 cents a word. ..

$0.05 per word sounds pretty hefty if you ask me.. A 500-word article would be $25, and the average Joe types 60-WPM which is about $3.00 per minute.
Do you really think you're worth $180.00 an hour for your writing?
3078  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: November 09, 2015, 04:18:36 AM
The worst mistake I have ever made with bitcoin is not holding onto the hundreds that I had at one time. I ceased my usage of bitcoin for a couple years and really missed out on a good chunk of cash.
I have learned my lesson and I'm building my stash back up slowly, but I'll never forgive myself for missing out on a small fortune.
3079  Other / Meta / Re: a way to stop signature spammers by punishing the campaign managers on: November 09, 2015, 04:11:53 AM
I can see why this notion has been turned down, because the more I think about it's implementation the less I can see it's proper usage within reason.
We're pretty lucky that people manage these signature campaigns to the degree that they do and bring us all an opportunity to earn something for ourselves, and I don't see it being fair for punishing them for the work they do.

At best we can attempt to provide some sort of incentive to make it so the campaign managers work harder, possibly with green trust so in this sense they have something to work towards rather than scare them away from the job.
3080  Other / Meta / Re: NEW SPAMMER EXPOSED !! MUST READ INSIDE !! [NEED MOD FOR ACTION] on: November 09, 2015, 04:08:31 AM
I can see how it would be annoying for you to receive these repeated ratings from the same user, however I want you to know that most people do not care about untrusted feedback in the first place.
Nobody cares about reputation given to you from somebody who also has massive amounts of negative feedback, and it's reasons like this that there is a Default Trust.

I'm sorry that he is bothering you, but admins do not mess with reputations almost ever.

Yes its much annoying and i dont like that .. Why to ignore these types of people if i havent done any mistake ??
Will no one take any action against these people Huh
Atleast their spammings should be deleted.. ( ( (

Most people do not even look at untrusted feedback as I have said, and they are always taken with a grain of salt. You don't need to worry about petty reputation marks.

Just be a good forum user and everything will work out in the end. I appreciate you bringing this to the boards attention, but you both need to remain civil and handle this like adults. Roll Eyes
